Always always without a doubt forget items especially satchets and always always spill drink

Very nice muffin, iced latte was very strong but was to my liking.

Food was good. But Al staff miserable slamming stuff around and so dam rude!!! Made my experience awful. So rude. Happy customer service would off been nice. Miserable staff

Hazelnut creme mocha is top tier. Breakfast was a little cold but the food was delivered as soon as they were able.

Our favourite regular cafe. Friendly staff and reasonable prices and food is decent. Always makes the shopping trip more bearable.

Staff are always friendly and if they are a delay on food they inform you before you place your order

Give me the order wring twice, fair enough, i can understand that mistakes can happened but reacting like is our fault if got the wrong order twice... A bit rude isn't it ? Not the best quality of the food as it used be and prices are high...

Really nice! Bit overpriced for a ginger bread latte to come with no cream or the ginger bread man, but that’s what’s expected with delivery. Really nice food, better if warmer! Really lovely breakfast

the food arrived with what id actually ordered incorrect and the food quality was poor and cold and i work literally across the road to the restaurant this is a very poor service

In just 2 weeks, the breakfast price has increased. Not only that, toast- black pudding and tomato are not included. They are an extra to be charged for, with this now in mind, will be looking at Asda. You get toast included there, and a drink. Even better, if I go on a Wednesday, I get 10% discount 😉😉

Great latte. A lot better than the local, big chain! Customer service made it feel like a local, friendly coffee shop. Very enjoyable. 😃

Waited way too long for food...disappointed. Paid for two sachets of red sauce which did not come with food.

Delivery driver dropped my food getting it out the car and cracked my drink cup and the contents spilled all over the bag so didn’t end up getting my drink.

Staff in the accrington branch cafe, need to learn how to smile and be polite. This is aimed at the younger end. Very miserable.

Newly renovated, at least a weekly experience, sometimes more. Very nice cafe.

The extra toast states 2 slices in the menu however I have received one slice, on two occasions. Also, it was burnt today. The halloumi muffin is lovely.

This was the worst service I’ve ever had anywhere. I ordered two breakfasts for my partner and I. Whilst we waited just eat continues to continually come in and they were given food before us. After a half an hour wait I asked how long or food would be and stated that I thought this was unfair. The lady at the till reimbursed me for the two breakfasts but not the drinks that we had. I assumed this was a gesture of goodwill as we had waited so long. I asked how long I food would be as my son was coming to visit. She said they are cooking it now. I sat down and waited with my husband. We were sat at the table with no food and no drinks and the lady in question walked past us and so did other staff. I noticed that other people that had come to the café after us were getting their food. I called a waitress over as it was now nearly an hour since we ordered our food and asked when we would be getting ours. To my sheer horror and discussed I was told that the lady at the tail had cancelled our food order as she had given me my money back. I cannot believe that anyone would do this to a paying customer. I have complained to the manager but I will never ever into that café again.

Food was overcooked and greasy, the frappe wasn't a frappe and was only half full. Really disappointed 😞 although the lady did ring me about substitute items and was very polite.

I am not sure what £3 I paid for the dragon and mango fruit cooler as it was just weak cordial - very disappointed as last time I had this drink it came in two parts that needed to be mixed / please ask for assistance from your supervisor if you are not sure how to make the drink as that was very disappointing. Quality should never be compromised. I order nearly every weekend - I may think twice now

Drinks packaged poorly, spilled all out in the bag and caused it to collapse. Food quality was okay, but too much for the price paid. Had to ask for refund on the drinks as they were half-spilled and a mess everywhere. Delivery driver was brilliant though and very transparent about what had happened, advising the bag collapsed in transit.

Problem food cold no tatare sauce

Everything was cold and the amount you Got was shocking

Can’t believe what I’ve just paid over a tenner for, the worlds smallest sandwich, paid extra for bacon to be put on it and got one rasher for £1.10 and the bacon was barely even cooked, vile. No sugar to go with my coffee even though I ordered that as well. Will not order from here again.

£5 worth of drinks missing and the only reason I added those drinks was to meet the delivery expectancy!

Disgusting!!!! Egg is not even cooked!! Toast been placed under everything so it’s soggy wet!! Hash browns look yellow definitely not cooked!! Egg is clear and runny still no where near cooked!!! Fuming

I’m missing a sausage bap and an iced frappe latte

Order arrived half an hour later than what was originally stated, we were missing a whole meal so somebody missed out and the food quality wasn’t great, like everything has just been microwaved. Not a great order this time.

This food is disgusting! If I could upload a picture to prove it I would. Absolutely disgusted they delivered food of this standard. Not edible!

I'm giving this a 1 star review. Not because of the food. But because it hasn't even arrived and its saying its been delivered. It has been over 2 hours since we placed the order. Not happy!!

Orderded 2 breakfasts and 1 bacon bap and the bacon bap was not with the order just not acceptable.

8 pounds for this breakfast is absolutely disgusting it was by far the worse breakfast I’ve had and a total rip I do not recommend at all

Breakfast was good and tasty payed extra for a additional sausages and bacon. Would give 5 stars but one of the sausages was cold 😭

Over priced and cold when arrived, they use the cheapest ingredients from the store. £22 for 2 breakfasts and a sausage butty 🤔

Bacon and hash browns looked more unwell than I do with my cold, sausage was rock hard and so was the fried bread, booked a dentist appointment because of the fried bread

2nd time we've ordered. 1st time they forgot to add halloumi to the avocado and halloumi sandwich!! This time we paid extra to add an egg....no eggs in sight.

First time ordering from the cafe, was rather nice. Bit over priced but I don't mind paying that bit extra if it's good :) which it was!! Thanks.

Delivery was fast food was hot! My drinks didn’t get delivered 1 S.C latte and one water! I have paid for items I didn’t receive! This isn’t the first time! I would like refunding please

Always can recommend Tesco cafe as it has decent food that will not break the bank and good overall service...

The worst breakfast I’ve ever had £5 for 1 sausage 1 egg 1 slice of bacon 2 half’s of toast a very small carton of beans 2 hash browns , will never order from here again

Absolutely disgusting I have never in my life tasted food as bad. Dripping in oil. Stone cold. Never ever ordering from here again first and last time the lot is going to the bin as even the dogs are playing hockey with the hash browns!!

Chips were undercooked massively. Sausages tasted like they hadn’t been cooked properly too. Waste of money. Won’t be ordering again

Awesome as always. Had the food several times, always well prepared and cooked. Service goes extra mile, takes into account special circumstances. Lots of great menu options for veggies and vegans.

Tuna panini was lovely but the breakfast was in a box and beans and tomato's were poured all over it. Totally ruined crispy hash browns and the bacon was really under done.

Food came on the amount of time stated arriving earlier than it was supposed to 😃 it was well presented and piping hot with all condiments included

They clearly don’t know how to read the notes all the food come wrong and was freezing cold not very impressive at all and when you try to call them it takes you like 30-40 mins to get through to them

popped in with my grandchildren the tables were dirty hadnt been cleared drink spill on the floor under our table we waited a good 5 mins for someone to clear and wipe our table but nobody came im afraid we didnt eat i couldnt sit there with the youngsters we left

Called in for breakfast as I had a long wait before getting my train. I went for the big breakfast which was very filling. Unfortunately the morning I went the coffee machine was broken so they couldn't do lattes or cappucinos. The serving staff were friendly and the service was speedy. I sat there for over an hour whilst waiting for my train and it was very pleasant.
