TAS Cafe in Southwark

Met some friends at London Bridge so Tas was very convenient. What a great find! Excellent food, good service and pleasant atmosphere. All you need for a great night out. Recommended

Three of us enjoyed lunch in this spacious and friendly restaurant. We had different starters and main courses. They all were of generous portion sizes and tasted excellent. One of our party had an unexpected nose bleed. The staff were wonderfully helpful and kind. The Tas at 72 Borough is a safe and enjoyable place to visit, with an excellent range of food. We recommend it highly

This is a Turkish restaurant that is incredibly well managed with seamless effort. We were seated quickly ( no booking), despite it being busy and bread, olives and a dip appeared immediately. Menus next and the offer to order drinks. We ordered and even with the sharing meze for starters, some 6 dishes, it appeared in no time. The kitchen is open and there was no shouting, just slick service and efficiency. The food was delicious and I would definitely recommend this to anyone passing. Thank you.

Delicious dinner here during my visit to London Bridge Area, a little costly but staff friendly, food very good and it was all accompanied by a entertainment from a guitarist.

Last minute choice but turned out to be a very good one. We only had meze type food but all the dips were great and the Borek and Mucver were both amazing. Will be going back.

Family visit- we urgently needed some good food in a nice restaurant. This is a great discovery, a great place to eat, close to London Bridge! They immediately bring fresh bread and a tasty herb and cheese dip with olives. The wine is good, too, you can order it by the glass, at a reasonable price. We ordered some yummy starters- beef sausages and burek, both came with fresh salad [with pomegranite seeds]. We liked the decor, the service was friendly and efficient. The loos are magnificent! Heavily carved wooden doors, beautiful onyx bowls, flowers! The mousakka had a potato topping that was a little different, but it too was spicy and delicious! We left refreshed and gratified. They even offer a bowl of delicate rosewater-flavoured turkish delight as you leave... We will be back!

Called here for an early evening meal. So very glad we did. The whole experience was so good. Lovely staff, pleasant surroundings and wow... the food. Such quality, so fresh and so glad we spotted the restaurant. Certainly recommend

I came back here after months away as I had had a very positive experience the first time around and did so again, so i mark it high in consistency of great food choice and good value. There is a great choice of dishes including many that are vegetarian, both hot and cold. Well done TAS and i look forward to returning.

I went there for a quick lunch and absulately loved it. It tastes nice plus it is healthy. Highly recommended for lunch. Must try their bakeries.
