Tasty China in Redcar and Cleveland

Ordered a takeaway, we have been waiting over 2 hours. Phoned to check an hour in and it looked like they have no idea we had put in an order. But said it was on the way, it will be 10 mins. An hour later, still no sign of our food, phoned again. We phoned to cancel our order 2 and a half hours later and within 5 mins the driver called to try and find the house. By this point we went out to get some food from elsewhere! Be careful ordering takeaway from here as you maybe in for a long wait! Terrible service when you phone up, rude, and I had the phone put down on me.

We placed an order at this takeaway and nearly two hours later we phoned back, which they advised it had left and was on its way with their driver.. over half an hour later we phoned back as it had still not arrived .. a woman advised there wasn’t an order for our address and who had we spoke with !!! After explaining we were told it was on its way she went and spoke with another colleague and they advised it was still on its way!!! nearly three hours and no food for our family... We have never experienced such unprofessional and diabolical service .. we will never youse this Chinese again and I would advise others to avoid !!!

This is the worst takeaway I have evever encountered after ordering 2 hours I rang back to see what was happening I was informed my food was on it's way, after another 45mins still nothing!! I have very experienced such poor service from any takeaway, please all stay clear

Really enjoyed our visit to the Tasty China. The service was outstanding , food brilliant A thouroughy enjoyable experience would recommend a visit, you will not be disappointed. Prices very reasonable too.
