Tashi Sushi in Croydon

I used to love the food but their quality has gone down plus the last 3 times I ate it it made me sick, it’s very upsetting because it used to be one of my favourite spots to eat.

I waited two hours time for my food

Nothing was split considering I ordered noodle soup😄

There is no way to check if the driver has reached the restaurant. I called the restaurant and the order was prepared was waiting to be collected for nearly half hour.

Food is always good. Large portions. You can't find thiese prices anywhere for the portions they give you.

HEALTH WARNING. filthy kitchen with a packed sink and a floor that was not moped straight away. Cross contamination of raw meat. Carrying raw meat to the pot for cooking and not wiping areas of contact. Using the wrong board and area to prepare raw fish. Chopping raw vegetables and then serving customers without washing hands. Someone is going to get really sick from this place. Please be extra careful.

Order never came but the food company is very good! Sadly they don’t do their own deliveries

Japanese Chicken Curry and sticky rice is my go-to dish. Tashi has been a staple for years and never disappoints.

Food was cold, it arrived an hour late when it’s 5 mins max away from the premises. Got some of the orders wrong also. It’s just not acceptable and several people’s lunches has been lost waiting for such excessive amount of time.

I ordered 3 curries and one beef soup but the restaurant only gave me 2 curries. When I called the person on the phone was rude and told me to order it again.

The lunch tasted very good and it was one of the better ones that I have eaten. The Japanese Katsu Curry was very tasty and it was great to see that it had a lot of meat. The Salmon and Prawn Maki, Prawn Nigiri was also excellent. I will definitely order again.

Visited today, this place lived up to all the good reviews! The women who work here are so nice, the sushi is fresh yet super low priced. (It's literally cheaper than the takeaway sushi from Sainsbury, even if you 'eat in' here as opposed to takeaway.) Had a delicious quick lunch, would def return :)

It was first time visiting Tashi Sushi today. The sushi and katsu curry was good. However, the lady that works there needs to work of their customer service skills and be more polite. She originally charged me the eat in price until I saw there wasn’t any seats left. I asked for a refund to my card which she said she can only give me cash. Food was good but won’t be returning due to poor customer service.

I've been going to tashi for years its a great kiosk thats serves tasty and delicious Japanese food. Whether it's sushi or hot dishes, you are in for a treat. Tashi also has good portion sizes and reasonably priced excellent value for money. And the team are friendly and welcoming and will happily suggest a few options if your spoilt for choice.

What happened to this place staff are over run and miserable and the chicken noodle soup hardly has any taste . It doesn't have dumplings like it did also. I'm gutted something changed since I last went a couple of months ago.The service and taste put me off going again.

I’ve been eating food here for years, probably around 2010. I always enjoy the Japanese Chicken Curry, it is very tasty. Plenty of sushi and a few curry’s to chose from.

My favourite place to eat when in Croydon. Delicious katsu curry and vegetable curry and rice. It always busy here for a reason.

it’s such a great restaurant! the prices are very reasonable, especially for sushi, and it all tastes great. my favourite order is cucumber maki and chicken gyoza noodle soup! if you’re wondering around Croydon with no idea what to try, i recommend this restaurant.

Great for lunch (though seats are limited). Sushi is fresh & delicious, with lots to choose from! The chicken katsu & vegetable curries are the best options when you’re really hungry - costs £4-6 depending on which size, and you can order with a drink to make it a meal. Friendly staff and area is always clean & neat. Excellent value for money!

their slogan included the word "fresh" but my dish came straight out of the microwave lmaoo. katsu curry was anti-crispy. the staff was nice though

The food is consistently good. Hot and fresh tasting. Never had the Sushi before just the curry dishes which are always tasty. Been going there for years and haven't been disappointed yet.

As always nice tasting Japanese curries, and nice sushi selection at reasonable prices.

Food was nice but 1 person pushed in even though i was front of queue and then they ignored me and tried to serve person behind. I told them no i am first and then they apologied to the customer behind me. How rude.

I’ve had sushi from Tashi sushi multiple times and it’s very cheap and decent quality . Altogether this came up to about £12.40 which I think is incredibly cheap for how much there is .

had the Japanese curry, and was mouth watering. chilli sauce was amazing too, not the best but it complimented the very extremely well. 100% reccomend
