The peri peri burger was amazing.

They took the hash brown straight from the fryer on to the burger with oil still dripping from it

I recently tried Tennessee Express and was impressed by their spicy wings. They were definitely spicy and packed with flavor. Unfortunately, both the wings and the fries were a bit too oily. Despite this, I would definitely order the wings again if they could reduce the oiliness a bit.

Staff behaviour using abuse language food quality very low unhygienic bugs and mosquitoes are on the food ,one of the staff doing mopp in kitchen floor and start frying crips without washing his hand

I have orederd two meals (buy 1 get 1 free fillet burger) so the total I should receive is 4 burgers but I have received only 2 meals. Then when I called the store to enquire/clarify the misleading description in the order, the staff was very rude, he did not let me finsh my sentence and hung up on me. Very disappointed with them as I have been buying from them for years.

I other a large chips and I got the size of a small one really bad it’s a scammm

Staff were so slow hard to know if they were still alive.Food was cooked in the shop but instead of handing it over to me and keeping me waiting they just stood there talking.Chips were Stone cold and Chicken burgers were hard and tasteless. Will certainly never order from here ever again and would advise others not to.

The quality of the chicken shop is substandard, with cheap products being used despite the high prices charged. The wings are of poor quality, and the chips appear to be inexpensive oven chips from Lidl. This establishment may be the worst chicken shop I have ever visited, and there are concerns about hygiene as well. Overall, the food is of low quality and overpriced. By the time you get your food home, it's cold, not fresh, and tastes terrible. This shop is a rip-off, serving low-quality food at such a high price. I will never go to this shop again. It's disgusting.

Pretty good place overall, I've not had things missing or wrong like the other reviews mention and sometimes I've had extra food. And the ladies are pretty nice to me unlike the others apparently. I order here weekly and would recommend in the area because it's quick and tasty. Edit: I got food poisoning from this place, you can still go if you like gambling on good food or food poisoning though

Chutiya place they are using low quality food .. don’t buy food from any Tennessee Express restaurant. I don’t know how they pass uk food and regulations rule. They are not following any guidelines according to food regulations of uk

We ordered wings and fries, the chicken was so salty and very spicy. My kids who normally enjoy their chicken could not eat. VERY DISAPPOINTED

I bought a chicken fillet burger meal, the chicken in this place is very low standard and it didn't taste great atall, I asked for fresh chips the women behind the till never listened and reheated the chips which made them hard, I will not accomend this place ! Last time I'll be going there, Also the to women serving are quite rude

pretty poor tbh. order a fillet burger meal. chips were horrible thing twiglets .. not even fries. the burger bun was stale, it fractured and cracked. will not be going again

The fried chicken wraps are really tasty and reasonably priced. Can't really expect much from a fast food chicken shop atmosphere so doesn't feel fair to comment on this.

Much too pricey for the service and quality of food, the taste is okay but nothing to actively seek out, just for something quick and local, however to make it home (5 minute walk) and to have your food hot and your order correct is a rarity, if the meal is missing anything they will often argue with you, I have previously been called a liar, but over time I give them another chance but this is the last time, absolutely insane how people still willingly choose a shop for its horrendous customer service and cold food.

Ordered a few times.. it was great but last 2 3 times I ordered I've got something else.. like I always ordered pizza with sweetcorn, chicken, pineapple and mushroom.. but I've been getting pepperoni, sweetcorn and mushroom as toppings.. as a Muslim I can't eat it and have to give it to someone else or throw it.. I've given them a last chance today but I'm not ordering from them again sorry..

Ordered 4 meals they put all the burgers in the same boxes then the chips in different packages. Chips need seasoning and we’re lukewarm. Drinks were warm too which is weird considering we are only 5 minutes away.

Ordered a chicken fillet burger meal. The chips came out undercooked and the burger wasn't even the size of my palm. The only good thing was the drink. Threw half the burger and the chips away came out even more hungry and wasn't satisfied

This is one of the great food place in this area, very clean and tidy, food always fresh and hot, staff friendly, I recommend this place

The women staff are extremely rude. There’s one villain in charge who orders the others to be rude to customers. They need to work on their customer service skills.

Food was good but the burgers are fairly small for the price you pay.

Two under cooked pizzas given to me!!! I ended up taking a burger and chip as I was so hungry only for the chips to be under cooked also and ended up throwing them away and half the burger was put in the bin. Worst service I've ever seen in there tonight. 101% not eating there again a total was of money today.

Quick food, peri peri can get quite hot. Crispy chicken skin tends to be undercooked, but the burger is good value for money

Amazing finger licking food ordered few times from there now, their spicy chicken fillet burgers , fries and chicken wings were just so delicious. Will definitely order again from there great value for money 👏👏

Nice place chicken is great here do good pizzas at a good price but there piri piri chicken and home made rice is the best

The grill chicken peri peri and the chicken fillet burger were both good with lot of flavour and succulent chicken. Downside was the beef burger which was a frozen Patti so avoid. Else all good.

amazing food , freshly cooked , still hot on arrival and the chicken is is fab ! . I messed up my order so called the store, it was all sorted efficiently, quickly and the guy on the phone was spot on with his customer service. My new favourite chicken shop !!!

I ordered a chicken burger meal with chicken wings. I ate my chicken wings first (HORRIBLE) and by the time I got to my chicken burger it was cold. I took my burger back to tell them and they refused to do anything about it. I asked them if they would eat a cold burger themselves and they said no - so how can you expect your customers to eat a cold burger??..... absolute zero customer service. Disgrace. You can see from the reviews this is not the first time. AVOID!!!!

Fillet burger was lovely, the bread was soft and fresh crispy hot fries, but the best thing was the hot peri peri grilled wings. Amazing. Absolutely worth trying.

Pathetic. Dont bother the food takes ages to turn up and was cold on arrival. Tried to ring and they never ever answer. Pathetic waste of time. Had to order from elsewhere insteas after waiting an hour for tennesse to deliver.

My order took two hours to arrive on a tuesday evening. Food was cold and disappointing. I then spent several hours regretting my life choices as I redecorated the bathroom. Avoid unless you need a sick day.

I live near this shop and I went many times, because there is no shop other than this but I always have the same experience the customer service is very bad they have NO manners they are rud and aggersive they talk in very bad manners. I would definitely not recommand it. I will never go to this filthy shope again.I hop another fast food shop opens in the area I am sure no one will buy food from this rud and bad shop.

My husband and I ordered ordered last night, it arrived freezing cold. My husband called the shop to let them know and they spoke to him in a disgusting manner. We binned the food it was that bad I wouldn't feed it to my dog.

Disgusting behaviour and attitude towards me when i called to tell them that i had been given the wrong order after waiting 2 LONG HOURS! literally told me i was playing with them. I couldnt even get them to pick up the phone until i spoke to Just Eat. Apalling. Did not speak appropriately not even a sorry!! AVOID.

Food was disgusting. Ordered at around 9:20pm and got here at 11:35pm. At around 10 o'clock they called me saying they haven't got the chicken curry I ordered so I had to get something else instead which wasn't what I actually wanted. When the delivery man got here, my 10 year old brother and sister were looking out of the window and he went up to the window God knows why? The kids got scared. Then my partner and I opened the door to see what he was actually doing and he came up to us, asked if we ordered and we said yes. He then went back to his bike to get our food which was vial. The fillet burgers were sour, the chips were cold and dry! I ordered an apple tango and got an orange one. Honestly vial. The kids were starving. I really do not recommend buying from this place!
