Absolutely terrible customer service. Have been going here for years and always been great but the last 6 month's its went right downhill soggy prawn crackers, watery curry sauce and chewy chicken. Called to complain about my last order and was told the chicken wasn't chewy and they have had no complaints. After about 10 minutes on the phone they eventually said they would replace it but I was to pack up my order that I wasn't happy with and give it to the driver when he arrived with the replacement order. The driver arrived 45 minute's later with my replacement order and I gave him the other one. When I opened up the bag they had replaced the 2 chicken curry's but didn't replace the 2 fried rice after them telling me to bag it all up and give it back. Called them again they said it's the curry and crackers I had an issue with that's all they would replace. Refused to replace our fried rice. Then they phoned me back and said all the chicken had been eaten and it was just rice left which was a complete lie. Will never be back there again after that, the way I was spoken to on the phone was terrible.

Just sat down to have spring rolls and chicken orange with boild rice. Spring rolls disgusting not the filo kind was fried in batter 🤮. The chicken was tough and again that batter was far to crispy and over fried. Only good thing we the boild rice. Dont waste your money.

Had a chicken fried rice with a portion of chips and a portion of sweet n sour sauce from this takeaway tonight. The strips of chicken looked like the processed meat you get from the frozen food section in a supermarket, there was a horrible, tasteless brown sauce over the top. Everything about it was disgusting, even the chips were dry.

Chicken fried rice was a bit bland ,spare ribs cooked to perfection meat just fell off the bone

This place us an absolute 💯disgrace n yet used to be a favourite..then lockdown came n I've started to notice the chicken they use is frozen chicken strips from Iceland..already checked out ..that's why been buying breast of chicken. Tonight my partner ordered a chicken fried rice with ham n the gravy separate.. came without gravy so called back n had to pay for their mistake🤬 so ok fine then I opened it n no ham either ..so it went right into the bin ..basically where it came from ...... ps wld have gave zero stars 🌟but can't post without 1 lol wow

A very good takeaway with very friendly and professional staff!

Thought I would update my review for this takeaway. Its been a couple of years now since original review. 2 years later its all still good. Food is consistently good. Service is amazing even at the busiest time they put out the orders. Never had a bad meal. Really look forward to our Friday night takeaway. If I had to pick a minus it would be their big pancake rolls could be better. I love pancake rolls but don't get them anymore. But apart from that it's great.

Another delicious meal from this small takeaway. From meat to fish to noodles they are the best. I can’t recommend this place enough. The king prawn is a favourite of mine. I know some people feel a bit dodgy about ordering seafood from restaurants but I can honestly say I have never had fresher from some restaurants. Well done guys and keep up your high standards. Super value for money👍👍👏👏👏👏

This in my opinion is the best Chinese food in Eastrenfrewshire. Nothing is a bother to the chef and they will change things in any dish to suit your taste or what you want. We love the food from here 😊

Best chinese takeaway in barrhead by miles

First time I had food from here as I was in the area. Doesn't have Just Eat so had to head down, was a good idea as the food was great. Got free spring rolls over a certain amount as well. Would really recommend.

Whoever the chef was tonight - top points that was an amazing dinner - thank you.

Placed order. Asked repeatedly if they had what was requested. Got order went home only to discover it was wrong. Took back to shop to be met with an argumentative chef. "You cant have a refund coz its already cooked". demanded a refund as food containers hadn't even been opened. I would avoid personally if the cant get a simple order right then still try to force you to just accept it.

I tried this place when I was visiting my brother as he recommended it. I have to say that the food was delicious probably the best Chinese takeaway i have ever had in a long time. What made it for me was that I asked if I could have my curry extra hot and they delivered it was absolutely delicious. I will be back there soon as they are too far away from me. well worth a visit if your looking for delicious food not to mention the girl behind the counter who was very pleasant and helpful.

AN HOUR AND TEN MINS AND STILL WAITING THERES ONE HUNGRY MUMMA HERE😡

Did not receive what was ordered.. Only discovered when home. Waited 1 hour for correction delivery. When not arrived called and told noone would be delivering. Shocking. What if this had been an allergy to the order received.

Used this takeaway for years. Used to be great but last 2 times food has been disgusting. Chips under cooked, fried rice dry and hard and food not very warm. Very disappointed

Went from 5 stars to 1 star, after waiting over an hour for a delivery, to call and them say, we can deliver, because they are too busy. Very angry. Defo would not recommend if you need a delivery.

Absolutely crap service, waited ages on my food, when I got it he had forgot my juice, then I waited more than half an hour for my juice, if I order juice with my meal I would like to drink it with my meal not 20 mins after I finish it.
