Was in Lucky Bs in Giffnock and was served by Awais & his team. They were extremely friendly and give me some great recommendations as it was my first time here. Food was freshly made and was so delicious cannot wait to go back already🥹❤️

Nice taste! Soft juicy chicken But the burger was tiny! Loaded fries seemed massive but there was hardly any chicken on top. They probably just took one tender and chopped it super tiny Loved the American flavours, but wish they gave American portions too! 2 stars for service coz the lady was useless and rude

very rude employees. They like to mimic and talk about customers when delivering through the phone, forgetting to mute themselves when doing so.

I have ordered loaded fries, got less then half portion

Food was quality was terrible, cold tenders, no proper batter, small tenders, normally come twice a week for a takeaway, useto come here before old management, since new management has taken over, food not same, chicken not juicy at all, barely any pickles aswell.

Came in with my husband to order the lucky b’s wrap and tater tots and both items tasted so horrible. The tots are so salty, oily and sickly. And the wrap had hardly any chicken, was so much batter in the wrap. Was so disappointed as I really wanted to have a good experience.

Last few times I’ve ordered from here theres at least 1 item missing. Read the orders/receipts carefully. Why am i having to contact JustEat for a refund on a missing item for most of my orders … shouldn’t happen as often as it does

Loved the food. Definitely recommend!! The shakes are amazing.

Some of the items were not delivered. When i called the restaurant they acknowledged they had made a mistake but made absolutely no effort to rectify it and were quite rude about it.

Awesome food as usual, but forgot 2 chicken tenders and dip.

This was a delivery order. The loaded waffle was good with enough chicken. Would definitely have that again. The chicken tenders although had a nice crunchy batter and chicken moist the let down was the seasoning. Didn't like it at all. Was too overpowering. The addition of bread was useless in my opinion.

Delivery driver was absolutely clueless as to what & where he was delivering to. Tried to give me someone else’s order despite it being from another takeaway. I said to him my order number was so & so….despite me saying this, he tried to walk away. I said where is the other delivery from, he said Lucky B’s…..showed him my order number & then it finally clicked. I left clear instructions on the app regarding my address & enter to it. Just Eat need to do a better hiring drivers……

Chicken burger - best I've ever had, but expensive but you canny compare that to a McChicken sandwich init

Actually great fried chicken, one of the best I've tried in Glasgow.

Fantastic chicken, so tender and moist. Spice levels are ideal as well for varying palate. Don't make the mistake we made and think the 12 tender bucket for £20 would suit 2 people...the tenders are massive, you need 4 or 5 for the bucket! I will be back for certain!

Recently visited the Lucky B's and placed order for take away. Service provided was great however naked burger wasn't available to order and went with lucky chick burger. Taste wise it was good and a reasonable size. However personally I'll look for other options for visiting again as I think you can get more for your money in other places.

The buffalo burger was good but not worth the price ,and so was the wings, the chicken tenders which is the signature I believe was not, too powdery overcooked and the coating came clean off the chicken so ate it almost separate from the meat, had high hopes of this place and pondering if I had a bad one off order and should give it another chance. 3 stars cos customer service was good and place was clean and buffalo chick burger was decent enough

Tried here for some lunch. Food was fresh. & good. But 3 stars Because there are other places to eat in Glasgow. Tater tot portions are small compared to other restaurants. Craziest most bizarre customer experience. Ordered at the till, received the wrong order and told to wait until they had rectified it. Okay absolutely no worries. 50 minutes later no help. Man who brought the food over and took the ordered from us also kept pointing to the food and touching it with his fingers which was gross. All stuff we could (somewhat) overlook if when we approached the till for the rectifying of the order he got defensive and cheeky about it, offered us a bucket but we’ve been waiting so long already we just wanted to leave. Then he says he’ll give us a refund. Offered to pay for what we ate and refund the rest which was wrong . He refused and told us he would only refund half of the total and that’s it. The food was okay but the place is poorly ran front of house, unfortunately. Just really weird how unhelpful he was and the attitude he had to us as we tried to get a solution to the situation that he had caused.

Ordered the chicken combo and was pleasantly surprised, the chicken is very tender and flavourful and the spice was exceptional. The employee Keshav was absolutely lovely and helped create a very welcoming environment. I would absolutely recommend Lucky B's to anyone looking for some good chicken, yayas has nothing on these guys!

Started having lucky B’s when it first opened. It was AMAZING although business like this have a tendancy of bringing the quality of food down when the business takes off… been back a few times and each time the food gets worse and worse. Service i woudn’t say is any better, you place an order for one thing but get something else even though your order is correct on the reciept🤣 like they’re covering their back for their mess ups. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

I am disappointed with the order I received, I order frequently from here and usually the portion size is bigger. Unsure whether it’s because it’s a Saturday night and may be busier than usual, normally very happy with the food I receive. Disappointed this time.

I ordered online. As soon as the order arrived it instantly smelled like fish rather than chicken. It was extremely oily and tasteless. I tried the sandwich and the strips and both were terrible. I dont know what is the hype is about but I won’t be ordering again. For the price I expected better!

Absolutely cracking. First time ordering, won’t be the last on the strength of this. Chicken: tender with a tasty, crispy coating. Waffles: big and fluffy and held together well with the chicken. Waffle fries were brilliant. Special mention to the hot honey dip as well, which was incredible.

Ordered from here , and when received the chicken was nice and crispy and juicy , however when I was ordering we got getting warmer and feel the heat ( as someone who can’t handle spice at all) this was highly disappointing and the chicken was essentially flavourless which isn’t good for Nashville chicken and lacking any salt at all from the taste of it in either , very disappointing especially considering the chicken tenders had good potential with the outer coating being nice a crispy , for the sauces hot honey was just ok just not as a sauce for chicken and lucky bees sauce was good . Food came fast and fresh tho just wish they pulled through with the iconic Nashville flavour

ordered from uber eats and the food was delivered on time, piping hot and delicious although i think the spice levels could be worked on as i ordered “damn hot” (the level below the spiciest) and there wasn’t a lot of heat, however it was cooked well - nice and tender. i definitely recommend for delivery, not sure about dining in as the reviews are quite mixed? will check them out in person soon and will update the review on my experience of dining in as well.
