First time ordering. Food came early. Everything was hot and very tasty 🤌🏽 10/10

It was ordered at 7.30 and came at 9.05 and was cold

One burger missing and only refunds was available so my Sister has no food

Based on my personal experience, the food is consistently good quality. And on this occasion, it was NEXT LEVEL!!!!. Whomever cooked my order today has got SKILLS. Those chicken wings, oh my gosh. I salute you chef. 100 per cent recommend them.

I have been a big fan of them, but This Smack hamburgers franchise isn't worth going. I ordered a big smack meal with curly fries and can a cola. I finished my fires and felt a smell of burnt oil. I took a bite of the burger and there and then I knew there was something wrong with it and i can't finish it all otherwise I will have problems too. The taste wasn't right, the bread was soggy with oil, and the temperature didn't feel like if it was made fresh. And the staff was very rude and not friendly at all apart from Jess. When asked how to give my feedback, one of the ladies said i could go online on the website. This place is not recommended at all. Dont waste your time and money. I had to bin my burger.

I ordered from Uber eats. Food wasn't too bad. The chicken burger was good, the fries were cold.

Food never turned up! Company won’t answer the phone to me been waiting 1 and half hours and nothing. Lady on the phone is no help. Ordered at 9pm and go nothing

Burgers were slightly cold, but otherwise good. Loaded fries were incredible!

I've dropped the rating after the last 2 home delivery orders and my recent visit. Hoping it will be noticed to bring back the quality of this lovely establishment. Delivery both times was a complete hit and miss. Understandable that it will not be like eating fresh at the store. But others have managed to get it right years ago. With regards to the service at the store, I've found that suggesting or up selling options with your order is lacking. While some might call it annoying, it really helps people know that there are such possibilities. It would help if the menu otherwise indicates the same. The food was amazing. Have ordered home recently too and the quality was just as good. As for the service, there is room for improvement. And the place itself is a bit small, also kind of works against it. Would surely recommend though, especially their spicy sauce.

Food was atrocious. Burger buns crumbled, chicken was tasteless, and the chips were stale.

Crispy burger was great but the cross fries were tasting weird and smell of old cooking oil

Burgers was good man but those nuggets was okay nuggets tho they wasn’t nothing special

Food decent, busy times, long wait

Food is cooked when you order it so sometimes there’s a little wait but food is nice and hot you get it.

It took nearly 2 hours for my food to arrive then it arrived cold.

Adam was great, went above and beyond for me and every customer that he was serving. Food was 10/10 Definitely recommend

Fries stale again. Can only recommend going in. Whenever I go in to buy the food tastes fresh, delivery is always another story unfortunately.

Fries were stale, had a funny taste too. Definitely a mix of old fries and some new fries as the whole bag wasn’t awful.

Drive past here every day on the way home from work and thought I’d try it. Great service food tasted fresh and fantastic value for money. Will definitely be returning

The burger was okay but for £5 I was left a little underwhelmed as it was pretty small for the price. Fries were okay and service was pretty decent but overall an average experience

I tried the classic double at Smack Burgers, and it was fantastic. The smash patties were juicy with crispy edges, the melted cheese was just right, and the soft brioche bun tied it all together. Simple, fresh, and packed with flavor!

Service is absolutely horrible. I was disappointed with such a bad customer service. On top of that I always have to wait min 15 mins for my order, delivery drives also wait ages for their orders. They are extremely slow and I’ve seen previous reviews where customers were saying that min waiting time for their food takes about 15/20 mins so I’m not the only one saying this. Overpriced food as well and very small portions.

my order was never delivered. My app said my order was delivered and when I called the restaurant to question where my food was the person I spoke with said she will call the delivery driver and call me back. I never received a call back so I called again after 10 minutes and was told that the driver said they had delivered. I asked what happens now as I have not received my order and the person on the phone said "I don't know" when asked to speak with a manager I was told "manager's off today"

We went here twice to get burgers. The burgers are great. The fries are also delicious, they have a delicious seasoning and therefore taste different/better than usual. Highly recommended!
