The Rice was revolting because it had ZERO FLAVOUR. Wrong ingredients for the rice and someone fried my plantain in puff puff oil which it made it hard to eat, my plantain was wet?????

Food was AMAZING! Finding a good Chinese takeaway can be really difficult but it was all amazing. Food delivered much quicker than we thought, was still very hot when arrived and tasted amazing. The menu is a little bit limited but it has everything we needed/wanted and we will 100% be ordering again next time we fancy a Chinese takeaway.

I requested No mushrooms as my husband is allergic to them. The food arrived with mushrooms in. Tried to ring the restaurant and all I get back is 'you have dialled an incorrect number' tried contacting just eat and had phone put down on me

Delivery driver was incredibly rude. Rides I've ever encountered. Food was ok. Nothing exceptional. Based on the lateness and rudeness of the driver and standard quality of food, i will not be ordering from here again. Wasn't worth the aggro.

I've ordered from tasty house a lot but this has definitely got to be one of the better times. Food was early and hot. Rice was full of prawns and the salt and pepper wings were crispy. Very delicious!!!!

The food was tasteless worst Chinese I’ve ever ordered. The special fried rice was bland and the sweet and sour pork watery. This is the 1st and last time I order from this place.

Wouldn't recommend the chicken spring rolls (minced chicken loses a lot of the flavour.) Duck spring rolls are absolutely excellent! Would order double-portions of them!

I ordered sweet and sour pork I added a fried rice as an extra. The box was filled with rice with the smallest spoon full of pork and I got the privlage to pay nearly £7 for it. My wife got a mixed meat chow mien which was ok but not hot. Probably because the delivery was nearly 30 mins late, considering we had to pay a delivery fee I would not expect it to be late. Tried contact restaurant and the phone had been disconnected. Contacted just eat and the service advisor also tried contacting the owner who never answered the phone. Avoid this place.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Food delivered with items missing. Phone number for the restaurant doesn’t work so had to resort to calling the delivery driver & asking them to put manager on the phone. Manager refused to talk to me or give even a partial refund. After 2 years of ordering here I will never order from them again. Felt sorry for the lovely driver who did bring me the rest of the food but by the time I received it everything was stone cold. Unbelievable.

Sweet and sour chicken had no flavour whatsoever went straight into the bin. Chow mein noodles was swimming in sauce. Waste of money and will never order from them again.

I was hoping the food would be tasty as there seemed to be more positive reviews then negative. - The peanut sauce was stodgy like it has been sitting in the fridge and then was heated up - I ordered beef ho fun and when I opened the container there were two different noodles inside split in half. In one side was the beef ho fun and in the other side was regular noodles - I really don’t understand why they would do that - the noodles were not that flavoursome either It’s a shame but I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

The process of ordering was fine; given the delivery time. 15 minutes after I received notification of it being on its way, I tried to call the takeaway. The number did not work. Sought support from JustEat. after about 15 minutes on hold they eventually got hold of the takeaway who assured us both it was on its way. another 35/40 minutes. At this point the takeaway was listed on JustEat as ‘back soon’ - oh no, I thought! the food eventually arrived. It was lukewarm and flavourless. Will never order from them again!

ordered food at 5, it came at 7, tried calling several times and the phone lines were down. just eat got in touch just as the food arrived... when the food arrived two orders were missing and the food was dry with 0 taste and tiny portions of anything that had meat in it. ordered extras and they never added them in. avoid at all costs... the delivery man was nice mannered though :)

Thank you for leaving our food by the doors, when we fall asleep after party and didn’t hear the bell to go to the doors. It was totally our fault, but you were great and left it in a safe place which allowed us to have the food as a hangover recovery breakfast. Specially the vegetable soup is so simple but so soothing.

After last time very good and surprising experience we went for food from this place again, and again, we were very satisfied. My only “complain” would be the salt and pepper tofu- not crispy and all, just soggy and slimy. I’m sure it can be done better considering the squid my boyfriend’s squid was crispy-ish. I think putting hole in the lid so the food can breathe would help a bit. Other then that- lovely food. Really don’t understand the low reviews. I’m a picky eater when it goes to take-away and this is nice!

Delivery driver mixed the foods and we received totally different order. So unsatisfied I will request for refund. THis is unacceptable.

Never buy food from Tasty House. You will regret it. Worst service and worst tasting Chinese food I have ever had. The food took an hour and half to arrive and that's with me constantly complaining to Just Eat customers services about the delay. The Tasty House phone line is dead and Just Eat will not give out the second working number they use to contact the restaurant. It was so much stress just to find out what was causing the delay. When the food finally arrived it tasted awful. If I could minus stars I would. NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered from Tasty House at 8:30pm, the arrival time was for 9:30pm and my food arrived late at 10:30pm. Considering the restaurant is close by to my house and the email said it was ‘out for delivery’ it clearly wasn’t. The email gives a number which directs you to the restaurant but lo and behold! The number doesn’t work, they are completely unreachable as the number isn’t even recognised. My food arrived VERY late and it was cold. I told Just eat that I wanted to be reimbursed for the awful service, Camille (very helpful by the way) finally got in touch with the owner in which I was told he was only will to refund 10% of my order total which was £1.60p. Absolutely laughable never ordering from there again.

I ordered wonton soup and its stuffing which is mince pork and prawn tasted like rotten meat. It kinda killed my taste of all other food.

I barely ever leave reviews but this was so pants. I’m not fussy or expecting Michelin Star food but come on. I’m contemplating calling for a refund. An hours wait for food that arrived cold and bland. What is that about? Not one to order too much takeout but when I do it won’t be from here.

Food took 1hr 45mins to arrive! Turned up freezing cold also ordered beef curry and rice they put it in the same pot with like 4 bits of beef and tiny bit of sauce, chips were soggy tried to call them a number of times and their phones number was saying not recognised also has no prawn crackers absolute liberty

I didn’t expect the rice to come in the same container as the sweet and sour chicken, I ordered sweet and sour chicken served with boiled rice, and I was expecting to be in different containers because I hate when my food looks all messed up. The food was alright, it wasn’t a big portion, I wasn’t gonna share it with anyone, but if I wanted to share I couldn’t because it wasn’t that big of a portion.

It was quite late and 2 of the items were missing. When waiting for these items to be redelivered it was late them too

Food arrived 2hours after I ordered. delivery time was 1.5hours (which is a joke - not confirmed until after payment taken but no phone number so call and cancel or change to collection) but arrived 35mins after that!! No phone number on the Just Eat restaurant details. Had to google them and the number shown on the website is ‘incorrect’. delivery driver didn’t apologise for being late - until I asked why they were so late. Not good enough!
