Great food, great service, 10/10 all around Our server Ben even helped take our order to my car!

Server was very unpleasant and rude man with glasses and facial hair beware!

The place was quite small but we were there in the afternoon and got a seat no problem....food can be ordered at the desk or by touch screen. It's got a wide variety of chicken based dishes with the usual fries and a wide variety of dips... Couldn't fault any of it and really enjoyed it all...chips were especially fresh and it all came in a couple of minutes.. Milkshake and cookies on offer too..m.

So ordered a takeaway for the first time last night. Been keen to try for a while as it is local but have mixed feelings about it. When the food arrived, which certainly isn't the cheapest, our chips and sides where cold. Now as an ex delivery driver I understand using an outside delivery service doesn't always guarantee rapid delivery, you expect a level of understanding from the shop. When we called to let them know most of it had arrived cold they where not interested, just adamant it had been 'cooked fresh'. Aye I understand that mate, we know it's not the shops fault, just the less than capable just eat driver but as a new potentially frequent orderer some sympathy at least. Food was good tbf, would go again but only for pick up.

we ordered on uber eats and the food came relatively quick! Our food was warm and packaged well, and very tasty! A great alternative to the bigger fast food chains. The tater tots were lovely and so were the burgers!

I had wanted to visit Lucky Bs after falling in love with Nashville Hot Chicken whilst in Nashville. Ordered a wings and tenders combo (damn hot) and I was absolutely blown away. The coating on the chicken was really crispy and left my lips tingling. The meat was really juicy. I really can't fault this at all. If you like Nashville Hot Chicken - Get to Lucky Bs.

Nice taste! Soft juicy chicken But the burger was tiny! Loaded fries seemed massive but there was hardly any chicken on top. They probably just took one tender and chopped it super tiny Loved the American flavours, but wish they gave American portions too! 2 stars for service coz the lady was useless and rude

very rude employees. They like to mimic and talk about customers when delivering through the phone, forgetting to mute themselves when doing so.

Food was quality was terrible, cold tenders, no proper batter, small tenders, normally come twice a week for a takeaway, useto come here before old management, since new management has taken over, food not same, chicken not juicy at all, barely any pickles aswell.

didn't deliver the burger refused to deliver that blamed it on just eat hung up and tried to blame the other branch

Came in with my husband to order the lucky b’s wrap and tater tots and both items tasted so horrible. The tots are so salty, oily and sickly. And the wrap had hardly any chicken, was so much batter in the wrap. Was so disappointed as I really wanted to have a good experience.

Last few times I’ve ordered from here theres at least 1 item missing. Read the orders/receipts carefully. Why am i having to contact JustEat for a refund on a missing item for most of my orders … shouldn’t happen as often as it does

Loved the food. Definitely recommend!! The shakes are amazing.

Some of the items were not delivered. When i called the restaurant they acknowledged they had made a mistake but made absolutely no effort to rectify it and were quite rude about it.

This place is amazing! Awesome food as usual, but forgot 2 chicken tenders and dip.

This was a delivery order. The loaded waffle was good with enough chicken. Would definitely have that again. The chicken tenders although had a nice crunchy batter and chicken moist the let down was the seasoning. Didn't like it at all. Was too overpowering. The addition of bread was useless in my opinion.

Delivery driver was absolutely clueless as to what & where he was delivering to. Tried to give me someone else’s order despite it being from another takeaway. I said to him my order number was so & so….despite me saying this, he tried to walk away. I said where is the other delivery from, he said Lucky B’s…..showed him my order number & then it finally clicked. I left clear instructions on the app regarding my address & enter to it. Just Eat need to do a better hiring drivers……

Chicken burger - best I've ever had, but expensive but you canny compare that to a McChicken sandwich init

Actually great fried chicken, one of the best I've tried in Glasgow.

Fantastic chicken, so tender and moist. Spice levels are ideal as well for varying palate. Don't make the mistake we made and think the 12 tender bucket for £20 would suit 2 people...the tenders are massive, you need 4 or 5 for the bucket! I will be back for certain!

Recently visited the Lucky B's and placed order for take away. Service provided was great however naked burger wasn't available to order and went with lucky chick burger. Taste wise it was good and a reasonable size. However personally I'll look for other options for visiting again as I think you can get more for your money in other places.

The buffalo burger was good but not worth the price ,and so was the wings, the chicken tenders which is the signature I believe was not, too powdery overcooked and the coating came clean off the chicken so ate it almost separate from the meat, had high hopes of this place and pondering if I had a bad one off order and should give it another chance. 3 stars cos customer service was good and place was clean and buffalo chick burger was decent enough

Craziest most bizarre customer experience. Ordered at the till, received the wrong order and told to wait until they had rectified it. Okay absolutely no worries. 50 minutes later no help. Man who brought the food over and took the ordered from us also kept pointing to the food and touching it with his fingers which was gross. All stuff we could (somewhat) overlook if when we approached the till for the rectifying of the order he got defensive and cheeky about it, offered us a bucket but we’ve been waiting so long already we just wanted to leave. Then he says he’ll give us a refund. Offered to pay for what we ate and refund the rest which was wrong . He refused and told us he would only refund half of the total and that’s it. The food was okay but the place is poorly ran front of house, unfortunately. Just really weird how unhelpful he was and the attitude he had to us as we tried to get a solution to the situation that he had caused.

Ordered the chicken combo and was pleasantly surprised, the chicken is very tender and flavourful and the spice was exceptional. The employee Keshav was absolutely lovely and helped create a very welcoming environment. I would absolutely recommend Lucky B's to anyone looking for some good chicken, yayas has nothing on these guys!

Started having lucky B’s when it first opened. It was AMAZING although business like this have a tendancy of bringing the quality of food down when the business takes off… been back a few times and each time the food gets worse and worse. Service i woudn’t say is any better, you place an order for one thing but get something else even though your order is correct on the reciept🤣 like they’re covering their back for their mess ups. Wouldn’t recommend at all.
