cafe was filthy dirty tables staff wernt nice at all food is terrible will not be goin back there again

Myself and wife ordered a breakfast, 10mins after ordering another couple ordered ! 5 mins later my wife and a member of the other couple received there breakfast ( amazingly same as I had ordered ) when I asked were my breakfast was ? On it's way - breakfast received 30mins after ordering ! Only 6 people in the restaurant ! No apology 🤔 3 tables with plates and food left uncleared from before we arrived ! Will not be going back tesco you should be ashamed - customer service and attitude towards customers minus 10 😣

Pop in here on occasion when shopping. The tea and coffee is fine and the staff are friendly. The food is good and portions are reasonable. Just what you expect from a super market cafe

had a great coffee, very good service and prices were good. Will definitely recommend this cafe and the store is good as well.

Having parked in the lower car park, it was a long journey for my disabled partner to make to the cafe, The selection of food was rather limited and somewhat pricey for the few items we chose.Overall the cafe was rather uninspiring and not too clean. Although my partner was able to use the toilet nearby I had to return down to the ground floor to the toilet hidden away under the moving floor escalator - and then return back up to escort my partner back down to the car !

Heading towards Manchester airport a lunch break was required. When on a round a bout saw a McDonald golden arch so did a complete circle on the round a bout to head to it. Then saw the Tesco opposite and decided to give it a go.Staff were very helpful. Food was fresh and coffee was good.Very pleased with the overall experience.

Called in again tuesday for breakfast the food was hot and very nice the staff were great nothing was to much trouble well wirth a visit will call again

I called in here on my way back from Manchester airport for a bite to eat along with my wife. On arriving at the cafe there was only seven people in including ourselvesThere was four staff behind the counter all talking and not really bothered about serving. I ordered two coffee s and a toasted teacake . We took our coffee and waited for the teacake to arrive. Having drank our coffee the teacake had still not arrived. A few minutes later a young girl brought it to out table only for me to find it cold and hardly toasted. I took it straight back and complaind only to be greeted by unpolite staff who could not care less. I got my money back and walked out. I have never ever been somewhere with such rude uncooperative staff. I will never go back here again.

This cafe needs to be wiped clean and start again,staff right down to the knife & fork,miserable,takes forever to get what you want,very grubby feeling when you leave,won't be going back....👎👎👎👎👎

Un desayuno terrible y el servicio, tuvimos que esperar por un tiempo muy largo para ser servida, pareció escaso. Me dieron una disculpa por la espera. Un miembro joven del personal parecía desinteresado en su enfoque y lapisidasical, y no estaba preocupado por los clientes.

So we arrived for breakfast there was only one staff member on the cafe she was both serving and cooking she was nice enough tho. We ordered and waited 20 minutes only to be told they we out of pancakes (not like there is a supermarket near by) lady stated she couldn't get any as she was on her own so after half an hour we left hungry with two very unhappy children tesco cheap but poor customer service

Me gustó la tienda y el personal era educado y amable. El café tenía un menú decente, sin embargo, la comida parecía cansado y el tocino era muy grasos y por lo tanto no me parecía grasienta, por desgracia a menudo me compra buscar cafés tesco son como este, lo cual es una pena, como otros supermercados parecen estar bien.

After a shopping expedition we thought we would visit the café for lunch, the food was very poor, everything tasted the same no flavour in anything at all, the chips were burnt the all day breakfast was greasy, it was expensive for what we had, first time we have visited a Tesco café and it will be the last!

As far as Supermarkets go I suppose it's got all the facilities you would want. The cafe has a limited menu and the food is poor quality

Brightened my day to be served by such delightful and helpful staff. The food choice is limited, but not out of the ordinary for a supermarket cafe. Worth coming for the new welcome.

This cafe has nice friendly staff. They do a good breakfast and nice coffee to have to break up the shopping expedition

I called here for dinner with my mum and sister.. and what a curry they make unfortunately it's not always on, the chilli is very spicy. My daughter (2 Years old) on another occasion got a ham sandwich just a square it was that nice i was cheeky and asked them to make me one they didnt grumble and only charged around £1.75 staff are very friendly with a lovely smile! The lattes are just how I like them would recommend to others.

You can get an 8 item breakfast here, freshly cooked for less than a fiver. The staff are brilliant and happy to go the extra mile for you
