I have to admit, I don’t usually spend time to write reviews. But this deserves it. I attended one of the pop up events in this beautifully decorated venue in Central London. I was looking forward to it after receiving recommendations from a few of my foodie friends who love fine dining and michelin starred restaurants. I also saw a mention of Technique as one of the hottest tables this summer in the Sunday Times. The food, the service, the chef’s amazing personality made this an experience to remember. There was something that felt exclusive, yet inclusive about it. Also, I have to mention the lovely conversations with fellow guests, from writers from the BBC, to city Lawyers, what a fabulous mix! Can’t wait to come back, and thanks for the experience! “The key is commensality” as Chef Louis Ashok put it.

I finally managed to get a table at Technique by Louis Ashok and can say hands down it was the best fine dining experience I’ve ever had! Each and every dish delivered flavours of Africa and we were immersed into African fine dining at its very best, (which I must admit I never knew existed). Chef Ashok paired common luxurious ingredients such as caviar and truffle sourced from the finest ingredients. We went with the tasting menu with wine pairing which complimented each dish superbly. Chef Ashok is highly professional and he curated the perfect dishes. He explained the story behind each dish thoroughly and gave his guests an unforgettable gastronomic experience. I will certainly be dining with Technique again in the foreseeable future.

No es el tipo de restaurante que esperaría encontrar en un aeropuerto, más como Mayfair. El lugar es lo suficientemente agradable, aunque he oído que se debe renovar pronto. El personal era muy bueno, hablador y conocedor del menú. La cocina en sí es perfecta con excelentes panes para comenzar. También disfrutamos de una variedad de bocadillos que eran imaginativos y sabrosos. All things considered (including the price), this is, pound for pound, one of the best restaurants in London and it is nothing less than a tragedy that it is shortly going to close. I feel very bad (particularly now) that I have not previously left a review. We have been there many times (including with groups who had never visited before) and the feedback has been ubiquitously (and rightly) glowing. The food is sensational (and significantly better than in a lot of "fancier" places that would charge at least twice as much) and Jonathan is an extraordinarily welcoming and charming host who enhances everyone's experience. They were very unlucky with COVID and historically this location has been difficult for restaurants. The restaurant has often not seemed as busy as it ought to be (given how good it is) and I can completely understand their decision. But Chelsea is about to lose an absolute jewel.

Absolutely delightful experience. It was my first time in a Michelin restaurant and wow did this place rock! Everyone was so attentive and amazing.

Also das Restaurant ist sehr edel eingerichtet und das Menü wird Gang für Gang sehr schön präsentiert aber aus was das Menü besteht ist mir persönlich etwas zu experimentiert worden.Geschmacklich interessant aber manchmal zu viel des Guten.
