Tesco Cafe in Inverclyde

It’s a joke of a wait an my cake was melted in the bag an the good is freezing not worth the payment atall kept changing time aswell

Ordered too wrong address after a long wait !!

Ordered 2 seasoned fries and only got 1 again.

Ordered 2 seasonned fries 1 cappuccino got 1 half portion of fries with no seasonning and half a cup of coffee.i dont think the delivery guy checked the order before leaving or he would have noticed there was things missing.

Sausages half cooked, white on one white, Bacon Rock solid cook not eat Egg - one only had egg white with no yolk Beans - freezing and hard

BLT had no T. Maccaroni cheese overcooked and hard. I asked for toasties with no cheese, proved too difficult. Staff pleasant enough. Service slow.

I have ordered before and it was good but this time it was cold the eggs where over cooked instead of a herb sausage patty I got a piece of slice and the water I ordered didn’t come at all! Very disappointing

there was coating on chips that wasnt advertised witch had to be binned the breakfast had no toast wont be using again

Cold and items missing from breakfast not at all with the 14 pound I had paid for it

ordered the haloumi and the chicken burger. both came without the coleslaw and both burgers were the size of a regular McD cheeseburger. there was an enourmous amount of cold fries however. they ought to rename the two dishes to 'cold mountain of fries with burger on the side'

ordered the honeycomb tiffen they didn't have it but left a cute n9te and gave us another cake loved it

Was in for breakfast today Friday 29 lovly but the price of a can of cola was extortionate at 2 pounds 5 pence explain please

very delicious, but 3 quid for a can of cola when they sell an 8pack for £5 in the same store is a a crime

received a ciabatta instead of the croissant I ordered. wouldn't have minded but they literally put only one slice of cheese and one slice of ham on it so it was incredibly dry. rest of the food was lovely

the food was lovely, but the hot chocolate was disappointing. ordered the black forest one, but was told they're out of it so i ordered the gold one. but when i received it the cup was only 3/4 full, no cream no nothing.

Food arrived on time, delicious as always, and greatly enjoyed my muffin, will be ordering again :)

Not sure I'm entirely impressed! I ordered waffles with fruit, and it was obvious the fruit was from frozen. Really? You charge an arm and a leg for fruit and waffles and you can't even make sure that they are room temp before serving? For the price, I expected better. Will not be ordering again.

the perfect breakfast. I only wish they'd use smaller boxes for the croissants or wee paperbags to save waste.

I had the ham & cheese and the mushroom & cheese croissants alongside a hot vanilla chocolate and it was the most delicious breakfast I've had in a long time! will happily re-order!

On the plus side, it is somewhere to sit down and relax after trundling around the store, but not a great place to eat. Dirty uncleared tables, indifferent staff, food not great, adequate at best, fairly limited choices. Best avoided if possible!!!

Called in for breakfast rolls before doing our shopping. We usually shop at the Port Glasgow shop and any time we’ve eaten there have been impressed with the friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately the same could not be said about the Greenock cafe! The young lady who served me barely gave me eye room while I gave her my order. She didn’t tell me there were different sizes of latte, she didn’t give me a receipt (I had to ask another staff member for this), and after standing at the counter for several minutes and having to ask if my order would be taken to my table I was then told to sit down and it would be brought to me. It shouldn’t be taken for granted that all customers know their procedures. The impression I got was that the serving staff really didn’t want to be there. Management should take note and either put an experienced server in charge to oversee the cafe or fully train the current staff to be more professional. As for the rolls we had they were both lovely and hot, and the lattes were one of the best in town.

My dad and I ordered but they didn’t have what he wanted or what I wanted, The menu is limited and that was at least 2 things not available! The staff member seemed very disinterested. The food was good when it came but took ages and was quite expensive. Wouldn’t go back by choice.

Nice laties and servers are lovely. Unfortunately the are always understaffed but servers always have a smile.

Myself and partner visited this establishment on 28/6/19.Firstly all the empty tables were dirty, so we had to sit at one. My partner got a napkin and took off the debris. Yuk! We had both ordered a breakfast and a pot of tea for 2.waited a bit for our breakfast. When we did get it, oh dear. The sausage was dry and cold, bacon was cold and like rubber. The egg was dried up and the mushroom must of been lying out for ages like the rest of breakfast, and to top it off we never received our pot of tea till after we were finished.. I don't blame the girls that were on that day, its the management side of things to blame, after all there were only 2 members of staff on that day, so between the ordering, cooking, cleaning tables (when they could) its hard going and you could tell by their fed up faces,manner, body language etc they weren't happy. Shame on you tesco!!! Sort it out.

Cafe is very poor. Limited menu. Indifferent attitude from staff. Not aware or caring about food intolerances. Also expensive for what was offered.

It was mediocre no outlook tasted better coffee, had to ask for aircon to be turned off.

Good but Morrison greenock having the experience in there is great

Nice new Tesco cafe, not enough staff, typically the cheapest of certain foods also, especially in the breakfast. Poor staff of 2 in an area to support 80 people..!!!! Not good.
