Been going there from last 5 years but after renovation went there first time. They hired new staff which are very professional with 5 star service. Food was very much fresh, but the main part was the Staff team. Thank you

Great burgers and lovely wings .Best one was Naga wings along with Lemon & Pepper wings . Spicy Lucy burger was fab and sweet potato fries were not usual soggy but Lovely and crunchy. On top of all 100% ORGAIC GRASS FED ANGUS BEEF BURGERS is a big attractive option for me

The Juicy Lucy burger was mouth watering , Naga wings and Lemon& pepper wings were fantastic. And the cheesy chips were out of this world and sweet potato chips were lovely and crispy

Amazing food, Generous and kind staff.

Ordered via Uber eats, the restaurant accepts my order. After the 10 minutes cancellation time is over, they phone me to Inform me they cannot make my food as they don't have any left. I ask them to cancel and they say it has to be done on my end, so I do. The cancellation fee is the entire process of the order as apparently they have "started already" despite the fact they called me to say they didn't have anything. Basically the restaurant scammed me using Ubers shitty cancellations policies to get away with it, STAY AWAY from both this establishment and Uber eats.

Ordered via Uber eats and paid 10 pounds for the worst burger I've had. Too much mayo, the bread was disintegrating under the sauce and the chicken patty was not crunchy but just very bland. Very disappointed, as I had ordered before and the food was good.

Could be better if the staff made you feel like you was in a burger joint. Food not the best. Just wish this place got a new chef.

This was a big cheat day and first time eating here. Burger was hot, juicy, tasty. Parmesan wings were okay. Didn't like the seasoned fries because of the ground pepper should be coarse pepper if your going to put pepper on fries. Milkshake was good. I would order from here again.

Wings were tiny was also given a wing tip which is inedible

Sadly I have had to reduce my 5 star review. Krunk was one of my favourite takeaways but In the past year it has degraded. Firstly the chilli cheese chips, which used to have loads of cheese and chilli, now had very little of either. I ordered this evening and two burgers were forgotten. Very poor. The chicken wings are still fine though although very small. Also this evening I found you can no longer order chilli cheese chips with the burger as an upgrade instead you have to order a meal with normal chips then order chilli cheese chips in addition! Absolute nonsense! I can't really recommend this takeaway any more and expect I will take my business elsewhere. Such a shame as they used to be so good

My boyfriend and I went for a late night meal and received the best customer service from D, the store manager. He was very welcoming and warm and made us very comfortable! The food is amazing 10/10 and the restaurant is very clean. We usually order, but this time we went to eat in. The food is always the same in quality. Definitely the best place to go to.

When I entered, the staff was lying on the counter, preparing food in one hand, holding the phone. Stunning speed, sarcasm of course. My stomach hurt after eating this. I definitely don't recommend it

Had my second take out from Krunks and it was a good choice, I had a burger, but let me tell you these burgers make 5 guys taste like a McDonald’s, cheaper and much much better tasting

Flamer burger (without jalapeños) is easily top 3 burgers I've ever tasted. Affordable price too & the guys are lovely!

We've been coming here for a few years now, their burgers are lovely and great quality being grass fed Angus beef. Fantastic chicken wings too especially lemon pepper wings, they do lemon pepper fries which are also very nice.

Bad customer service, we were still talking to the person who took our order as we wanted to order more but he just walked away from us. So we got the attention of someone else who was behind the till and he walked over in a strop and took our order with extremely bad attitude. Not worth going to this place there are better burger shops with WAAAYYY better customer service

Excellent shakes and smoothies everytime. Best vegetable burger ever, no terrible meat substitute, just pure vegetables and the perfect crunch! Really love the care they put into the way they package their food and drinks for delivery too, very thoughtful. Seriously 10/10

Really nice fries and burger. But the milkshake has changed. This time is was disgusting and had to throw away. Both milkshakes tasted like chemicals caused mouth to burn. No idea what they are contaminated with or made with but doesn’t taste right.

Pretty decent meal, and it was piping hot on arrival which was nice. But the star was the Lotus Biscoff cheesecake, I cannot recommend it enough.

Love ordering from here. Good food. Expensive. But quality is ace.

First time eating here (have had their oreo shakes and those are great!). £21 for meat feast smashed burger & 8 piece chicken wings meal deal. It was great they allowed us to mix and match chicken wings. Chips and Burger were OK nothing amazing. Chicken wings underwhelming and over priced. Either no flavour or too salty. Wouldn't particularly eat here again. Better off saving money and going to the Kebab shop next door or an establishment like Honest Burger.

The food was ok However when I initially walled in I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes just waiting for one if the many members of staff to come over and take my order. The staff didn't seem to have urgency in providing good customer service. And for £10 a burger chips and a can is not worth it

I've come to this branch several times for their milkshakes which are delicious, but the customer service is non-existent and brings the ratings down. The staff need an intensive crash course in customer service, I was served by a miserable looking staff member who looked very inconvenienced when I placed my order even though the place was empty, sad thing is, this isn't the first time it has happened. The staff are evidently not happy working here.

Its good i go once a week but daily i order food from Dawat. They listen to my complaints(typical old lady complaining). Still They all respect me a lot 🧐 Butter chicken mix grill on the top kulcha nan yummy

Popped in on the off chance en route to somewhere else. Ordered the brisket burger meal and some lemon and pepper wings. The good first. The wings were tasty and very well covered in lemon and pepper and were hastily devoured. Now the not so good. Whilst the brisket burger was very tasty with just the right amount of heat and the portion was plentiful, the bun was simply too soft and untoasted to be up to the task of holding the internals all together, resulting in a messy and sloppy eating experience. The disappointing? The fries. Simply too hard to be an enjoyable experience, particularly given no vinegar is available to soften the chips. Decent value for money coming in at 15 quid. I won't be racing to come back and my recommendation is to go fir the cheaper burgers with less filling to spill out unless they improve the buns they use.

Been to their South Croydon branch and this one is equally as good, had a great Krunk Burger and also a kinder bueno milkshake along with their delicious lemon pepper wings. Friendly and attentive staff and really nice vibe, love it!

Burgers were great apart from the lettuce which were rotten. If lettuce isn't fresh and crispy please omit- the cost of it isn't worth the reputation of krunks. Also delivery time was unbelievably long at 50min despite close proximity.

I have loved everything I've got from here. My favourite is the buffalo chicken burger which is messy and delicious - exactly how I want to enjoy buffalo chicken. Definitely would recommend getting the lemon pepper wings for anyone that hasn't had them before, they are the best lemon pepper wings I've had outside of Atlanta, GA! Prices are good if you order direct for pickup rather than through apps.

Staff is down to earth and nice to chat to, waiting time is a bit long but worth it.

Nasty burgers for even nastier price

I drove past this place and said to myself I have to try it out, the place looks super cool from the outside, the name is rather gangster and the graffiti inside goes with the attitude and branding of the place. The lady serving was a little bit bored to be there but the other people cooking seemed upbeat. The chips come in a burger box, and the burger comes wrapped up in foil, is that an inside joke, I don't know. The burger was super soft and almost fluffy in texture, the flavours were spot on, the Krunk burger had loads of taste and not the best burger I have had but pretty high up there. The chips were nothing you would rave about, but all in all, I would go again, the place was empty but it was around 9 pm, hope this place does well.

Very polite service I ask if I bought a drink could I use your loo.. He said you don't have to buy a drink just use toliet first door on your left and I reply I wish everyone was as polite as you. Then bought a Milkshake anyway as that's what I planned but drunk too much water at my community meal at Melvin Hall..Cheers help a person in Need and Very good customer service. Would come again as love the displays of comics and super heros. Great decor.

My favourite burger in South!! Fat Twins doesn’t come close. Highly recommend the Krunk burger meal and the lemon pepper wings.

Visiting London and came across Krunk.. Excellent! The service was good but the food was even better. I ordered two kids meals, one Krunk smash burger meal, one Sloppy Joe meal, 10 Lemon & Pepper wings and four milkshakes. Genuinely the best burgers and wings we’ve ever had! Can’t wait to visit again next time we’re in London.

Best burgers in Croydon, the only place which can rival five guys when it comes to burgers and personally I prefer the original krunk burger meal over anything five guys offer.

Tried the spicy Lucy burger with chicken patty inside. Food was absolutely delicious. Perfectly cooked meat, chips were on point. Chilli sauce was the best sauce I’ve had. The milkshake was banging, not too thick and not too thin. Only thing let the place down was the person serving, moody face, no smile. Didn’t even Take my order properly. Just showed no interest in his job. However rest of staff seemed good. Would have had 5/5 if customer service was good

They have the best freshly cooked lemon pepper wings in town. They are super tasty and I would highly recommend them.

The best quality burger I have tried in Croydon,, 👍 not sure why it's always empty though. I hope they keep the quality and great cooks they have at the moment as they are doing an excellent job.

Giving these guys a 5 for their lemon pepper wings alone!!! They are pricey but my goodness have they got this flavour right!! First time I had lemon pepper chicken was in 2016 in Kansas City Missouri (USA) and these guys have absolutely nailed the flavour, those wings are so delicious and more-ish! Their burgers and everything else I’ve had off the menu are really good too!

The burgers here are insanely good. I had the spicy Lucy and it is one of the greatest I've ever had in my life. The chicken chipotle burger is also great. The only downside is the expensive prices but I think that it is worth it

Best burgers in town- the quality of meat is 👌🏼 and the whole make up of the burger is top class, delighted to have such banging burgers locally- the kinda stuff you’d find in the west end. Keep up the good work for its all about consistency.

I was disappointed at first to see my sweet potato fries near the burnt side. That's why it get a 3 not a 4. The lemon pepper wings were moist and juicy. Very tasty.
