The vibes are very chill, the food is amazing as well as really well priced and the staff are super accommodating and friendly!

This is neither cheap, nor authentic. Everything in vietnamese cousine is tasty because of heavy use of noc nam, soy sauce and monosodium glutamate additives. My meal was below the average, and they added 20% on top of the bill because there is a small print saying prices don't contain vat. So suddenly a £15 salad turns almost £20. Service is so slow it is almost non existent

Bahn Mi was the best “sandwich” i’ve had in ages, the pork was AMAZING, bread was crunchy and fluffy. Service was exceptional, the girl working in there was lovely and so attentive. Would 100% recommend to anyone in the area!

Was so excited to try this place. Got the Bahn Mi to go and the bread was more like a sourdough baguette, hadn't been baked to get a crispy outside and fluffy inside. I've been robbed of 8 quid. Staff and inside were very nice but the food sucked. Don't waste your money.

Tân Vân is a very nice place for Vietnamese food, and we were pleased with our first-time visit. Told it can be busy though our mid afternoon lunch was nice and quiet. A nice, friendly, and helpful service. Making comparisons with other places we felt food was very good. Chicken Summer Rolls with dip were very welcome starter a on a very hot day served with well chilled drinks. Definitely a place to revisit, and to try out the Pho. We noted sign welcoming dogs, so nice to know

Went to Tanvan on a Wednesday evening and the restaurant was nice and quiet, the staff seating groups of people separately so we didn't have to talk over other people whilst enjoying our meal. The food was exquisite and there were many vegan options as well as meat options for the carnivores of the group. Whilst a little pricey, the food, service and atmosphere was worth it. The staff were friendly and attentive but also gave us enough space to enjoy our meal without interruption. There isn't any parking so it would be best to visit those restaurant via public transport or you could always get a delivery. When we went there was a 20% off deal for students which was a real plus with 6 of us eating out together.

Unfortunately I just had the worst service and I didn’t even get the chance to try the food. Ordered online at 19:20pm, after more than an hour and a half of delay we called the restaurant to check what the problem was, the lady told us the kitchen had to close because of a big event but she assured us that the food was being prepared so we said okay and waited, less than 5min later the order was cancelled on their side. Very disappointing costumer service and sadly I won’t be ever ordering from this restaurant again.

10000% recommend the Pho soup was amazing and full of flavour and the iced coffee was the best coffee i’ve ever had… i even work at a coffee shop and i’ve never had a coffee this good, it was so good i even had to ask the lovely lady how they made it so that i could try to make it myself!!! definitely go and try them out. i’ll definitely be going back

Had a great meal here last Friday. The summer rolls were fresh, and the prawn coconut curry had just the right amount of spice although could have used a bit more coconut flavour. The chicken pho and garlic pho were both delicious with really flavorful broths. The staff was friendly, and the place felt cozy. Definitely a spot we'll come back to!

Served us a chicken banh mi when we ordered a vegan one. When we went to pay it took them 10 minutes to take it off the bill so we had to wait until they could sort it?

What happened to your food? I got delivery twice from you now and the food is horrible. It seems it is old and reheated, Nuddles from the Pho are too soft, the meat is gummy and the spring rolls are too burnt and soggy. I have been a regular customer in your restaurant and ordered food home a few times and it was ok. Since you are part of the discount food on UberEats it just started to be bad. Please fix it, miss your amazing food. ........... This was my previous 5star review that I have just changed Excellent food and service. Best Pho 👌

Had enough of being excited by pho then immediately being disappointed by it being under flavoured? Can't physically happen here. Been here several times over last 12 months and the flavour remains. This is it here, the real deal. Family run e buonissimo! Don't be disillusioned by lots of options - the pho, the banh mi and the pork belly. All 5 star dishes and reasonsbly priced. My restaurant quality, even better it's home cooking.

The food was pretty good. It had strong flavours and I liked it. It really tasted like it had MSG in it which I’m totally fine with, but the pho soup was a little bit too salty. But I didn’t find the restaurant that clean, I saw a lot of clutters near the kitchen area and had spider webs with dust on the ceiling right above me. The worst thing that put me off was the fact that I could see inside the kitchen. It didn’t look clean and the chef was eating some food while cooking our food, with his hands, he didn’t wash his hands every time he touched the mouth obviously. I mean he literally didn’t wash his hands at all (I couldn’t look away once I saw him start munching on food and I was facing directly into the kitchen) He was touching his phone too, it really made me feel sick in the stomach to be honest. But I’m sure every restaurant is pretty much like this because I have seen these kinda things many times. So I ate the food trying not to think about what I saw too much. Disappointing still

The best Pho I have eaten in London. The baguette is warm and the fillings are yummy. We go there twice a week just to order the Beef Pho to warm our stomach!!!! You won’t regret it!

I would give TânVân’s customer service 10 out of 5 stars—they truly went above and beyond. They’re very responsive via the Google maps chat function and worked quickly to resolve a huge snafu on the part of UberEats. We got this order delivered and it was so well packaged and labeled for delivery. No spillage, no confusion about whose order is whose. Everyone is thrilled with their food. The vegan options are very clearly marked on the menu (and tasty!). Great place to feed a group of mixed dietary needs.

Recently opened, quite small, and unpretentious but with charming service and good food. Not many wines, so drink the beer.

Cute Vietnamese spot in Ealing! Literally near the main Ealing complex, amongst other restaurants. Waiter was super polite and accommodating. Food was great taste, we were pleasantly surprised. Definitely great value and very filling too. They also have the odd vegan / vegetarian option too so something there go r everyone.

This is a restaurant in Ealing. If you take the railway, it will take about ten minutes to get there. It is located on the main high street so it is very convenient. The restaurant has a clear sign on the front and you can see it from a distance. , it is a Vietnamese-themed restaurant. The store has a great atmosphere. What I like most is that the music they play all the time is very comfortable. We tried their Vietnamese Pho and it tasted really good! I also ordered their coffee, which is really worth a try. The waiters are very polite and feel very friendly, which makes the guests feel like they are home. In addition, their prices are those of ordinary restaurants, but you can eat good Vietnamese food, so it is highly recommended. There are also several different restaurants nearby, so you can try them all if you have time.

To start, the decoration is amazing. The service was great, the staff was very friendly. My friend has a bunch of restrictions and the waiter was super patient and helped with the order. Our food was spectacular. I can't recommend this enough. O had the Egg Coffee after the meal and It was fantastic. I'm definitely coming back.

Super yum! Definitely not the most authentic but their takeaway holds up really well and it’s never done us wrong. We get their beef pho every time and the noodles to meat ratio is spot on which I think is really important with pho!

As a Vietnamese person I had very high hopes especially given the amazing reviews. They were having 40% off on Uber eats so we ordered a bit of everything... And what a disappointment 😔. First of all given the high price point (the full prices before the discount) I was expecting the food to be authentic and flavourful. The pork bun with meatballs was super super dry and bland, very very little meat and a ton of rice noodles, for 15£ I am not interested in eating just rice noodles. The honey glazed pork Banh mi, again had almost no meat and the meat really didn't taste anything special, It was basically a baguette filled with pickle, no sauce, no pathé. The betel beef tasted expired which really made me wonder how long they kept it for. The spring rolls were just fine, nothing punchy. Overall the food was bland, dry and expensive. I would not order again.

Lovely little place with really good food and super friendly and attentive (but not over-attentive) staff. Great atmosphere too. The only downside is that the toilet is not accessible, it's downstairs.

Service was nice and atmosphere was cosy, but we ordered summer rolls and the prawns tasted really funky and the iceberg sallad in it was brown. We had ordered Pho as well but were scared to eat it in case the meat was bad too. The broth was also way too salty.

I highly recommend this place! I've been searching for a authentic Vietnamese restaurant in London and I finally found it! The food is delicious and fresh, I also recently ordered via Uber Eats, and I must say, the packaging was excellent, everything tasted great!

Nice little Vietnamese restaurant . Not usually packed so you get to eat in a peaceful environment.

We had Bun Cha Hanoi and it definitely wasn't what a Bun Cha Hanoi should be. It tasted okay but I won't recommend it if you know what Bun Cha Hanoi is.

TânVân is the best ramen spot in the city! It's a charming family-run restaurant with friendly staff and lovely decor. The food is absolutely delicious, and their freshly made juices are a must-try. Highly recommend!

Authentic, fresh, hot and filling Vietnamese food served in a family run setting with welcoming customer service - avoid the certain two chains nearby on the main high street and consider ordering from here instead! We joined as a small group for dinner and were all impressed as we've been wanting to come here for a while being all locals.

I ordered via Uber Eats as it was a cold, rainy day. Tried the pho, banh mi, spring rolls and egg coffee. All easily a 5/5 in taste and quality. Requests were fulfilled too. I cannot wait to come here in person! Attached is a picture of the original beef pho - not the best presentation of course as it was delivered, but the taste was amazing!

UPDATED July 2023 - Ordered takeaway two bun bowls with lemongrass chicken and chilli prawns. There was hardly any chicken and it was pre cooked meat so it was hard and quite inedible. There was hardly any salad just a bit of pickles. We had added additional spring rolls but if we hadn't it would literally have been a bowl of vermicelli noodles and sauce. Seems the quality has gone down. Sadly won't be back. ------------ Lovely family run restaurant. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Not the most authentic version of Vietnamese food I've had since I've been to Vietnam before but the portion size was generous and good flavour. Healthy and tasty meal. Will come back.

This used to be a decent place to eat in Ealing :-( but it's cutting corners now. Tonight we were served sugary water as home made lemonade. That's just fraud. The menu seems smaller than it used to be and half of it is vegan. And you want my email or phone number to send me a receipt for payment because you decided not to print receipts anymore?? Well done for sticking to the script though. Even when I gave up on the receipt I still got asked if I want to join the loyalty program 🤦 I'm sure you're in keeping with the digital trends etc. but eventually you'll be left with just virtual customers to sell food to... The ordered food was good.

TânVân is one of my favourite Vietnamese restaurants in London. The interior is rustic and cosy. In the afternoon they open up the front of the restaurant and a lively atmosphere comes in from the street. There are lots of little booths to sit in so you're not on top of the other patrons. My boyfriend and I had prawn summer rolls, beef pho and the caramelised slow cooked pork belly. All dishes were cooked with love and from what is clearly a lifetime of vietnamese cooking experience. Between 4 and 6pm it's 2 for 1 on vietnamese cocktails. The staff are very sweet and kind. Always love going to TânVân - will be back again soon 😊

Great authentic Vietnamese food, the decor is unique with the artwork and design. The caramalised pork belly is a stand out dish along with the happy hour cocktails. Nice little family run hidden gem amongst the vast chain of restaurants. Would recommend :-) 5*

Lovely cosy restaurant with a wide variety of Vietnamese dishes. The beef pho was delicious and the portion was very generous. The honey glazed pork Bahn Mi was also very delicious. They do a great lunch deal during weekdays.

I love TânVân. I moved to Ealing around the same time the restaurant opened and it is now one of my go to restaurants. Their food always feels like a warm hug. Happy hour deal is amazing too! 2 for 1!

Nice and friendly service. Casual atmosphere and authentic Vietnamese food although the menu is not variety. Good for lunch.

A no-fuss Viet restaurant with all the favourites. Decor is fun and quirky. Goi cuon (summer rolls) were made fresh to order with a nice peanut dipping sauce. We all order pho noodle bowls. I was able to customise my order by ordering the veggie pho with beef broth. A bit disappointed since they forgot my shitake mushrooms. A side plate of beansprouts, chilli and lemon wedge (would've preferred lime) accompanied the noodles. My only gripe is that there weren't any greens (mint and Thai basil). Extra noodles for £4. Vegan and gluten-free options available on request. No kids menu so unfortunately you'll have to order full sized meals for your little ones. The bill is paperless, so will be displayed on the handheld device. NB: tip/gratuity is already added to the bill (it looks like taxes). You'll then be asked again to add a tip. A bit sneaky since many people would end up double-tipping! I really dislike this practice since it feels very unscrupulous.

Beware Highway robbery!!! Super cheeky of the restaurant when they already charge you a “discretionary service charge” and then make you guilt tip after than. Will never visit this place again.

I really loved it. My experience here was nothing less than exceptional. The food was incredible and came in large portions, the actual restaurant was beautifully decorated and very aesthetically pleasing, the music was very soothing and fitting and the service was great. 10/10 would come here again and recommend to a friend.

Love this place. One of my absolute favourite in Ealing. Food tastes great and the staff are always welcoming and friendly. I normally order original beef pho and summer roll but my husband loves their other dishes too. I also order delivery from this pace quite often.

It's ok. I was surprised to receive a normal baguette when the menu described a vietnamese one in the Bao Bun section of the menu. There is very limited choice for vegetarians, but if you eat most foods then there is something for everyone.

Its a very cozy, little nice place but I vietnamese food is made for western taste buds. I ask for Vietnamese Spring rolls and I got deep fried rolls and it was my bad, cause they call it summer rolls. But when summer rolls arrived I thought it will be original Vietnamese with vegetables in it but it had fake chicken in it. I never had Vietnamese spring rolls deep fried or with fake chicken. Fake chicken look scary (Vegans, if you want to be vegan just eat vegetables please don’t ruin the experience for others with your fake chicken) Even Nuon Cham vietnamese sauce was super thick not like original Vietnamese sauce. Lemon grass Banh Mi is nice but not enough lemon grass taste.

Nice quiet spot in Ealing for Vietnamese food. We had the bun cha and Saigon stew, both full of flavour and generously portioned. Summer rolls were delicious too. Friendly and helpful staff. Bathrooms perhaps in need of updating, but definitely nothing to complain about.
