Tesco Cafe in Forest Heath

Had brunch here on a Friday prior to the horseracing. Ordered and paid for our food via a very easy to navigate touch screen. Food delivered to our table within about 10 minutes, piping hot! We had one large and one medium breakfast. Quality ingredients, generous portions. Friendly, efficient staff. Very highly recommended. Worth going out of your way for.

Food waiting to be served from the kitchen gantry staff busy wiping tables. No importance in getting hot food out. My food was cold after more 30 min wait. My tea was completely cold

Nice, tidy and cosy Cafe with good availability of seats, touchscreen machines for placing orders (self-service), toilet and high chairs for smaller children/babies. The service was also friendly, portions quite generous and prices relatively low. The coffee was tasty and the babicino free of charge for the children. Good place to stop at for a second and find a moment for relaxation before or after a big shopping.

The panini needs to be better and served with a salad and cheaper price as on one piece of ham and one piece of cheese not worth the price

Disaster area.ordered2 fried eggs on2 toast.could not go wrong.plate turned up eggs overcooked on 2 pieces of bread which were not toasted. Steer clear of this area. We now go to mildenhall cafe safe in the knowledge a good breakfast will be waiting

We found out initial experience very positive, the area was clean and had a fresh atmosphere. The service was speedy and the waitresses were attentive. Would definitely recommend to all as they have a wide range of food.

This was a nice stop after going over my shopping list. The eggs were less than stellar but everything else was great, and the staff were lovely. Very clean and organized.

8:20 sat 6th April Nice coffee but serving staff could do with a personality transplant .. no Customer interaction what so ever. look well happy to be at work .

staff inattentive, food dry and over priced

Shared a breakfast with my 2 year old son and I'm afraid to say it was pretty awful. The main issue being the meat, both the bacon and sausages were of the cheaper end and very chewy and rubbery. And for for over 10 pounds with a tea far to expensive. Main of the pubs in town offer much better quality for less

Not nice at all and the Breakfast was so bad I will never come again

The place is absolutely filthy! Food on the floor, tables are not wiped down or cleared. Despite having 4 staff members standing behind the counter with nothing to do! Disgusting! Imagine what the kitchen must look like.

Waste of time, says open until 5, was closed at 4:20, Don't waste your time or money

Absolutely terrible the staff member couldn't be bothered at al when asked where our order was. Very disappointing

Great place to get a quick lunch/brunch before grocery shopping. Always plenty of helpful and friendly staff. Food always comes hot. Good range of sandwiches/toasties/panini/breakfast/meals.

Didn't like the new order set up. Poor choice of dishes, three items I did choose were unavailable. My meal was barely warm. Certainly won't be eating there again

Would never go there again. Absolutely horrendous food. Scramble egg came as mushy fried eggs. Never recommend Bacon is dried and not fresh 🤮

I have placed an order on the machine and waited for a receipt. However the machine wasn't printing the receipt. So I went to talk to the lady who was making a tea. So I have explained and she was very rude, she just looked at me and said, "yes it won't printed" No explanation why or sorry! So I went to the table and the table chair was dirty with old spillage, so I took my wet wipes to clean it. I asked my daughter to bring some tissue that I can dry the chair, the same lady told to my daughter that this is a tissue what suppose go with your food! So you won't get any tissue with your food!!! I m speechless! There is no customer service here whatsoever!!

I couldn’t find a clean empty table do cleaned one myself along with several other people I waited that long for my food to arrive (40 minutes) that I finished my large latte When the food finally arrived it was dry and looked like the bacon had waited longer than me to make a appearance

Good service, friendly staff, food not bad.

The staff here are so friendly, always interacting with my children and always smiling. Food is pretty standard but reasonably priced. Can order via interactive screen which isn't for everyone but I don't mind it. Kids eating for free during summer holidays is also a nice bonus.

Best no thrills cheap breakfast for a long distance. Hash browns are crisp, bacon and sausage are tasty. Eggs have been perfect. For five quid I couldn’t ask for anything more.

Breakfast cold, egg covered in black scrappings from griddle. However, excellent front of house staff.

Only a cheap cafe but they take care of their food and service. You can usually add extra items. We have has breakfast, lunch and brunch there, all have been good. Place is spaced out and staff are being careful of hygiene needs.

We visited here for coffee on a Saturday morning. We were surprised at how good the flat-white coffee was - and price reasonable, Good service, plenty of seats and all clean.

Hi visited quite a few times now both for breakfast & lunch & the quality of food & service is consistently excellent. The staff are always helpful & friendly providing tasty food at reasonable prices. Would recommend a visit after a shop.

I was amazed by the service at this cafe. I ordered a coffee which was very well priced. A young man served me with a smile and chatted about my day with me, he made a pretty love heart pattern on my coffee which I think is amazing for a supermarket cafe. The young man brought my drink over and even pulled my chair out for me like a gentleman making me feel very special and like I had waiter service. I rate this 5 stars due to the pretty coffee pattern and outstanding service. I have no faults

Great food. Helpfully staff. Lots of seating and lots of parking. It's on the outskirts of Newmarket town. I had the big breakfast and it was delicious..big portions for low price.
