Taste Bombay in Rhondda Cynon Taf

Chicken tikka main was awesome but Bombay special main consisted of one shell on prawn, 3 pieces of lamb and 4 pieces of chicken with copious amounts of onions. Not good. Most of it went in the bin!

Food is OK but do not take card payments which is very inconvenient and make excuses why they don't.

Lovely meal cooked in front of you

So disappointed with the food I had, a chicken bhuna which didn’t look like or taste like a chicken bhuna there was no tomatoes in it , it looked like a normal chicken curry, worst I’ve ever had never seen A bhuna like that ever it, food was no flavour and very watery , the chips was nice but that was it never again sorry … cinnamon tree is the best ?

The food was hot, the chips where so under cooked the korma sauce was bitty lumpy!! ring the shop they wernt bothered about it and just said it’s coconut!! Won’t be ordering again

Party of 6 ordering nearly £100 of food. Arrived on time, hot and absolutely delicious. Couldn’t fault any of the meals all really tasty and throughly enjoyed.

Delivery was good. Food not up to the usual standards tonight I’m afraid. 3 different curries and we were unable to tell any difference between any of them! Naan was doughy. Oil needs changing in the fryer. The mixed kebab meat was good though. 5/10 tonight sorry.

Curry was more a paste not sauce

compared to the red rose, which delivers to me as well: food was more expensive, less food, curry was watery. all in all much worse

order was supposed to contain a tub of mint sauce this wasn't present, the fried chicken and chips were 6 small chunks of tasteless rubbery chicken and undercooked fries total waste of money. when you state fried chicken the image we see is portions of chicken like legs or breast. The kebab was an ample size but the contents full of dry chicken the nann was nice and fluffy. but with no mint sauce was a very dry meal with not much flavour. don't think I'll be reordering sorry.

Food arrived late, we were given a can of lemonade as compensation! Madras only had 5 pieces of chicken & a load of sauce. Jalfrezi was bland, no spice or flavour. Really disappointing.

Food was ok.. same bland sauce for the Bombay potatoes ( no tomatoes) as the curry... But was half an hour late which made me late.

Probably my favourite Indian take away in the RCT area, friendly staff and greeted with a smile every time, great size portions on dishes, especially the starters, quick service when in for take out and prompt delivery when dealing with them over the phone/just eat, can get pricey but worth every penny.

Once again an exceptional meal, if you are after a quality meal no need to go any further. Just a same they did not honour the free Onion Bhaji they offered on their web site

Don't bother ordering from justeat, if you want to receive advertised freebies, when spending over certain amounts, as you won't be receiving any, unless you call the restaurant directly and place your order That's what they told me when I called asking where the free item, I should have received was. I explained that I had previously ordered from justeat and received said free item, to which they just told me, I have to phone them and place my order, even though I questioned that the deals are advertised on just eat, when you spent a certain amount, but they didn't want to know. To add to all this, the price has gone up significantly and the quality of food has gone down hill too, since the last time I made an order, curry thin and watery and less quality in the naan breads too. A real disappointment, as they used to be really good and nice, but no more..... So unfortunately, I'm going to have to try and find a new Indian restaurant, that can deliver what they advertise and not some slop in a pot. Lost a loyal customer, this isn't the first time they've disappointed. Of you like your curry, try somewhere else, as you'll only end up dissatisfied and disappointed like I was.

First time to order in quite a few months ordered 2 different curries but they were both very bland, no real taste, missing onion Bhajis & poppadoms poor service poor taste very dissapointed.

Food wasn’t all that… tandoori prawn starter just consisted of four really over-cooked prawns. The rest of the food wasn’t actively bad, but was quite bland and not very warm (as in temperature). Just a bit “meh” all round really. Delivered on time though, and driver was friendly. Think we’ll try somewhere else next time though.

Just moved up from Cardiff and we’re looking to replace our amazing takeaway there… didn’t have to look very far! Honestly the best onion bhajis we have had from a takeaway and the sauce that came with it is delicious. We had chicken korma and madras, both of which were delicious. The naan was also so fresh and warm. Was also given a complementary curry which was also delicious. Will order again for sure!

Orders food from here waited 1 hour and half ago just rang the shop and they told me it be the next lot another 45 minutes wait won’t be ordering from here again .

Been ordering for a few years. Food getting gradually worse. Main course very salty and tasteless. Won’t be ordering again. Sack the chef and recruit new.

Food was awful. We couldn’t remember the place we ordered from before and hated. Unfortunately it was here. Had two dreadful experiences here now. Food is awful. I’ve never tasted anything like it in any Indian takeaway or restaurant ever and that isn’t a good thing. (I’m half Indian). Can’t comment on Restaurant service this time as we didn’t speak to them although we did previously on our awful order.

We have ordered from taste of bombay many times as it has always been amazing. Last night the jalfrezi lacked the flavour and heat, the poppadoms were soft, the Tikka masala was like a Chinese sweet and sour and the korma sauce was watery. The chips and onion Bhajis were fantastic.

Loved the food we ordered! It was a family treat for my fathers birthday and we’re very happy with all the dishes ordered.

Food was delivered cold. Pop I ordered cost me £3.20 for a 1.5litre bottle, which was a few months out of date... Wouldn't recommend

the food was very tastless and over salted. there was 4 small chunks of chicken in the teeka starter and about 6 chunks in the main curry. the vegitable semosas were only 2 small triangles like the kind you get in a pary box for £3. compleatly over priced for the amount of food you get and verry dissapointed with the taste. couldnt finish the meal.

Just the worse dhansak I've ever experienced. Massively sweet sauce... overcooked lumps of chicken (which considering how fast it was delivered, just impossible to be fresh), if there were lentils they were left overs from previous day dal or something. Even Dal was watery with little flavour compared to last times, and that'd previously been only highlight of this place. Onion bhajis looked good but totally bland. Thought I'd give another chance, but this was truly bad!

Full to the brim. Finished eating half an hour ago and still so stuffed I can’t get up. What’s not to like. Lamb curry and all the accompaniments you could ask for. Definite thumbs up.
