Smacks Hamburgers in Croydon

It took nearly 2 hours for my food to arrive then it arrived cold.

Fries were stale, had a funny taste too. Definitely a mix of old fries and some new fries as the whole bag wasn’t awful.

Fries stale again. Can only recommend going in. Whenever I go in to buy the food tastes fresh, delivery is always another story unfortunately.

Good chicken burger, nice crispy chips. If standards continue will definitely be ordering again

I tried the classic double at Smack Burgers, and it was fantastic. The smash patties were juicy with crispy edges, the melted cheese was just right, and the soft brioche bun tied it all together. Simple, fresh, and packed with flavor!

Service is absolutely horrible. I was disappointed with such a bad customer service. On top of that I always have to wait min 15 mins for my order, delivery drives also wait ages for their orders. They are extremely slow and I’ve seen previous reviews where customers were saying that min waiting time for their food takes about 15/20 mins so I’m not the only one saying this. Overpriced food as well and very small portions.

The worst chips in whole Croydon. They stink of over burned oil. We couldn’t eat them at all. Literally end up in the bin! Never ever again will I go back!

my order was never delivered. My app said my order was delivered and when I called the restaurant to question where my food was the person I spoke with said she will call the delivery driver and call me back. I never received a call back so I called again after 10 minutes and was told that the driver said they had delivered. I asked what happens now as I have not received my order and the person on the phone said "I don't know" when asked to speak with a manager I was told "manager's off today"

We went here twice to get burgers. The burgers are great. The fries are also delicious, they have a delicious seasoning and therefore taste different/better than usual. Highly recommended!

Food as pu in bag slap dash all the chips ended up a the bottom of bag. Need to take time over presentation it put chips in a separate bag before placing n delivery bag as they was placed side on at the to if the bag

The food was delivered over an hour late because you couldn’t find a driver so my food was cold and drink was room temp when it arrived

Looks good but looks can be deceiving. I was quite disappointed because my sisters had it and said it was nice but I personally found it quite bland and not that filling. The portion was like a kids meal for the cheeseburgers. Also, the delivery time kept changing to a later time so the food was delivered later than I expected.

Usually my go to burger place to order from, but have seen a decrease in quality over the years. Ordered an online order today and the lettuce in the burger was brown, both smelling and looking like it had gone off. On top of this, fries were stale but coupled with other reviews I’ve seen about their food preparation, I would now avoid this place. Food standards agency should review this place.

Update: Upon speaking to the manager today, I was a little hasty with my initial ‘hangry review’ considering that I was a frequent eater. The food is great, it does take a little longer to get food, but is always cooked fresh and hopefully I just don’t get that server again. Original : Food is great, just a shame it takes so long to get the food or just like then ignored as the server sat on the phone, customers just walked out as wasn’t worth the wait. I miss the old staff and left empty handed again.

Friendly staff, really reasonable prices and, food quality is good from a fast food perspective. The atmosphere is good, very trendy however, the venue is quite small and probably seats around 15 people on one side of the restaurant. I've ordered previously on delivery and they pack everything well.

Mistakenly placed an order via uber eats while not being in the right delivery location. Called the restaurant a minute later for her to tell me its too late and she won’t cancel on her end. Very rude and has a poor mentality. All for 17 pounds smh.

he made multiple deliveries of which mine was the last chips were stone cold and soggy couldn't eat them. burger wasn't very nice either. I won't be ordering from here again. and delivery drivers need to deliver one order at a time not multiple while peoples food goes cold.

Small order but they forgot important part of meal. Called and asked to deliver and they asked me to come to the restaurant. Rude, no solution and then ordered me to just get a refund from Just Eat. Horrible horrible service. Would never order from here again!!

First time I’ve ever had a smacks and it was absolutely delicious and had a great deal on I ordered it in however but still extremely yummy I did the two cheeseburgers and chips deal for £9.99 and got an Oreo and a biscoff milkshake and did the buy one get one free on their 5nuggets as had it with my mum Everything was completely enjoyable chips are decently sized and great amount of salt my mum even said they’d be chips she could put in a chip butty The Oreo milkshake is incredible Thank you!
