Masala fish was a little too salty but tasted nice. Tarka Dal was full of oil…not nice.

I wish I could give this place ten stars! I was blown away with the first bite of the mixed grill platter! Lamb chops, chicken and kebabs so flavorful that will feel like a party in your mouth! The biryanis rice dishes are amazing! The lamb one is the best! I can’t get enough of this place. I cannot wait to try more dishes off the menu. The servers are very attentive and very friendly. The prices are reasonable for the amount and quality of the food.

Some of the most flavorful food I’ve had in London! The meat was so tender and biryani and saag paneer were delicious as well!

A Pakistani restaurant. We tried its day salon and its meat salon with bones and bread... The food and prices are very excellent. The restaurant says halal, and they also say meat and chicken are halal.

Friendly place, curries were good, but didn't cook my grandson's as we asked for, we asked for mild. Plates were cold, Rice was over priced, nice touch with the salad starter, but, what was annoying, was adding a service charge of £12 ? we all pay v.a.t as it is, is this a London thing, most curry houses in Birmingham, would only charge that, if it was a high class dinner, not just a deli cafe.

The portions were generous and hearty—exactly how Lahori food should be. What impressed me most was how the restaurant stayed true to its roots. It’s rare to find a place abroad that serves food so close to home, and today, Iam at home. The experience was made even better by Mubashara, our server, who was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout. Worth every penny and a perfect spot for anyone feeling homesick for real Lahori flavors. Highly recommended!

Everything was delicious giving true taste of desi food. I had gajar halwa and golab jaman in dessert with tea. The taste was simply mouth watering and everything was very tasty. Tea was really very good.

My husband booked this for me as I’m Pakistani and wanted to take me somewhere where I could enjoy our food. I can honestly say I was so disappointed the samosas were made from some weird pastry and the filling was mushy not how it should be. I ordered bhindi curry and it was so bland and the paratha wasn’t even a proper one god knows how they made it. My husband ordered sheikh kebabs so he was pleased with his food. They didn’t even give me a glass with my water and the drinks came in the middle of the meal. Will never come here again or recommend

The Girl name Misbah or I am not sure about her name but was really kind and friendly towards us. The food was delicious and atmosphere was really nice.

Walked into this hole in the wall against my will, fully expecting the usual crappy service you get at a Pakistani restaurant. But even by those already abysmal standards, this place was a raging dumpster fire. The food? Utter trash. The curry tasted like they forgot salt even existed something mistake you’d expect from some American chain not an Asian restaurant. And to make it worse they brought it out before bringing out the naan. Did they really expect me to eat it like an animal???? Then there was the so-called “paratha.” I don’t know what unholy abomination they slapped onto my plate, but it sure as hell wasn’t a paratha and for 4 POUNDS I can feed a village with that in Pakistan To anyone even thinking about coming here or to anyone dumb enough to believe Pakistani food outside of Pakistan is ever worth it do yourself a favor. Take that money, book a flight from Heathrow to Karachi, and eat something actually edible. Trust me, even with the layovers airport food and the amazing custom's staff at the airport, you’ll still be better off than stepping foot in this sorry excuse for a restaurant. Please Google let me come work for you so I can add a ZERO star option. Sorely missed here

The food they recommended is delicious, and customer service is excellent. Though a little spicy for us. I hghly recommend the lamb shank and sheesh kebabs.

Absolutely fantastic dining experience! The food was exceptional—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We ordered Haleem and Lamb Biryani both was very delicious. What made it even better was the outstanding service from our waitress. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious. Spice levels could be chosen on some dishes, so great for those who are a bit timid to try out new foods. Portions were well sized.

The food is fantastic in this place and I highly recommend the Matka Kulfi. My only complaint is the service - I asked for water and the waiter just ignored this I had to remind someone else. The waiter seems too busy talking with each other instead of taking orders and paying attention to customers.

Overpriced for What It Is We were charged £20.00 for a simple, basic jug of lassi, which seems excessively expensive. A fair price would be around £10, considering it likely costs the restaurant around £1 to make. This feels like an unreasonable markup and a bit of a rip-off.

Short Review I had a disappointing biryani experience at Taste of Lahore, Harrow. Ordered their most expensive biryani, expecting quality, but it was dry and lacked flavour. When I complained, they tossed the same biryani in tomato puree, turning it into tomato fried rice, which is not how biryani should be. Even the chicken pieces were the same as in the first serving, meaning they didn’t actually compensate—just repurposed the dish. Though they offered to waive the charge, I paid my part, but the whole eating experience was ruined—bad taste, poor handling, and disappointing service. A restaurant can’t fix bad food with apologies. Wouldn’t recommend them.

OMG - what a wonderful experience. My daughter and I decided to come here for our first night in London and it was spectacular. My daughter likes “zero spice” and I like it “hot”. The waiter was extremely informative and accommodating. The butter chicken and lamb kebabs were both amazing and we had some of the best Gulab Jamun I have ever had! My favorite though was the Peshwari Naan - which was a complete revelation, Naan stuffed with coconut cream and nuts. I hope to visit again.

I am giving it 3 stars solely based on the fact that their famous Lahori Namak Mandi Karahi is made totally of the chicken thighs and legs. When we inquired about it, we were told the breast pieces take more time to cook so they are used in boneless Karahi (face palm). I don’t know who gave them the idea that we are in some sort of rush. We are paying premium prices but are given some bogus explanations. Otherwise, the atmosphere and service was good.

Very good food, it was my first experience with Pakistani food and we really enjoyed it!! We went twice because we thought the food was excellent and the price was fair! The service was also very good, Ahmar served us twice and was very helpful. I recommend it!!

Visited this restaurant as I was craving lamb karahi. Atmosphere was nice, good seating and staff were very friendly. However the food was mediocre. We order lamb karahi and seekh kebab. Quantity was descent but taste was very average.
