I've ordered and eaten at Temola multiple times over the last 3 years. I would recommend trying this place; the meat is succulent and tender. On the occasions that I've had an issue, the owner himself has always been extremely diligent in resolving the issues and is a lovely, genuine person. They do go out of their way to create a good customer experience and take customer feedback on board. Just adding to this review a few months later - I’ve ordered from them again and they did an outstanding spread of food for us. Well packaged, well cooked - everything succulent and delicious! I had such a great experience at this Turkish restaurant! The food was absolutely amazing, I have to give a special shoutout to the lahmacun—it was everything I was craving and more. I've been looking for a place that does it right, and I finally found it here. The flavors were spot on, the crust perfectly thin and crispy—just how it's meant to be. Please, whatever you do, don’t change the lahmacun! I’m already looking forward to coming back just for that. Highly recommend for anyone looking for authentic Turkish flavors.

Had a lovely meal. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food was tasty and reasonably priced. I had the Adana kebab, which came with rice and salad. My sister had the chicken shish, also accompanied by rice and salad. The two mains and two drinks came to £35

Great food, good service, clean and happy staff.

Tried this restaurant for a late lunch. Had the tasty shaksuka starter which was served with delicious bread. I had the halloumi kebab served with rice and salad whilst my friend had the halloumi wrap with chips and salad both of us were very happy with the taste and presentation of the dishes. Service was polite and efficient. My only criticism is that the restaurant is cold and I noticed that several diners had kept their coats on. Would definitely return but with a warmer jumper.

Very nice waiters, friendly atmosphere and good food , never tried Turkish cuisine before but today was different, enjoyed a lot and will definitely come again!

Even though the food was good the service was unbearably slow, we missed multiple items that were ordered. Will not be coming back again.

I had Turkish sausage (tiny portion), a pide with mincemeat (photo) and a so-called pineapple juice. The pide was luke warm and what was advertised as fresh fruit juice was diluted squash. Onto the positives: the food was actually very tasty. I wonder if this place has just started because despite booking in advance we had to wait quite a while for our table. The was also a long wait between the food being served and cutlery being delivered. The pide, however, was definitley luke warm as I ate it with my hands (it's the Turkish equivalent of a pizza). The staff were literally running from table to table. It was packed which reclects the great tasting food so I suspect I was simply unlucky that mine was not hot. But, paying over the odds for a glass of squash was a little galling. I hope they just had a supply problem and that they were short staffed. On this presumption I'd go again.

Had chicken shish wrap and the girl i was with had a vegetarian version. Food was hot, plentiful and arrived quickly. Service and staff were good but atmosphere was dead. Came on friday lunch.

Lovely & fresh food , me & few other friends had early lunch there we ordered cold mezza platter & chicken wraps then tea & Baklava . The staff were very kind especially Khalid . I recommend the place

Sunday 16/2 early evening walk in, seated in the window. Adana Kebab & Chicken Shish + fries, food ordred & bread & dips turned up fifteen minutes later 👍 portion size just right, food was freshly cooked, total bill £31ish

Fantastic food, friendly and attentive staff. Only really let down by the heating system. The restaurant was very cold, with most people keeping their coats on.

I always buy Turkish food from Alfreton road. Thought I'd give a new place a try. Food was presented really nice, however the taste wasn't the best or the nicest. The rice tasted like undercooked long grain rice with out seasoning like other places. The kofte meat was of extremely poor quality. With each mouthful I had to remove pieces of grit. The cheese rolls tasted extremely sour. Not pleasant at all. The meze and houmous had a weird flavour. Something tasted off. The Turkish bread that had soaked up meat sauces tasted nice. Overall I'd give it a 3/10. Not nice like the other Turkish restaurants. Wouldn't order again.

The truth is that there is no credibility in serving food at all. This means talking about the opposite of what is served. For example, I ordered a group order for four people and they gave me two people. I was shocked and unable to say anything. They didn’t give you four plates of rice. They gave me two, and the Meshari was for two people only. The big surprise is the price is 58 pounds. Frankly, I left them and am not satisfied at all.

I came here with a group of friends and really enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere. We ordered the gold platter which was a feast for the eyes and belly, plenty of food to go around! Delicious Kanefah dessert and cake to finish off a delicious meal. Service was brilliant and Levent really looked after us from start to finish, went above and beyond. Would recommend and come back again. Thank you, Levant and team!

Perfect ❤️ we had amazing breakfast there and the staff was so nice and friendly.

Food was good but just warm and took too long to come. We gave simple instructions for the burger (meat, lettuce and cheese only) but I guess the waiter didn’t even bother to listen. Sorry but will be the first and last time.

The food here is impeccable. I have tried various turkish restaurants in Nottingham to try find the equivalent of food in turkiye and this place is the one, Along with the service and atmosphere.

On a visit to Nottingham with my girlfriend, we come across this restaurant. See a couple of reviews saying food was good but slow service……. I agree The food was very good. Cold Meza platter to start. Then Lamb shish and chicken shish main. However, didn’t get a drink as wasn’t offered, waiting over 45 minutes for the cold meza and an additional 30 minutes for the main. Thank you for the nice food, but unless the service improves, I will not be returning.

A brilliant Turkish experience! Visited with all the family & everyone was satisfied with their meals. The flavours are great, especially from the Charcoal Grill. Would definitely return

The food was very nice, but the treatment was very bad from the day you entered to the time you left, and the order employee looked at you very hard, as if you were inside the restaurant at his expense. But the food is very delicious and this is the only advantage

Terrible experience. Ordered a pide at Temola that was burnt and tasted awful. I waited 30 minutes even though they were running late. When I complained, they refused to accept there was an issue and said nothing was wrong. No effort was made to fix it, and I was still charged £20 for it. Never going back.

Disappointing breakfast. The tea didn’t taste like Turkish tea, the bread was old and cold, and the portions were very small. Not worth it.

Brilliant place. Exceptional grill platter! Service was too slow on a Friday. Had to wait for about half an hour for the dessert. Food was simply brilliant, was just disappointed a bit of the overall service. Had a lovely time with friends!

Ordered a vegetable kebab and asked for it to be vegan as I am lactose intolerant. It came with a halloumi and when I asked for this to be corrected it came back 5 minutes later and the halloumi had just been picked out, a few chips added and sent back out. I started eating it and noticed because they’d missed a piece of halloumi. I would have happily waited for a new one to be made and don’t appreciate the attempt to cover it up as consuming dairy could make me sick. There were other issues with the meal due to us being a large group which I’m less bothered about but I’m not happy about being charged £18 for a few chips and a drink

I visited with some colleagues and we ordered the family sharing platter (serves 4). I loved that we could swap the sides that came with the platter for our preferred sides. The portions were good and the meat was very juicy and well cooked. Staff were very accommodating and warm. I would definitely be visiting again.

Guys if you haven’t been these place yet, you don’t know what you’re missing. Food is amazing fresh cooked with care, very big portions. I highly recommend recommend breakfast but as well ice cream baklava and halva. Staff very nice and carring.

We love to come here as a family, this is our favourite restaurant! Both lunch options and breakfasts are great, and I would recommend to anyone to come here and try. On Sundays we visit for King's breakfast, and you get a whole range of food. From eggs, to cheeses, Turkish tea, all the way up to tasty cup of soup, baklava and more. You can seat with your friends of family and chill over a table full of delicious food.

I found a Turkish spot in Nottingham which does some insane baklava! In the busy town centre I came across @temolauk who deemed a popular choice and they were busy which is always a good sign. Starters were good and the Lamacun gotta be tried. Loved who thin the bread was and had a nice crunch to it too. For mains we got a mix platter which had a bit of everything. All pretty good but do try their special chilli sauce, just elevates it all! I wasn't ready for dessert. I saw they do baklava but didn't realise it was housemade. This was a seriously good baklava and some of the best I've had in a restaurant in the UK. Also it came with pepper Turkish ice cream. This is a must try. They also have Italian dishes on their menu which is a mix up. Overall great option as that area doesn't have many halal options at all and that baklava blew me away!

We took the kebab plate for 2 people and we enjoyed it. The smoky taste of the meat was very good and the baklava for desert was delicious 😋

We popped in today and had a couple of cheeseburger meals and a veggie sautee. We had looked at the restaurant a couple of times, previously, but not had the time to pop in. So glad we did today, as the food was amazing. The burgers were the nicest I've tasted and the fries and smokey mayonnaise were delicious too. The vegie option also received a great compliment. The staff were really nice and the general atmosphere was very relaxing. Will definitely be visiting again whenever we come to Nottingham.

We went to have breakfast with my friend, but it was much more than just breakfast. If you want to have a Turkish breakfast, I definitely recommend you try it.

Last time I visited this location it was Antalya but now it's been refurbished and is a new business. Reserved a table for myself and friends as it was a busy Saturday evening. No waiting around when we arrived. I chose the halloumi and the lamb shish, both were excellent. Staff all friendly and accommodating, will definitely visit again as the breakfasts sound appealing! Only thing to be aware of is that they do not serve alcohol, but there are plenty of other establishments in the vicinity so we called in at Foremans Bar afterwards.

We popped in here at random and I'm really glad we did. The food was lovely with very friendly service. I especially liked the fresh lemonade with mint to drink. Really would recommend having a meal here, it's convenient for the theatre too.

It was a sudden decision that we came here, but the best decision. Clean, wonderful layout and decoration, polite helpful staff. The food is heavenly and they helped me choose. We will definitely come here again, because it has become one of our favorite restaurants.

Food and drink were great. The service was excellent, especially Matilda, who made us feel very special. She was friendly and attentive and went out of her way to make us happy!

Food took over an hour to come, wasn’t particularly nice either. Manager offered 50 percent off on next visit but pointless as not from around here. Money off the bill would have been the respectful and professional way to go about it. Would avoid and try other places.

A very disappointing meal. We ordered the meat platter for 4 people which was only enough to feed 2. Meat was overcooked and had burnt overpowering flavour. Waited over an hour from taking our order for food. Only to be told they were short staffed in the kitchen. Should of been made away of this when we arrived as the restaurant was busy. Gave us 50% off our next visit, you will not find me back in their establishment. Avoid at all costs. We were not the only customers who complained that night. The restaurant needs to pull it's finger out or give up its hot spot for a restaurant who will know what to do with it.

I went to Te Mola, I ate delicious Turkish food, and I saw a welcoming atmosphere. The kebabs are soft, full of flavour, and cooked just right. The lahmacun is thin and crispy with tasty spiced meat on top, perfect for a light meal. Their salads are fresh and colourful, adding a healthy and tasty touch. Every dish feels full of Turkish flavour. It’s a lovely place to enjoy great food!

I visit Temola Turkish cuisine a lmost every day, and it never disappoints! The food is consistently delicious, with authentic Turkish flavors and fresh ingredients. Whether it's the kebabs, mezze, or baklava, everything is top-notch.

Extremely poor service. We were not properly greeted upon arrival shown to a table, and instead were made to choose a table ourselves. Then waited 10 minutes for even a menu to be presented to us. Once we’d made our decision, another 15 mins without anyone taking our order - we had to flag down a waitress to take our order. As if this weren’t bad enough, food took over an hour to come. We weren’t in isolation on this matter, since tables all around the restaurant (many that had arrived before us) also clearly hadn’t received their food. Food did not arrive altogether but rather in a piece-by-piece manner, and the prices for the portion size were absolutely exorbitant. Service throughout was cold, with waitresses often forgetting our requests to bring a bill etc. Strongly advise all people to avoid this restaurant and go to other nearby Turkish/Greek restaurants. HARD AVOID.

the order takes long time to be served as well some missing plates didn’t received even they said within minutes to be served, even they included the missing item in total bill. however the food tasted were acceptable not too good 10/6 the chicken was hard to eat with little rise portion.

Been here a few days ago as i was craving for a homemade burger so bad. It was actually the best one i ever tried and the gentleman who served us it was so attentive, friendly and proved he is a proffesional. Keep up the good work, you doing an amazing job! We went there especially for lahmacun and it was delicious. I would like especially highlight “Ezme(spicy chilli dip)” it was nearly perfect taste for me. We tried mix pide and mix shish and they are delicious as well. We also tried baklava and Turkish tea they were too. We fully satisfied with our experience even we forgot take pictures of foods 🙂

Went for breakfast this morning with my family and the service was spectacular. The food was amazing and the girls at the counter kept my little daughter Aisha quite entertained and just overall happy. Normally I don’t do reviews but I went for lunch today and this place was amazing. The staff were very kind and the food was amazing. I had the Te beef wrap and it has to be one of the best wraps I’ve ever had, plus the seasoned fries are delicious

When we arrived the place wasn't very busy. When we walked in everyone looked at us, which was a bit strange. After a while they realized we were customers and we sat down. Later I can't say anything negative about the waiters. We ordered a mixed platter and a lamb pide. The lamb pide was good, but the meat on my mixed platter wasn't that good. The rice, on the other hand, was surprisingly good. The restaurant is easy to reach and clean. We had the above dishes plus a coke and an ayran and paid £39.

Been here a couple of times and food has been excellent both times. I've only been in the evening on a week night but nice and chilled, not too noisy. Staff are friendly - can sometimes take a little time to take your order but not too much of an issue as never been in a rush - and you can of course just call someone over to take your order as and when you're ready!
