Amazing breakfast, and great stuff

The food was amazing, came quickly and even if the restaurant was very full, Leen was so helpful and patient with us. Had a great time there.

Everything in the restaurant I liked the reception and speed of placing the order. The location is elegant and beautiful. The food was very delicious and the staff were wonderful, especially Sister Fatima. Frankly, she was the pinnacle of sophistication and morals. I will return to him again and recommend him highly.

The oat milk cold brew and latte we ordered were absolutely appalling. Both drinks were a complete disaster, tasting like they’d been brewed in pure neglect. The oat milk, if you can even call it that, seemed spoiled or expired, leaving an unbearable, sour aftertaste that completely ruined the experience. It’s as if no one bothered to check the quality of their ingredients—or worse, they just didn’t care. Honestly, this was an insult to coffee, oat milk, and anyone who dared to taste it. Avoid this place unless you have a death wish for your taste buds.

Cute place, but that's all it is, and value is a big eyebrow raiser. Two of us, asked 2 cheese quarssaunts (I'd say average +), and 4 of the smallest cups of Karak tea you could imagine came to just over £50, which I absolutely do not get, unless they're made of some extraordinarily hard get ingredients, which they absolutely are not. Service OK(ish).

The bakery is delicious and offers a variety of dishes. They have a potato pie with garlic and cheese that is very delicious. After the mozzarella sticks with eggs, the service was slow due to the crowding and they felt that we were not comfortable with the matter, but they appreciated this and gave us compensation. The worst service I have ever encountered. The waiters are not at all attentive to the customers. They don't have more than half of the menu available. The food is bad and takes a long time to arrive. Egg portions are tiny and very very expensive Although the menu says something, it brings you something completely different

I finally managed to visit the Chestnut Bakery in Belgravia (near Victoria station ) this morning. We arrived super early so it was not too busy. My wife has been before and liked it so high expectations. Service was good, attentive but not overwhelming. Food/ coffee came quickly (as expected as mainly croissants). I really enjoyed my almond croissant, it had a good amount of frangipani and a lot of almonds on it, well cooked. My daughter had the pain au chocolat which she enjoyed and my wife a savoury croissant which was also lovely. Coffees were tasty as well. The prices are quite high for the croissants (almond croissants are cheaper in Harrods and selfridges ) but I have to say that the quality of the croissants is very good, I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Total came to around £35 for 4 croissant type things and 2 coffees and a babycino . The other patisseries looked delicious and I will be going back to try them. All in all it lived up to the high expectations! Good job Chestnut .

The worst place I visited in London, it took 20 minutes to take my order, then more than 50 minutes to get the food. I came 10:40 in the morning and they have sandwich menu but nothing you can order because its “finished” as well as all dessert I asked for is finished. However, it’s my first time here and last. BTY, I asked for black pepper as any normal food place they should give you one, but the funny part was they keep bringing me empty pepper cans 😂😂😂😂. London has many other good palaces to visit to not waste your time and money here. :) good trip for all of you out there and be safe <=, New update, one of the stuff apologized and that was the good thing.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A great discovery in London! The croissant cookies were super fun and really delicious, a nice originality that changes from the classics. The service was also impeccable: Natg welcomed us with great kindness, served quickly, and always with a smile. An address that I recommend for lovers of original pastries and top-notch service!

This used to be one of my favourite places in London but today I took my parents who were visiting from overseas and the service was horrendous. It took ages for the food to come. They never cleared the table until I asked, when he did clear he only cleared some of the items. They’re not willing to add for example one item to the predefined flat breads- asked to add braesola and they couldn’t. The waiter came over and gave my tea to the table next door even though it was clear that the tray included the other coffees for our table + my tea. It’s not accommodating at all. Service is horrendous.

There was a line and waited for 25 min (they told us the waiting is max 10 min) when my it was my turn the waiter passing a table for two to the couples behind me and then he asked me you may use this table and it was also for two! I asked him why you didn’t assign me that table and why did you assign it to the couples behind me he was in so sorry I didn’t notice you! I was given a different table and placed my order and I told them I want my matcha with the French toast (after the main course) then the matcha came and I asked why it’s coming now? The waiter was you better take it now otherwise you will have to wait a long time. Or just keep it on the table and I can roast it later! The service is random and the food took good 43 min to be delivered. I asked why the delay and the answer because we are cooking it fresh!! And the slim waiter with black hair is attitude freak. . The waiter with the glasses and beard was nice but the service is a big NO. I was in real good mood but those guys have really put me down. Long story short the food was average and never again.

Service was very slow, we had to ask for everything at least twice. Very unhygienic, saw the waiter coming out of cleaning the toilets and then carry and cut food using the same black gloves. A lot of ingredients are not actually listed on the menu. Very high risk of contamination.

We went to Chestnut on Black Friday🫠, in all honesty, we wanted to sit down and have our croissants and coffee, but we were too excited to go explore the natural history museum 😀. So we didn't have a sit down, the bakery is super busy, and the service is quick and friendly. I will definitely give them a 10 out of 10. We've vowed to make this our first stop every time we're in London as it's a short walk from Victoria Station 🚉. It's beautifully laid out. They definitely have the capacity to sit a few people inside and outside... I would suggest making a booking in advance, we didn't ask. But it looked like Chestnut fills up quickly, so to avoid disappointment like everything else in London, book a table❤️ Oh, and a bonus... they won the 2023 Isigny Ste Mére award for the best Croissants in the UK 🇬🇧. Anyway... I'm not going to bore you with the details, when in London... book a table and go enjoy Chestnuts lovely, freshly baked sweets treats. You will lick your plate clean it's that good. On a side note, my partner did have a freshly baked Croissant, and I had a cinnamon "cream" swirl, which for the first time ever was so delicate, and the flavours were just perfectly balanced 😀. The cream on top wasn't a cream persay but a yummy balanced filling piped over the top of the cinnamon swirl. Would definitely get that again when we're there❤️

I was recommended this spot by a friend and omg it did not disappoint. The Geymar and Honey Toast was so indulgent and the perfect texture - a must try. I also had the Pistachio and Raspberry croissant, which was incredible. I wouldn’t recommend the tea here but the coffee is great. I’ll definitely be back 😊

Cozy atmosphere,, I tried the egg with za’atar, which was fresh and flavorful, but the fig and cheese pie truly stole the spotlight; rich, perfectly balanced, and absolutely divine👌🏻 Sami’s warm and attentive service made the visit even better. The location, conveniently close to Victoria Coach Station, makes it an ideal stop before heading out of London. It’s also a perfect place to pick up some baked souvenirs to take with you. I’ll definitely be back to try.

Very nice, spacious and welcoming environment. Friendly and customer-focused staff. Varied menu and fair prices. I recommend the sandwich with melted cheese but the 'pizza' with figs and goat's cheese was also honestly very good. Advised!!

A soon as we walked in there was a table available for us , we sat down decided what we wanted to order and when the waiter came to take our order we told him what we wanted and he told us that almost none of the things we wanted weren’t available , then we had a look at the menu again decided and told him what we wanted , he told us that again they were out of the things we ordered ( 4 dishes already). Then the host came to our table and told me to have a look at the counter were food was displayed, to have a look and decide for a third time what I wanted to have , all I saw was three types of sandwiches out of 7 that were on the menu. When the coffee came the cups were dirty and the food taste wise didn’t reach the standards of the price.

Chestnut Bakery in Belgravia is an absolute belter. Proper cozy vibes, tucked away on Elizabeth Street, and everything they bake is bang on. The hummus? Outrageously good, creamy, herby, with a bit of bite, and the fresh bread they serve with it just hits differently. But the real show-stoppers are the pastries. It’s a tiny place, so you might have to grab your goodies to-go, but it’s worth it. Whether you’re after a savoury treat, something sweet, or just a coffee to perk you up, this place doesn’t miss. Proper London gem, I’ll be back in a heartbeat.

Although the brownie is not available, I enjoyed the unique cake which is recommended by the Stuff🥰 I like the atmosphere and the service.

Had a quick breakfast. It was heaving, but thankfully we managed to get a seat quickly. The bresaola flatbread was pretty decent, but the Xmas special French toast was a bit disappointing (I've had better). They have nicer sweet pastries there. They should have more cheese-free dishes to make it a more dietary inclusive menu. I've previously had the honey toast, which is really nice.

For us the best Bakery in London. Everything is truly delicious, a lot of choice of amazing pastas, fabulous sandwiches (particularly the one with pastrami) and amazing brunches. For us, every day in London can only start from Chestnut (we always stay near Elisabeth St). And congratulations to Simone, very kind and attentive, who makes you feel truly special.

After a lovely walk through London with my siblings and our babies (and buggies), we were so excited to sit and enjoy a sweet treat here and feed our babies. We arrived, were met by a delightful lady who was so accommodating and showed us to an area at the back that would fit us all in. All was great until a very rude short bald man abruptly approached the lady who was helping us; told her in no uncertain terms that he was closing the area at the back and proceeded to say we could sit at another table in a different area, which was totally unsuitable for us with the babies and buggies. We felt so unwanted and unfairly treated so made a prompt exit. The saddest part was how rudely he spoke to the lady who had been so lovely to us. Safe to say we sadly won’t come again.

The food is excellent, but the number of waiters is insufficient for the restaurant’s capacity. While they are friendly and accommodating, the high load means the service may not be as efficient as expected.

I will definitely return to the Chestnut Bakery. The food is freshly prepared with excellent ingredients, the flavours are full, and the quality of the bakery products is excellent. This is a real community cafe with a real vibe to it, although around midday is very busy. We selected salami and cheese bagels, a croissant and two coffees (Americano and Flat White);The coffees we had were also full of flavour and the perfect temperature. The staff are polite and friendly . Highly recommended.

Everything we tried was delicious. The croissants, the halloumi, and the pastrami were delicious. I highly recommend it 👌🏻👌🏻 Above all, it is clean and precise. Even the Kleenex does not touch it with their hands.. I will prove it with a stick and recommend it to everyone in London.

We stumbled upon this delightful bakery, Chestnut, while waiting for a bus at Victoria Station. The friendly staff and the tantalizing aroma of freshly baked bread drew us in. Unfortunately, we were pressed for time, but couldn't resist grabbing a cinnamon roll. It was a perfect balance of sweet and spice, with a flaky, buttery crust. The cappuccino was also a standout, served at the ideal temperature – a rarity in Scotland! We'll definitely return to savor their croissants and pizzas! If you're in the area, I highly recommend this gem of a bakery.

Was too early arrived at London this morning.. While waiting for the sun to rise I did not notice there is a lovely bakery very close to Victoria Coach Station.. If I know before I would definitely choose this bakery and coffee shop over other coffee shop nearby.. The waiter also so humble and she even told me that the Tiramisu Danish is not contain alcohol and its halal when I ask whether its contain alcohol or not.. I only got a chance to takeaway 2 of their Creamy Cinnamon Roll.. Next time I visit London would definitely comeback here and try their coffee and bakery 🥐☕️

I have waited in line for 20 mins. When I sat down, I told the waiter I want to order immediately as I was hungry. We made the order and then after 25 mins I enquired about the order. They said they didn’t put in the system and forgot about it. So basically, I waisted 1 hr for nothing. The manager simply apologised and wanted to place the order again which we’d need us to wait for another 20mins. Very disappointed

It has a lot of special pies and sweets, and the coffee is good, but what bothered me was that dogs were allowed into the store, and it was very close to the food, and they might cough or something else and spoil the food. We notified the cashier about this, but it seems that this is very normal for them.

We discovered this lovely avenue while we were wandering around. We decided to step in for breakfast. The menu and the choice of food are well combined, offering interesting altenative. The coffee, as our waitress Lot explained us, is a tasty blend of Brazilian and Ecuadorian beans. Lot was amazing. She was very attentive and took care of us in a wonderful way. One of the best services we have got recently.
