Food barely luke warm. Naan cold. Papadoms cold and chewy. Ordered salad, which was not in delivery bag, yet charged for. Worst of all one chip tasted mouldy and spat it out. Then from my chicken tikka massala, the one piece of chicken tasted mouldy, so I spat that out and on looking at the piece of chicken, there was a dark black discolouration in the chicken piece. Half of the chicken piece left on plate had black stuff in it. I am reporting them to food standards tomorrow. I think they need a health inspector there, personally. On looking at reviews of the place, I can see they have taken money and not delivered. They have been abusive to customers and the quality of the food is suspect. PAID JUST OVER £40 FOR SOMETHING THAT WE COULDN'T EAT.

Food was epic when it arrived. Apparently there was an issue with my order as I had to cancel it and re-order. Then they said they hadn’t made it as I cancelled. Not sure if that was ‘Just Eat’’s fault or Tarka’s. Either way, food was bang on, just a shame it was so late

Ordered food online, had confirmation and the money was taken out of my account. The delivery time came and went so I called to chase it and they denied all knowledge of my order even though it’s confirmed on their site. I emailed them proof on the email shown on their website and called back to discuss however they claim not to have an email address, despite it being shown on their website? They were generally unhelpful and I now have to claim from my bank to retrieve my money. Don’t bother!

Awful tikka sauce, just bright red food colouring, no flavour. Chicken pieces bland and bone dry. Rice dry and tasteless. Naan greasy and no garlic taste. Wont use again.

Ordered food here last night, madras sauce was passable, the chicken tikka like rubber really not good quality chicken chips must have been splashed In and out of the oil.. not the best and won’t be going back 👍

Ordered food and told be about an hour,then phone rang driver can't find us so give him clear directions, then another phone call from a very rude delivery person said still can't find us, tried again to give him clear directions and he hang up. Phone shop and told that we were mucking there driver about,extremely rude person told us to pick up our own food (disgusting )

Food was beautiful. Good portion sizes. Unfortunately though I booked a time for delivery as we had things to sort before dinner and it arrived 20 minutes early. Not a huge issue we just carried on and ate it when we were ready but it would have been nice if it had come at the correct time.

Lovely food as usual. The lamb chops and chicken tikka were succulent. The chips were spot on. The garlic nan was tasty. The only mistake was receiving 3 cans of Coke instead of receiving Diet Coke as ordered. Drinks apart I really recommend them for a nice Indian Takeaway!

Ordered from here and was missing a chutney and a naan bread. Messaged the restaurant to say we had not received and they refunded the chutney but not the naan bread. Very disappointed as always order from here and normally are really good and high quality.

So disappointed. Starting diet tomorrow so had my last take away for awhile. Had chicken sag came home but although the sauce was delicious the chicken was over cooked and tough. I phoned to tell them but was told not to bother coming back as the chicken has been precooked and therefore the batch will be all the same. So disappointing I cleaned the sauce off and gave the chicken to the dogs. Went over for a small bag of chips to eat the sauce.

I have from here all the time and it’s top notch for curry wouldn’t go anywhere else but today it was very watery

Wasn't expecting it to be on time not that we mind anyway but it was and it was absolutely delicious , chicken cafreal and kebab starter was so fresh , absolutely highly recommend one of the best as far as we are concerned , defo our favourite !

We have been local customers and always found the food excellent until recently. What started as little errors, which were usually very well rectified, became a regular occurrence. On this occasion the disgusting customer service we received was shocking, and we won't be returning. We live less than a mile away and when we called to explain the issue we were met with "well it's very busy, and what you asked for is not how it is on the menu and so we do not offer this". We appreciate that if our request wasn't ok that they would have had every right not to accept our order despite the fact it hadn't been a problem before! The manager was rude and we just knew we wouldn't be back as to top it off we found a long hair in one of the dishes. In summary, customer service is poor, food is progressively getting worse and we are glad we found a new place! Killay Spice food was a million times better anyway,. delivered faster and they were more than happy with our requests, despite it being a busy bank holiday weekend!

When we first started ordering from here the chips were awful never cooked properly now the chips are fine but the oniobhajislike rocks so hard they could break your teeth they get one thing righwish they could get everything cooked properly curry nice though

Absolutely shocking. Food turned up over an hour later than scheduled. As you can imagine it was ice cold. Part of the order was missing. When we rung to complain they simply said we will sort you out next time. We declined and asked for this to be sent. Staff were extremely rude and offensive. Can safely say I will never order from here again

Total and utter liars, and extremely rude. Ordered at 19:25 and app says 10-25 minutes delivery. I call them at 20:12 and they tell me they don’t usually deliver to my area, that’s it’s too far away (not exactly my fault, I live less than 10 minutes away and they clearly need to update their delivery area on the app), then that it will be 10-15 minutes. I wait another half an hour and call again at 20:42 and again he tries to tell me it’s 10-15 minutes, I remind him that he already told me this half an hour ago and he said ‘oh it’s on it’s way actually’. I asked him if it was definitely in the car and he asked if I wanted to cancel the order? So clearly it wasn’t on its way. Awful, rude, lying staff. I have ordered from here before and it’s been very nice but I won’t order again. It has just arrived, at 20:55 delivered by a young child, and it is freezing cold. Terrible service and inedible food.

2hrs from ordering to delivery, didn't even bother to ring to say it was late. Our address is less than 1.2miles from them and they said they dont normally deliver that far away which is why it takes so long. Pathetic excuse and service. Last time we order from them.

Thankyou nice kebab but the way I got treated by the staff when I asked 4 one the next day was insulting and rude say I needed to spend 15 pounds which i ordered 14 pounds,I would have but I got terrible attitude went elsewhere.

We had a lovely curry from here on the weekend. The portions were generous and it tasted great. It was ready on time and we will be going back.

Staying at Gowerton Caravan Site and ordered online for delivery. Excellent service rang us when on way to meet at the reception. Very friendly and not a long wait. Meal was spot on, thoroughly enjoyed all dishes. Great service thank you.

I have ordered take aways for collection from here twice now and have been thoroughly impressed by the standards of the dishes here top quality Indian food is all prepared in view of the counter so u know it's cooked fresh to order. I really enjoyed my food and even though they forgot to pack my naan bread after a quick phone call they sent them out and they were at my door before I had finished my starter.

Ordered food on Uber eats at 6 Takeaway confirmed it would arrive at 7 so when it still hadn't arrived at 7.45 we gave them a ring and was told it would be with us in 20 minutes. 20.45 still no food so I jumped in my car and was almost at the Takeaway (less than 7 minutes away) when my wife phoned to say it had come. I got home and all our food was tepid so in my opinion it had been driven around for possibly an hour and not even an apology so never again.

Fantastic food, always well presented and tastes great. Regularly order from there via ubereats, never been disappointed.

Shocking ordered my food at 8pm, delivery time of 9.10pm, thought nothing more about it, when it hadn’t turned up at 20past I checked and they had cancelled my order, 2nd time this has happened. Local to this place and will not be giving my money to them again.

Fantastic tasting curries, very generous portions and acceptable waiting times. Also deliver locally. Only reason I wouldn’t give 5 stars is we have had items missing on orders once or twice. Just check you have everything before you or the delivery driver leaves.

Decent takeaway. Freshly cooked and still warm after 5 minute drive. Was ready 20 minutes after expected time. Good food but not the best in Swansea.
