Ordered take out for 730 pick up .. told a number of times almost ready .. waited 50 minutes and saw people come and go who had ordered for later times , never got food so just asked for refund .. terrible service .. yes they were busy but just inexcusable to have people waiting for that long and then have to leave with nothing .. not even an offer of a drink or any assurance it was being done .. used to go there very regularly .. what a shame

Mandarin house has gone downhill since the new owners took over, its such a shame. Ordered chicken fried rice anf salt/chilli chips and both were under cooked/soggy.

All my family , children and granchildren had a lovely buffet meal just before christmas , the staff were excellent and service was too . The place has a really nice ambient and relaxing atmosphere and the food was delicious . I will be going there again and i recommend the whole experience highly . Thankyou Jins !! R.J.Walker

10/10 Never had a bad one from here

Consistently good food on each visit. Plenty of choice, ample potions and extremely tasty. The only thing I struggle with here is the atmosphere- nice modern feel but tables are close together and a bit like a school canteen. I would return for the food which was delicious!
