Tarsus in Kingston upon Hull, City of

Ordered to be delivered to our hotel, had 2 phone calls from the driver stating he was by the reception. My husband was gone over 30minutes. Turned out the driver was at the wrong hotel. Ended up with a 16" cold pepperoni pizza that ended up in the bin. This took an hour to be delivered from roi d the corner of the hotel..!! Wasn't enjoyable at all and extremely salty.. 😖😖

Been here 40 minutes and the only guy working here has just put the pizza in the oven. If I wanted food tomorrow I would have ordered it yesterday

it was ok, chips are fantastic as always from here but the chicken kebab meat was akin to shawarma more than anything and was all brown meat with a lot of fat/skin. I'm guessing it was thigh meat, if it was prepared without the skin it would be a 10/10.

Did not deliver, they rang me asking me to meet them when i asked why they would not deliver to my door, they just said its company policy. kept trying to talk over me on phone too! they are lazy ignorant and selfish and rude. will not order from here again for sure. i'd advise to others the same.

Food tasted delicious 😊. Arrived 15 minutes early and everything was hot 😊. Tarsus has become a go to favourite of ours 😊. Will definitely be ordering again and we often recommend the place to others 😊.

Food was lovely as always. Fast delivery. Don't usually have any problems but ordered a burger with salad and it came with no salad.

Pizza was fully smashed up , like the person who delivered it had a crash what a bad delivery person , product just a pulp of a mess in a box shame because takeaway Is nice place but I'll be sure to pick it up next time. , these just eat drivers on electric push bikes just don't care .

Never stingy with chips, garlic cheese and tomato is banging and the cheesecake from takeaway is best I've had from a takeaway, don't change it!

just wanted to leave a note for Tarsus to say that I wasn't aware that I had accidentally ordered a slush puppy and gave it back to the driver. haven't started the food yet, but I'm sure it will be as good as usual, thanks.

Ordered from here last night & I am lost for words. The food was delicious out of this world. Don’t understand why there’s so many low reviews on here. Fries were perfect crispy & actually cooked from fresh. Got a Mexican burger, again all cooked from fresh. Usually when I get burger & fries from other places, they’re horrible & greasy. My burger was perfect no sign of any grease. To be honest I’m shocked at how delicious the food was. You can tell it was cooked freshly by the taste. Now I’ve found this place I’ll never go back to Robin Hood or kings. Really impressed with this place. Thanks for a lovely delightful meal, I will definitely order from you again. Food was 10/10 well worth your money. No I don’t work here, I’m just giving you my genuine opinion. Give this place a try, trust me you will not be disappointed 😊😊

Normally food and delivery is great but order was marked as delivered and when I phoned they told me there was nothing they could do. Couldn't even provide a phone number and i don't normally complain but it was a £50 family order

Always bang on time and food always excellent.

Ordered a double cheeseburger with potato wedges and I couldn't fault it. The two burgers were good quality and the cheese was soft, gooey and very tasty. They followed my requests exactly and I was happy with the good helping of wedges they gave me. This place is worth trying.

Ordered at 5.07pm. Arrived at 18.45 and so won't be bothering again. Regardless of taste, this delivery time is just horrendous.

Cold food dry and the burger patty was burnt not good at all

Very nice food, and Ferrero rochera milkshake was very nice and came with a straw 😋

Everything was good but the slushy was ruined by the fact no straws were given it was a really good slush nonetheless but definitely needed a straw for the 5 star

Best garlic bread I’ve had in a long time and my burger was amazing.

Unfortunately over the past couple of years I have noticed a decline in food quality and service and a sharper increase of price. But I suppose it's hard to compete with a well established weatherspoon across the road.

Always very high quality, a little bit on the more expensive side but of all the places it’s worth it 100%. Their chicken has greatly improved since the first time I tried it too.

If I'd have wanted out of date frozen food , badly fried I'd have staggered to the depths of my own freezer. What an utter waste of money. I'm appauled!

I threw my chicken kebab in the bin as it was mainly skin and feathers and inedible the restaurant refused to do anything and just eat also refused me a refund so I paid £14 for chips and salad I advise you not to use this takeaway it’s food and service are disgusting

Delivery 1st Time was In 20min, Today I had wait over an Hour, The food was aswell Not too good as the first time , It was nice and Juicy first time, But today I did Not enjoy the burger at all, Meat was Dry.

Arrived on time food was warm, just wasn’t that great quality.

Went after a night out, ordered a cheesy chip wrap with donner meat meal one with garlic one without, we watched them bag our food up and was concerned they didn’t add in donner meat and they didn’t add the garlic, but they where adamant they had, and even wrote one the one wrap that had ‘garlic’ on it. Got all the way home to two separate addresses to find that they had not only robbed us of our donner meat but hadn’t put any sauce on one wrap either, they’re clearly taking advantage of people who have had a drink and they want to rush out of there shop? If they’re going to accept money for amendments to their order then at least do them!! Avoid

Third time I ordered from here, don't normally leave a review but the outstanding quality of the food and excellent delivery times has compelled me to write this. The food is brilliant and absolutely good value for money when you take into account the prices of others in the same area. Love this take away and will definitely be ordering again in future! Highly highly recommend.

the single star is not for last nights meal which was very good but for the donner pizza of a few days ago. Despite paying an another £1 for extra donner meat there was so little meat on it when it arrived it honestly looked like a simple cheese pizza, not impressed and will not be ordering that meal again.

Great driver etc but the food was appalling, normally this place makes some tasty food and their chips are great but unfortunately I had a chicken wrap and apart from the meat being basically 50% gelatinous fat, I had a shard of bone get lodged in the roof of my mouth. Complaint lodged.

Genuinely the worst kebab I have ever had. And I once was so Ill I couldn't get out of bed due to a doner. The flavour of the poo produce doner was so much better than the absolute dry turkey meat lamb that Tarsus produced. Atmosphere was class

First time with a pizza from Tarsus, it was really good, really hot, pizza was lovely and everything seemed fresh, chips were crisp, nice big pieces of popcorn chicken, and the garlic mayo dip lasted the whole meal so no stingy portions! Can't fault it at all!

Unfortunately way too spicy. The Menu should really specify ‘Spicy beef’ means that you will be using chilli oil and not a little spiced beef as was expected. I Couldn’t eat a single piece which was a massive shame and a huge waste as I could tell it was very high quality. Absolute gutted
