I love Bubble tea and this place had a free sample outside so I went in and bought one. The tea itself was delicious - the shop was poor visually - I was expecting a bit of Taiwanese "PoP' culture influence. Good price and pleasent service.

Its actually cheaper than a lot of places in Cardiff. The staff were friendly and the milk teas and toppings had a great taste and texture. But I found that the fruit teas were far too sweet even when I reduced the sweetness, this could be personal preference though!

Went in there yesterday and today. I ordered a hot drink today and got a cold one so I told the guy that was making the teas. He looked really pissed but proceeded to change my order. He then gave me the “new” and “hot” drink - and it was cold again when I tried it?! The guy behind the counter taking the orders was always nice though, the bubble tea is good and the place is actually really cute. That’s the reason why I’m giving two instead of one star.
