Tehran Lounge in Barnet

He tenido una experiencia surrealista hoy aquí. El personal trató de pasar un cordero koobideh para la carne de res. Pregunté antes de pedir y de nuevo después de que llegó porque otros restaurantes persas en la zona hacen el koobideh con cordero. Cuando llegó olía a cordero, así que pregunté de nuevo, pero aún así me aseguraron que me habían servido carne de res. Desde el primer bocado también sabía a cordero, pero los miembros del personal insistieron en que era carne de res. El dueño del negocio incluso me dijo que es la carne de res de mejor calidad, de la que puede estar seguro ya que la compra él mismo. También dijo que no sirven cordero en el restaurante en absoluto. Es difícil de doble - comprobar lo que sirven en absoluto, ya que el menú no aparece aquí ni en su página de FB. Según toda apariencia, se compensan a medida que avanzan. Desafortunadamente, ninguna conversación puede hacer que el cordero huela o sepa a carne de res. Lo bueno es que me ofrecieron un reembolso, que estaba más que contento de tomar. ¿Por qué intentaron pasar cordero como carne de res? ¿Podría ser que traten de alejar a los clientes que no vienen aquí a fumar como cuestión de política? Este es un salón de shisha más que cualquier otra cosa con la comida obviamente siendo una idea de posguerra. Parecían en desorden cuando pedí ver el menú. Lo más increíble es que piensan que los clientes no pueden distinguir entre la carne de vacuno y el cordero. La Olivier (ensalada rusa) también era bueno, pero nada excepcional. Por supuesto, no volveré aquí y no recomiendo. No puedes estar seguro de lo que te sirven aquí.

We have been going to this place for many years but post covid with the new refurb, everything has just gone up a notch. The shisha (premium flavours), last for hours and are incredibly smooth. The food comes in large enough portion (chips, etc). The staff are super helpful and attentive. Mr Mohammad the manager goes the extra mile to help out. The other members Medhi were always on the ball in case we needed something. The tables all have a bell and people are always fast to respond and see how they can help. Always a good night, easy parking outside, great food and exceptional service! Thank you

Visité el salón de Teherán por primera vez con mis amigos esta noche, y debo decir que es absolutamente increíble. Desde el servicio prestado hasta el ambiente. My friends and I went to Tehran Lounge as we had tried the other Shisha lounges in the area and found all of them to be lacking in one way or another (good Shisha, bad atmosphere, and vice versa), so we thought to try out a new place and we were so pleasantly surprised! Tehran Lounge is a hidden gem, only a few minutes walk away from Finchley Central Station hidden away from the hustle and bustle of the main High Street. It has a front conservatory indoor/outdoor section which is lovely, a restaurant area, and an outback. The Shisha is well priced at £16 for two, and of all the places I have tried seems to smoke the best and be the best quality. The drinks there are absolutely fantastic (the fresh juices, the smoothies, and the milkshakes are all absolutely delicious), and the food is excellent to, particularly the falafel which was wonderful and fresh. Everything is very well priced in all aspects. The atmosphere is lovely, nice atmospheric lighting, lots of space and not at all smokey or oppressive. Finally, the staff are wonderful and friendly, all very approachable and personable. Particularly Mahmood (pardon my spelling!) who has a lovely demeanour and is very attentive. Needless to say, we will definitely be back, and we had a wonderful experience at Tehran lounge.

Heaven to a shi sha addict it was fabulous!!! The service was spot on and we had a wrap with baklava it was delicate and healthy Happy to to let us enjoy the sun on a beautiful day without being nagged to hurry up! Definitely a place to go

So we chose here because of the reviews but however we are so disappointed now ! The staffs couldn’t even speak English the one we talked to first didn’t know what book a table means and pretended like we were wrong! The shisha had a very weak taste which was not good at all the carrot cake was so stiff and was obvious that it was old by the way don’t recommend it at all.

It's our second visit and we are very happy with quality and quantity. We had koobideh, kashk bademjoon and Shisha. They don't offer rice (Chelo) but they have fresh nan and it's crunchy and fresh. I've tried their fresh juice, was tasty and truly fresh. Furthermore prices are reasonable and open environment is warm during winter (haven't been there summer but I guess it would be nice).

Warm place for chilling and food was great.recommend that place. Services was good and friendly staff.best place

Staffs are nice and the food is perfect. I had a hotdog sandwich, it was the best hotdog i have ever had. Shisha is good and it doesn’t burnt quick.

its good place to go but they charging £5 for just plain hot water.... its a bit of question left ......dont main to get any reasonable charge for food or any others thing on the menu at all but £5 for hot water ???!!!.... they rowing all the good thing for very small amount its pity :(

It's one of the great shisha bar and persian restaurants recommended strongly to visit it. Frindly staff good food and good atmosfer.

Went here last night and had the best kebab I've had for a while! So nice to know there is a place of this quality right on my doorstep! Definitely coming back again!!

It is one of the nice shisha bar and Persian restaurant in North London Finchley Central they have a good grill kebab with nice sandwiches. And shisha also

Having driven past this relatively new Persian restaurant, I contacted them and said I would like to bring my Foodie Group and asked them to email their menu. The Manager said they were making a menu and would send it when it was ready. A few weeks passed and I made contact again and said I was ready to bring a party of 8 people for lunch. He then asked if we wanted food or shisha ! I told him we wanted Persian food. He accepted the booking and I confirmed it by text. Imagine my disappointment on arriving for the lunch to find that no table had been set up for us . They kindly offered us their back room, away from the smoking and it was left to me to put three tables together. The waiter then brought the menu, which was extremely small. We started to order and found that the items we wanted were not available that day.....We chose the Tehran Special chicken salad with an aubergine dip as starter and - to be fair - as salads go, it was quite a good one. Unfortunately they hadn't tossed it, so it wasn't until we reached the end of it that we discovered the walnuts and olives. The fact that it took nearly an hour to come to our table was also unfortunate ! The chicken was okay and the helpings were enormous. We also liked the Persian bread very much as it was hot and crispy.
