Really superb pastries! Their savoury options were exceptional. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is due to the lacklustre blonde waitress. Simple requests for a long black instead of an americano were met with an eye roll. I was met with a blank face as I said thank you when leaving. Not a great first impression so I’ll have my future pastries to-go from your other branches.

Great place for brunch / lunch, our sandwiches were delicious, the pastries all looked amazing, sadly we could only eat one between us. The atmosphere was great too, I was shocked they even had a table on a Sunday afternoon . A definite do over.

Been craving an Almond croissant and this was 10/10. Even got it warmed up and they had so many other delicious pastries there. Would recommend this place to anyone and especially if you are going to Victoria station, it’s only around the corner.☺️

Please don't fill the cafe if you can't serve the drinks even slightly at the same time of the food. I asked three times for our drinks and your server tried but she had no time because it was so busy to check back. I think you should just go to full qr ordering or no table service if you can't handle. Your food is outstanding and this really lets it down. Just do better with the service model

Great variety of boulangerie and good coffee, the service is impeccable. They have several Danish and always a special of the month.

The pain au chocolate was very good, as was the tea. The rest didn't make me crazy.

Came in during a Saturday and got really quickly seated by a gentleman. The waitress who is called Leeen provided really good service and gave us many good recommendations, such as the orange danish, as well as good explanations on the food. Definitely try one of the flatbreads!!! Very fresh and goes very well with a hummus. Coffee very good comes with really nice art on the top of it. Will be back soon

One of the most instagrammable bakeries in the Belgravia district of London. Really well-kept, clean, the staff is friendly and the leavened products counter is inviting for breakfast. I don't give 5 stars just for the prices, really out of budget. For a croissant or a pain au chocolat you spend almost £4, not to mention drinks and brunch-style menus. Nice proposal but not repeatable.

Went here for some brunch, very delicious coffee and sandwiches. The server Leen was very helpful and attentive to my needs which definitely made it a very comfortable experience. I really liked her recommendations and I will definitely be taking my mother and sisters here next time!

Overall A nice, clean bakery providing some very nice Mediterranean style food and also all the traditional hot pastries you would expect from a traditional London bakery. Seating There is plenty of seating for individuals, couples and larger groups around the back. Service The staff here are excellent and provide a service with a smile. We were quite a big group of 8 and 5 of us arrived early and we were permitted to wait for the rest of our group before ordering. The waiting staff offered to take photos of the group and were very generous with their time. Food quality and speed Excellent. The Frittata was my favourite along with the Almond croissant. But we couldn't fault the quality of the food and really thought it was served quite quickly despite the large order. Well done! Every dish was freshly prepared, full of rich flavors, and beautifully presented. We tried (Egg flat bread as well as the fig with feta cheese ), and each one exceeded our expectations! The service was prompt, and the staff ( Leen) was attentive and courteous. We never had to wait too long, and everything was handled efficiently. Plus, the restaurant was impeccably clean and well-organized, adding to the overall pleasant experience. In short, this restaurant is a must-visit! I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience.

I popped in for some croissants and pastries for the family. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Everyone at home loved the croissants and zataar bread. Thank you for such a warm welcoming atmosphere.

Before going to Harry Potter Studio, I arrived at Victoria Coach Station in advance and ran to the bakery! 2 croissants, 1 cinnamon roll, what was one... ㅠㅠ Anyway! We took out a total of 4 breads and had butter beer and a delicious lunch instead. Very crunchy and crunchy!!! The texture is the best!! If it were in front of my house, I would have been a sparrow in this bakery. I go looking for crunchy croissants every day~hahaha The kids give a thumbs up too! I said it was delicious I'd like to stop by again before I leave Victoria. It’s a shame I didn’t take pictures of the store!>◇<

recently tried their Butter croissant and Zaatar knot and both were of exceptional quality. The croissant had a fantastic flavor and, impressively, remained crispy even after 3-4 hours of being taken out. The knot was equally delightful, balancing flavors perfectly, The serving standard were pretty high was served by joy and he made my day joyfull and delightful, what they do offer is truly outstanding. It’s no surprise they won the title of “Best Croissant in the UK 2024”—well deserved! A must-try for anyone who appreciates high-quality pastries.

I came for breakfast this morning and I am glad I stumbled on to this place. I was greeted with a warm welcome and escorted to my table. The food was amazing but the service was extra ordinary. The staff member Ishak was a star he made my day and I will definitely come back again with friends.

Everyday is getting worse than ever. Last time i came i literally ate a dough full of dough that makes you suffer the rest of the day.

Wonderful cafeteria, variety of sweets (croissant, chocolate bread and others) and sandwich, we went twice, excellent service, has wifi. It is worth waiting for a table for a while to taste so much wonder. 100% recommended. Another trip to London and we will be there.🇨🇱

The oat milk cold brew and latte we ordered were absolutely appalling. Both drinks were a complete disaster, tasting like they’d been brewed in pure neglect. The oat milk, if you can even call it that, seemed spoiled or expired, leaving an unbearable, sour aftertaste that completely ruined the experience. It’s as if no one bothered to check the quality of their ingredients—or worse, they just didn’t care. Honestly, this was an insult to coffee, oat milk, and anyone who dared to taste it. Avoid this place unless you have a death wish for your taste buds.

Cute place, but that's all it is, and value is a big eyebrow raiser. Two of us, asked 2 cheese quarssaunts (I'd say average +), and 4 of the smallest cups of Karak tea you could imagine came to just over £50, which I absolutely do not get, unless they're made of some extraordinarily hard get ingredients, which they absolutely are not. Service OK(ish).

The bakery is delicious and offers a variety of dishes. They have a potato pie with garlic and cheese that is very delicious. After the mozzarella sticks with eggs, the service was slow due to the crowding and they felt that we were not comfortable with the matter, but they appreciated this and gave us compensation. Many thanks to them.

The worst service I have ever encountered. The waiters are not at all attentive to the customers. They don't have more than half of the menu available. The food is bad and takes a long time to arrive. Egg portions are tiny and very very expensive Although the menu says something, it brings you something completely different

I finally managed to visit the Chestnut Bakery in Belgravia (near Victoria station ) this morning. We arrived super early so it was not too busy. My wife has been before and liked it so high expectations. Service was good, attentive but not overwhelming. Food/ coffee came quickly (as expected as mainly croissants). I really enjoyed my almond croissant, it had a good amount of frangipani and a lot of almonds on it, well cooked. My daughter had the pain au chocolat which she enjoyed and my wife a savoury croissant which was also lovely. Coffees were tasty as well. The prices are quite high for the croissants (almond croissants are cheaper in Harrods and selfridges ) but I have to say that the quality of the croissants is very good, I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Total came to around £35 for 4 croissant type things and 2 coffees and a babycino . The other patisseries looked delicious and I will be going back to try them. All in all it lived up to the high expectations! Good job Chestnut .

The worst place I visited in London, it took 20 minutes to take my order, then more than 50 minutes to get the food. I came 10:40 in the morning and they have sandwich menu but nothing you can order because its “finished” as well as all dessert I asked for is finished. However, it’s my first time here and last. BTY, I asked for black pepper as any normal food place they should give you one, but the funny part was they keep bringing me empty pepper cans 😂😂😂😂. London has many other good palaces to visit to not waste your time and money here. :) good trip for all of you out there and be safe <=, New update, one of the stuff apologized and that was the good thing.

This used to be one of my favourite places in London but today I took my parents who were visiting from overseas and the service was horrendous. It took ages for the food to come. They never cleared the table until I asked, when he did clear he only cleared some of the items. They’re not willing to add for example one item to the predefined flat breads- asked to add braesola and they couldn’t. The waiter came over and gave my tea to the table next door even though it was clear that the tray included the other coffees for our table + my tea. It’s not accommodating at all. Service is horrendous.

There was a line and waited for 25 min (they told us the waiting is max 10 min) when my it was my turn the waiter passing a table for two to the couples behind me and then he asked me you may use this table and it was also for two! I asked him why you didn’t assign me that table and why did you assign it to the couples behind me he was in so sorry I didn’t notice you! I was given a different table and placed my order and I told them I want my matcha with the French toast (after the main course) then the matcha came and I asked why it’s coming now? The waiter was you better take it now otherwise you will have to wait a long time. Or just keep it on the table and I can roast it later! The service is random and the food took good 43 min to be delivered. I asked why the delay and the answer because we are cooking it fresh!! And the slim waiter with black hair is attitude freak. . The waiter with the glasses and beard was nice but the service is a big NO. I was in real good mood but those guys have really put me down. Long story short the food was average and never again.

Service was very slow, we had to ask for everything at least twice. Very unhygienic, saw the waiter coming out of cleaning the toilets and then carry and cut food using the same black gloves. A lot of ingredients are not actually listed on the menu. Very high risk of contamination.

We went to Chestnut on Black Friday🫠, in all honesty, we wanted to sit down and have our croissants and coffee, but we were too excited to go explore the natural history museum 😀. So we didn't have a sit down, the bakery is super busy, and the service is quick and friendly. I will definitely give them a 10 out of 10. We've vowed to make this our first stop every time we're in London as it's a short walk from Victoria Station 🚉. It's beautifully laid out. They definitely have the capacity to sit a few people inside and outside... I would suggest making a booking in advance, we didn't ask. But it looked like Chestnut fills up quickly, so to avoid disappointment like everything else in London, book a table❤️ Oh, and a bonus... they won the 2023 Isigny Ste Mére award for the best Croissants in the UK 🇬🇧. Anyway... I'm not going to bore you with the details, when in London... book a table and go enjoy Chestnuts lovely, freshly baked sweets treats. You will lick your plate clean it's that good. On a side note, my partner did have a freshly baked Croissant, and I had a cinnamon "cream" swirl, which for the first time ever was so delicate, and the flavours were just perfectly balanced 😀. The cream on top wasn't a cream persay but a yummy balanced filling piped over the top of the cinnamon swirl. Would definitely get that again when we're there❤️

I also had the Pistachio and Raspberry croissant, which was incredible. I wouldn’t recommend the tea here but the coffee is great. I’ll definitely be back 😊

Cozy atmosphere,, I tried the egg with za’atar, which was fresh and flavorful, but the fig and cheese pie truly stole the spotlight; rich, perfectly balanced, and absolutely divine👌🏻 Sami’s warm and attentive service made the visit even better. The location, conveniently close to Victoria Coach Station, makes it an ideal stop before heading out of London. It’s also a perfect place to pick up some baked souvenirs to take with you. I’ll definitely be back to try.

A soon as we walked in there was a table available for us , we sat down decided what we wanted to order and when the waiter came to take our order we told him what we wanted and he told us that almost none of the things we wanted weren’t available , then we had a look at the menu again decided and told him what we wanted , he told us that again they were out of the things we ordered ( 4 dishes already). Then the host came to our table and told me to have a look at the counter were food was displayed, to have a look and decide for a third time what I wanted to have , all I saw was three types of sandwiches out of 7 that were on the menu. When the coffee came the cups were dirty and the food taste wise didn’t reach the standards of the price.
