Vine a este lugar hace unos años y estaba bien, el interior del edificio necesitaba atención y la comida estaba bien. Llegué la semana pasada y pensé en intentarlo, nunca más cambié de manos, los camareros caminaron con la cabeza ahí dentro, sin sonreír, o haciéndote sentir bienvenido, la comida estaba bien en cierto grado, pero el lugar necesita limpieza y decoración, creo que prefiero un McDonald's la próxima vez y ahorre mi dinero.

Voy a ese lado de Londres cada pocos años y siempre termino en el Rey Dragón, no porque quiera ir allí, sino porque la familia quiere ir allí. Esta vez, la comida estaba bien. Pero algo me disgustó y dejé de comer después de eso. La persona que colocaba nuevas bandejas en la estación de buffet solo tomó una bandeja y dejó que el agua debajo goteara en la nueva bandeja de comida, y yo estaba justo detrás de ella. esperando para conseguir más comida. El agua que gotea en la bandeja de comida nueva simplemente me desanimó tanto, eso es todo, no voy a ir allí de nuevo. Otro hombre (cliente) tosiendo alrededor de la comida se sumó a mi disgusto. Hace mucho tiempo, hace unos 15 años, solía trabajar en la zona y la comida era muy, muy buena. Solía ir casi todos los meses más o menos.Ahora parece que la gente nueva se las arregla, atrapé a uno diciéndome algo agradable y luego sonriendo.

Went there on a Saturday night craving good Chinese food. The outcome was far from it. I can't even fathom how this place got a food permit. Absolutely filthy!!!! Serving tongues at buffet were all sticky from dropping in food and picked up by guests. Who knows what was on it. Dining here is at your own risk of bravery and a strong immune system. The filth extends to the toilets which have no soap, no hand dryer or towels and the approach looks awful with rags hung out to dry on the radiators. My first and last visit!!!!!

Absolutely disgusted that this Chinese buffet is offering what it is for the money!! The meat and Vege options were over flowing and touching, the rice had been left out for far to long it had gone hard the actual venue is filthy there were dirty rags on the radiators! We had already paid because you pay first, but left!! It was just to horrid there. They also serve you warm drinks as they are not refrigerated. Hygiene is a big question here.Please health inspector were are you.....

I am absolutely appalled! My family and I used to come here often and would leave full up , happy and satisfied. As soon as we walked into the restaurant it stunk of sewers. We then Went to the buffet to see scrapings of all foods& when we asked for fresh food we were turned down. We still tried to make the most of our visit however there was rats running around the restaurant! The plates and cutlery was absolutely filthy and 2 Guest vomited due to the smell of the prawns. Honestly the worst experience ever. Please take my advice and avoid at all cost.

Kept waiting for food AND plates... food terrible... toilets rotten. Table's never cleared.. waiter service non existent. see in kitchen that's when we left.. also when drinks were bought back to bar after people left they were poured into another glass and kept... same with some of the plates we seen carried into kitchen.. they were emptied into food trays ready to be bought out !!! Won't be open for much longer!!! Avoid

First of all, we saw two rats running along the outside of the shop, Upon entering the restaurant smelt stale and musty. The food is honestly appalling the lack of variety and the quality was shocking. I’ve never seen wings like that in my life. Vegetarian food all had skin on the top where it hasn’t been used or even stirred. Duck was fatty, prawns smelt like they’ve been defrosting on the radiators for 7 days. Dessert variety was dismal, only a cream cake which had been there all day because of the smell and some dehydrated oranges nothing that we could celebrate my nephews birthday with. Was about 10 jelly beans, anything we asked to be topped up was refused point blank. Plates were dirty with marks on it, cutlery was dirty had to clean with our jumpers. Cleaning sprays and dirty clothes next to the desserts. After we were all in agreement that this restaurant was not the same and not at all up to standard we checked the council website and it had a 0 hygiene rating which is not surprising.Previously we had come here for years on end. Would never ever step foot in here again.

Service was absolutely terrible. My friends and I were standing around for over 10 minutes waiting for plates, despite asking 4 times. We were then left waiting again for food to come out. We had asked many times if there was more of a certain food coming and they said ‘I’ll go check’ after the third time of asking they replied ‘were not doing it anymore this evening’. I was expecting a much larger variety of food, and better quality (quite frankly wish I had just ordered a takeaway from my regular Chinese restaurant). Drinks were appalling in the sense that they were pouring drinks such as Coca Cola into a glass from a litre bottle you’d get from your corner shop for £1. So very over priced, definitely not worth the time or money.

we were going to this place for more then 10 years and it was good till skinny girl (manager) left the restaurant. under her management all works for 10/10 but now its just ZERO.Get there today, stuff sh@t, food not exist on self service, price rises again, no spring rolls, no chicken wings, dirty around.never again.i think place is dead and will close soon.DONT do there!!!!!!!

This has to be the worst example of Asian cooking I've ever seen the place is disgustingly dirty the food is substandard they don't put out the food that you pay for they charge you over the odds this place is a hygiene hazard if you value your life do not here

I wanted to have a satisfying lunch with my family. Instead I had the worst meal of my life. The food was cold, bland and limited. No seafood at all! My 2 year old son didn’t even eat chips! I mean chips for a 2 year old?!!! They love chips! The staff were so rude and were just walking around doing nothing. Anyway I am never going here again and I think I have been extremely generous with my 1 star vote. Please avoid.

Absolutely disgusting. Went there for lunch with my 11 year old son and 2 nieces (13 & 14). Some equipment was broken by the bar and the whole place had a foul smell (most likely from that equipment). Till wasn't working well and had to wait for the card machine to work in order to pay. There was hardly any food for a buffet, most stations were empty and when asked was told that more food is about to come out. We were hungry so took whatever was there and started to eat. All of us were very disapointed with the food and the place was filfy. The food didn't taste goo and seemed old. I am a huge lover of Asian and oriental food and in comparison, this place was disgusting. Urgent improvements needed, as well as cleaning and properly decorating the place required. The price was very high for what we were offered as "food". Spent almost £40 and didn't eat much and threw most of the food on the plate away. Total waste of money!!!

Caro comida de mala calidad sin personal cocina sucia este lugar necesita ser cerrado. Al ingresar a las instalaciones, las instalaciones no tenían comida fresca preparada, la comida que estaba en exhibición era vieja el sábado y estaba seca, otra comida estaba tan húmeda y se dejó en agua que no era comestible y suave No veo por qué debería pagar para 5 personas que pesen más de 91 libras y se les alimente con alimentos que no sean aptos para animales

Debería haber revisado estas reseñas antes de irnos. Muy decepcionado, solía ser muy bueno, pero fuimos a cenar y la comida estaba fría, seca, sin sabor y todas las salsas se congelaron. Aunque se lo mencioné al personal, parecían saber que era malo y no hicieron nada al respecto. Evitar a toda costa.

We went here for lunch. The place is characterless as is the food. The rice sits under a food warmer and is hard to chew. The food is the most tasteless Chinese food I’ve had. Poor value at nearly £10 pp for food only.

Well what can I say myself and a friend took our children there, we had visited a few years back and had a nice experience. This time was a different story anything that had meat in it tasted as if it had gone off. The rice tasted stale all in all the safest thing to eat was the prawn crackers. Then there were the staff who literally watched you eat. Saw the staff smoking outside and to be honest the cleanliness of the place was a measly 1/10. To top it off was how expensive it was. Not once did they ask how our meal was and when it came to paying myself and a friend split the bill when paying one man took the money to give to the woman behind the bar but never gave it all which resulted in an attempt to short change us when I pointed this out they called me rude I pointed out what bad quality there food was they did not bat an eyelid so clearly are just there to make money and realised my complaint was falling on deaf ears. Honestly if I could rate minus I would. Overpriced, dirty and poor quality food. Avoid at all cost I wish I had gone to kfc at least they have standards!!!!

The decor is dark and musty sticky tables the staff are friendly but that is the only good thing about this place !

Decided to visit this place on Friday night for a family meal after night out bowling. This place needs a TLC, it feels a place from 60-70’s. Anyhow we were seated to a table then the waitress left. We decided to select the food from the buffet table. Waited for someone take drinks order, after 10 minutes decided to get up and order it from the bar when a waiter said he would take the order. Drinks ordered and it took 10 minutes to arrive. Opposite table had same issue, the had to wait long time for the drinks to arrive ( you could tell from there facial expressions they were not happy with service). The issue is once the drinks orders are taken they are passed to a bar staff who process the orders, she also process the payment and drinks this slowdown the service.

Comida horrible, pollo falso, lugar sucio. Los niños todavía tenían hambre por comer papas fritas solo porque el resto no era comestible. El gerente se disculpó y dijo que este es un restaurante de bajo nivel en comparación con otros restaurantes chinos. Tuve que pagar e ir a alimentar a los niños en algún otro lugar.

La semana pasada, sábado por la tarde (09. 02. 2019) mi esposo y yo decidimos visitar el Dragon King Oriental Buffet. Todos los otros restaurantes estaban completamente llenos, el Rey Dragón estaba medio vacío, y ahora sabemos por qué. Como restaurante buffet oriental pensamos que podríamos comer algo. Desafortunadamente, no había mucho para elegir y la comida era insípida. Pasamos 19. 80, pero creo que pagamos en exceso. No creo que volvamos a visitarlos. Lo siento muy decepcionado!

Very bad pls dont go there we used to go there few years ago it was very good now they change management no staff no food how can eat with out plates they put the prices up by 30% cold food and frozen cakes

La comida estaba tibia y no fresca. Una vez que llamó la atención de los gerentes, no hizo nada para rectificar este problema y nos dijo que estaba fresco. Personal grosero y comida sin sabor. No hay mucha variedad y la limpieza era terrible. Solía venir aquí cuando era más joven y los estándares han bajado dramáticamente. Es una gran vergüenza.

after many in area I decided to go in with my kids for dinner .the buffet was full of too many tips of chicken and exept the prawns , nothing specia. the £14 adult buffet is too much for what the offer. staff may be rude and bored , but the boss was shouting at them in front of the customers, so maybe the act and work in the way they are respected or paid on . and the place looks like is in refurbishment progress...I don't know way but when I stepped in this was my first impression .

Hands down the worst food I’ve ever had. Within 20 minutes of leaving the restaurant I was violently sick and my wife was on the toilet for the best part of an hour. The beef was cold and I found an earwig in my shredded chicken. Do not waste your time or your health going to this joke of a restaurant. The coke will cost you nearly £4 even though it’s poured straight out of a bottle that says £1.79 on it. Flat, warm coke... gross.

This place is truly truly disgusting, It is a complete rip-off for the services that they provide. When you buy a meal it doesn’t even come with a drink. A group of 5 of us went there and we all came from there feeling unwell and sick due to the horrible food that they had to offer! The staff were also incredibly rude. We went here for a Family meal. This was the worst restaurant we have ever been too! Awful, bland food. Dirty plates, dirty and sticky tables. Cusomter service non existant! We had to remind the server 3 times about our drinks order. After one small taster plate we decided to leave. Leaving our comments with the Manager. She still insisted on charging for the full price!! I mean thats ridiculous! My kids didnt even eat! Do yourselves a favour and stay well away from this filthy place! You'll get sick.£80! Me and my family have been many times to this chinese buffet. It isn't as BAD as some of these horror reviews however I do not blame them.

Found this place on the retail park and decided to eat here for dinner, most of the food was cold.. chicken dishes all seemed like the frozen fake chicken.. it was like eating rubber. Can definitely get better elsewhere for the money you pay here. Couldn't understand anything we asked them. Wouldn't recommend this place at all.

Este restaurante tiene una pésima relación precio calidad, a pesar de ser económico pero su calidad pésima y poca variación, no tienen una buena atención, durante largo rato unos clientes se servian y comian en la linea de alimentos sin que nadie les llamara la atención, local mal iluminado y no muy limpio, yo no volvería aunque me lo diera gratis.

My friend's and I ended up here because there was an hour wait to be seated at Nando's and we've regretted that decision ever since. The food that they had left in the buffet wasn't great and the service was absolutely terrible. One staff member in particular was extremely rude. The drinks were ordered to the table and we were charged for 5, the waiter would not give me my change even tho it was proved to him the bill was wrong and I had to argue with him and physically take my money back. The place was not clean, there was duct tape covering nails sticking out of the tables, it was not a place is ever visit again nor would I recommend it to anyone looking for a nice meal out.

I have been going there for years. It is a big place, quite clean, food on the buffet is hot constantly, staff is friendly and don’t look stressed, great value!

After having a great afternoon bowling, we decide to eat...Got the a la carte menu, not much to choose from, but loads of food, couldn't finish it all, asked if they would put the rest in takeaway container, since they do takeaway and they flatly refused. I wouldn't have minded since there was quite a lot of food left between the 4 of us and it wasn't exactly cheap!!! I would suggest if you go there use there takeaway service or wait for their buffet at 5.30 because it seems they may be more hospitable then.

Thought we would give it a try despite reviews. Wish we had not. Food is bland, dry, over cooked and overpriced. Ordered cokes to drink but they arrived warm and flat. Left feeling sick and hungry. Avoid.

Went to celebrate a birthday. There is so much choice in the buffet it is impossible taste everything on offer.

Female staff kept shouting at me just because I offered my mum a piece of chicken to try before she choose it , as not to waste the food. We were faced with insulting remarks and verbal abuse. Habiendo visitado en muchas ocasiones a lo largo de los años, me decidí a visitar durante el día por primera vez, a la izquierda con una danza del vientre! Aunque satisfechos con lo que tenía, me pareció que la elección durante el día era muy limitado, también no había opción de pescado.

Esta fue mi 1 calle tiempo aquí. Mi trabajo es la planificación de una noche fuera en un par de semanas por unos 20 - 30 personas y he sugerido aquí. Pensé que volvería a 1 calle con mi esposa ya que tanto nos gusta un buen buffet oriental. Al entrar a un miembro del personal me apuntaban con y dijo "2". De esta manera Mi esposa me dejaron ir a 1 calle y seguido. Cesó entonces señaló a mi esposa en una mesa de 2 filas de distancia y dijo "sentarse". Bien un poco grosera y no un buen comienzo, pero dejamos ir y veamos que esperemos que mejore. Esperamos varios minutos para que alguien venga y tome nuestra orden de bebidas (como ha sido el estándar en otros restaurantes buffet antes). Un par en la mesa de al lado nos oyó hablar y dijo: "Esto es autoservicio aquí hicimos el mismo como usted y esperamos que alguien tome una orden, pero tienes que beber ir al bar y conseguir su bebida y luego su comida". "ok, gracias por que el personal podría dijo que". Como fuimos al bar que ver a la persona que nos sentaron y experiencias con él que habría sido bueno para él para decirnos esto como llegamos. Él simplemente se convirtió y se fue sin decir una palabra. Pedí el barman, por el gerente y dijo "no ¿cuál es su problema gerente". Le dije y su respuesta fue "así que tu no comer luego".

This restaurant has gone down hill. I used to come here many years ago and assumed it would get better with time. Today was a disaster. It was so busy & the staff were running around like headless chickens without having a clue about customer service. We visited at lunch for the buffet, adults are £8.90, children are £6.90 and an average fizzy drink is £1.50. The buffet includes mains and dessert. The food was good, hot & lots of choices. There is a plates breakage charge of £2.00 and another charge if you take more food than you can eat (which I think is fair). Although the food was great, the millions of staff not doing anything apart from standing there let’s this place down.

Uno de los peores buffets chinos que he visitado, un sábado por la noche para celebrar un cumpleaños doble. Nos sentamos en una mesa larga (10 adultos y 3 niños) sólo vimos el personal esperando en el principio de tomar nuestro pedido de bebidas - nunca regresó.

Nuestra familia cuidadosamente llamar a este lugar "La casa de la manteca". Aquí es donde vamos cuando queremos comprimido en una comida china sin restricciones en el número de platos. Solemos ir en la tarde, así que no es demasiado tarde para nuestra hija, pero...

- Personal de mal humor - el precio de la comida es horrible y los gustos han ido muy antihigiénicos, fuera nunca había estado en un restaurante sucio - Personal ver que comer, que es muy incomodo

Mal servicio debido la falta de habilidades de comunicación. Pedimos bebidas 3 veces y nos ignoró. Así que no tenía las bebidas! La comida es de mala calidad y básicamente un mercado de ganado. Sucio y anticuado. Niños gritando y horrible cantidad de ciudadanos extranjeros. No es el lugar para una comida familiar, ya que no puedes oír tú mismo creo. El personal apenas habla inglés, tratar de hablar con ellos, ver su blankly y andando. Nos rendimos al final no nos molestamos con cualquier dulces y a la izquierda. No te molestes en ir es mi recomendación!

Este lugar carece de un buen servicio al cliente, las quejas no son manejados de manera satisfactoria y los clientes no son valorados. Amplia variedad de platos, algunos pueden ser bastante soso. Llegó un día cerca del final del tiempo de su almuerzo buffet y me dijeron que estarían cerrando el buffet pronto. This is a buffet restaurant. Most dishes that we found were sort of "cheap" dishes. Not many seafood and fish dishes in the menu. The standard of cooking was quite ordinary and despite being on a buffet, we didn't eat much. Some of the items looked old. Ambiance and decor is quite impressive with lot of large size statues and Chinese paintings; good enough for taking few decent photos. However, the poor quality food takes away the joy of a nice ambiance. Wouldn't go there again

I dined here last night and as it was a Friday it adds about a £1.00 per person to the price.The food was all good quality and was topped up by the staff on a regular basis. Staff were all attentive with clearing up the empty plates etc and the final bill for two came to £29.90 which I thought was not too bad.

The chicken is greatly cooked and the food is fresh and hot the ice cream is also delicious and melts in your mouth my family enjoyed all the food.

Cold food, chocolate cake was gone by the time I got there. But got what I paid for. Shocking, abysmal, atrocious, diabolical, terrible, tasteless, bland, frozen food.

Before taking the kids to see a film on Saturday night we thought we'd finally try the Chinese buffet opposite the cinema. It was the most horrendous experience ever. From the lack of greeting, to the noise, the quality of patrons, to the presentation of food.. the buffet was sloppy and dirty. Other families were swearing at their kids, one guy had his dirty hand down into the ice cream tub. There was no orderly fashion when it came to getting your food.. it was a take no prisoners free for all. It was all just so grim. Eat before you go to the movies or hit Westfield.

My daughter wanted to try chines food so we decided to go to the one in park royal .The food is not fresh they had frozen fried chicken no fish in the buffet the cake and the ice cream where frozen and cheap from iceland I was shocked it tasted so bad .Never ever again and we wasted 40 pounds.

I came here last night with a friend after we had been The ice bar we were feeling hungry and came here. It was my first time. I love Chinese food and I liked it here. We came here quite late on before they closed. Food was delicious.

I had been going here for 15 or so years and back then it was fantastic. Last few times it's been sliding and now I have stopped going! They took my fave sweet n sour pork off the menu, told me it was because they had gone halal yet the ribs are pork and so are the dumplings? Ribs have no meat, more fat and grissle.Service is awful, the staff do not give a toss about customers and tend to shrug their shoulders if you have a problem or complaint! Can be really noisy with kids running round the place.Even if the place is near empty they will not let you sit where you want, they tell you everything is reserved which is just lies. If the boss lady is there do not complain or you may just get karate chopped LOL.

I went with a friend for dinner. Was place on a small table which was very cramped. Not much space. the table are placed tight together in rows to get as much people in as possible. There were lots of children running around and the place was noisy. Staff made us buy a drink which was billed on top of the food price. The food was nice and a good selection. It was just the restaurant set up that we didn't like. Nice food but i wouldn't go there again.

Have tried this restaurant twice before , but a while back and were not impressed. We decided to give it one more chance.Shouldnt have bothered.We got there at 5.30pm, so thought that the food would be fresh for the evening , but it seemed that it was just leftovers from lunch.Prawn crackers smelt of old oil ,prawn toast was hard with an oily flavour , ribs had no meat on them , beef was too chewy , and i am not sure what meat the chicken satays were made of , but did not taste or look like chicken !None of the food tasted as if it had just been made and by the time i walked back from the buffet to our table , it was cold.Definitely will not visit again.

We visited this buffer on 3.1.17 at around 1.20 pm. Having been there a few times we know what to expect. Nothing fantastic for a relatively cheap meal, you get what you pay for, but on this visit it was truly awful. Some dishes were cold, others were like warm, we complained, but only got a shrug and a dumb couldn't care less response. The only hit dish was the soup, which had been watered down considerably. Very disappointed with how far this place has gone down. It used to be good value for money, now just cheap and nasty

Went there with family for an evening buffet . Approx £12.50 for an adult buffet and £6.50 for children under 12. What we got for that was too much greesy and cheap food . Staff also seemed to be very happy with what they do or what they get paid . Some good quality outlets are nearby this place - Nando's, Chiquito , Pizza Hut and Subway take away stall . Ten Pin also have some reasonably priced offers on food .

Unless you have no other option do not go. Even down to the diet Coke it was disgusting. The food was barely edible, I was definitely concerned about cleanliness. My daughter visited the toilets and said they were vile but more shockingly there were women drinking from the sink taps.

We really like this place. The food is good and a lot to choose from. You will definitely find something you like. Plenty to choose for kids as well. It gets really crowded which is bad sometimes as you have to wait in long queue to get food (worst is on Sunday). Otherwise good place to go with friends or family.

Been here quite a few times for the buffet, come here for comfort food and the desserts. Have a wide variety of chicken, rice, noodles and also chips and spring rolls etc. Not so much of vegetarian options but definitely enough to fill you up. Desserts are lovely and filling, sometimes you can get banoffee cake, chocolate cake, jelly and ice cream. Great to come with friends and family. Lovely atmosphere apart from when you have to decline making a service charge when paying by card.

I went there with my family and girlfriend for my birthday lunch, well firstly me and my family got there first and we bought a coke each which was flat and came from bottles sitting in nexts to the till, refilling the buffet took longer than cooking it and when it came out it was over cooked. when my girlfriend came they called last order, not telling us when they close or it maybe changing the shift no idea I'm not going bac5

Very good Chinese food and very good value for money they have a huge variety so can suite children and adults

My second Chinese restaurant to visit in London on 20 sept evening. Surprised to see a proper bar in the restaurant and enjoy my beer. Also went round and impressed with over 35 dishes for a buffet ranging from pork ribs to sweet n sour stuff. I then realised they have a take away section where I couldn't resist but buy some food. The lady overseeing the place is the most customer unfriendly I have ever met. No greeting no smile and perpetually on her smart phone. It's as if am not wanted. I would give her benefit of doubt that she has language problems but smiling or courtesy has no language.

I have been coming here for over 20 years, and it is still the best value Chinese Buffet all around. Top value for lunch with a huge selection of top dishes. Then dinner they pull all the stops with Prawn and additional dishes. I love this place and if you have a birthday party they help you with the cake and everything. They have great staff who wait on you but you have an hour and a half to complete your meal. I mean how long do you need to enjoy a buffet? It's long enough for my family. Thank you Dragon King for seeing me through my teen years into parenthood. My family's favourite Chinese restaurant.

Food taste very good great choice of dishes, very friendly staff, we will definately visit again even though we live 25 miles away

Had a meal here then felt funny for a few hours after then day later i was vomiting and the shitts this place is rubbish food qulaity was soo bad and service was even worse

I went here this afternoon with my boyfriend for lunch. We have been before, so I thought I knew what to expect. Not so. We were seated straight away, but for some reason in a huge restaurant with so many staff they want all of the customers sitting on top of each other on the platform in one corner. It's not so bad if you're in a group, but when there is only two of you and you're practically sitting with the two tables on each side it's quite claustrophobic. We ordered drinks (a Coke for him and a tap water for me). His drink came almost straight away, but I waited and waited for mine. Eventually I had to ask again. The Coke was flat and warm, so he told them. They send someone over that slammed a glass on the table shoved the bottle in my face going "new one, yeah" and poured half a glass, making sure he took the flat one away so we had no such thing as a free drink (fine with me, but he didn't have the snatch it like that). The food was ok, not much choice- many of the things available in the evening they don't have at lunch time. The sesame chicken didn't smell like chicken- it didn't actually even smell like food so that got left. Pudding was horrible- a previously frozen banoffee gateaux cut into the smallest pieces imaginable, jelly cubes, orange slices or tinned fruit. Ice cream is the cheapest ever- I certainly wouldn't eat it at home. It was such a disappointing experience- there are many other places to eat in this complex, I would head to one of them instead. After all, no one ever complains about a nandos.

Simple lunch. You get what you pay for. Lots of choice good service and a decent price bearing in mind in you're in London. Drinks weren't great as mine was flat. Enjoyed the ice cream for desert.

A cheap and rather large all-you-can-eat Chinese buffet place that used to be half decent for the price. Used to be very busy and a bit of a madhouse but just fine really if all you want is a quick feed without too much hassle. And now? Still cheap at £6.80 a head for lunch to 3pm but the present food was so tediously predictable and tasteless it was an instant 'never again' experience...All the decent 'traditional' dishes (seafood, duck) are gone and all is left is numerous veggie and chicken dishes, a couple of beef for measure and meat-free pork ribs. I would say it was fresh and hot into the buffet though; not sure about the kitchen. Desserts were sparse, sweet and sickly and mass-produced so we were left wondering whether the highlight of the whole meal was the orange segments or the vanilla ice cream (split vote). Service was non-existent which might be expected I guess so a bit of a surprise when asked if I would like to add a tip...(No... I'm not going into that old joke but if they wanted a tip from me it would be to.....). Did I mention the place was near deserted? It was virtually empty at 1:30pm except for the loud and abusive trio of women who turned up after us with baby, and proceeded to sneakily go for the non-existent sharing platter with drinks they brought in even .... and get away with it!! Not our sort of company, I'm afraid. Drinks are at what I would call restaurant prices and not much to chose from but I guess they have to make the money on the swings, if not the roundabouts, as the saying goes.... Really, I'm not sure what purpose this place now serves. I'm Out.

Good food and great potential for this restaurant, but the hostess was a nightmare!! She was rude to the point of us walking out! Told us we needed to be out of our table within an hour and a half before we'd even sat down. Not a brilliant start to a birthday meal, would be reluctant to go back.

Have not been in here for a few years, but came today, as I suddenly remembered the place, we were hungry and nearby. No queue today, seated immediately by somebody who can obviously not speak any English, as he only managed to gesture to us to follow him and take a seat where he pointed us [does Immigration know about him?]. Food was very average, but plentiful, except for the desserts which consisted of ice cream only. My wife felt sick after eating half a plate, and she left it at that. The place is cheap for lunch, we have paid less than £ 20 for the both of us, including two drinks, but the waiter, when bringing the bill rudely pointed out, that Service was not included. My wife and I are in agreement, we won't rush there so soon again......

Please be very careful eating here, the food sits around for quite some time and is of poor quality. I eat here and was very sick with stomach cramps and vomiting. I have eaten here before some years ago but has seriously gone down hill.We went in at just before 5pm and the food was already sitting in the buffet trays, were told it didn't re-open until 5.30 - so the food would have been sitting for over 30minutes under lights including the prawns and mixed seafood wonton/balls.You decide...

My husband and I decided to go on Sunday night , we were greeted as soon as we arrived , table was quick organised for us . If you want a nice food and quick service you cant go wrong this is the place . Had so many choices (buffet) and everything looks delicious .
