Amazing experienced, will definitely come back

Utterly non inclusive Resturant, please don’t take anyone who has requirements as they are blasting music which isn’t in tone with their Resturant and I asked for them to turn down, no attempt and very ignorant due to health issues, will be complaining to head office and social media since they didn’t care at all

Food was amazing 10/10 pho , chicken is halal and all their broths don’t include alcohol , our server Monika was amazing , great service

This restaurant is a scam selling fake Vietnamese Pho. The food quality is extremely bad, bad influence and defamation of Vietnamese Pho. The brand owner competes dirty. Those who want to enjoy Pho should not come to this horrible place. Everyone please rate 1 star so that people will not be scammed by the restaurant owner anymore. Thank you

Great franchise branch, the range of food is good, staff are knowledgeable of the items they are selling. The food tastes great but not authentic, price is reasonable for almost Viet food.

This is one of my favourite restaurants. Always get great service from Eric and the team. The food is delicious!

Food was great but not the service. Had to ask for side plates 3 times with 3 diff staff. Toilets were also dirty. Definitely not checked every half an hour as we had been there for 2 hours with same condition.

Oct 2024 update: food quality had not recovered. I'll recommend and go to other local pho restaurants instead. Nov 2023 update: sadly the food here suffered from at least 40% shrinkflation and fatal degradation of quality. I'd recommend trying other local pho restaurants in the area.

The place is clean and food choices are appetizing yet not too pricey. More so, JC has such a warm soul and beaming kindness. Overall it was a good experience.

A very successful visit. The juices were delicious and the pho tasted like it was in Vietnam. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I can only recommend it. 🙂

Sylwia is absolutely the best !

I went out with my partner and some friends and our sever Per was really friendly and attentive. As usual the food was amazing! The wok fried noodles with this isn’t chicken is really good. The dragon fruit lemonade and the Ca Phè are really good drinks. The music is great as well! I definitely recommend. 😌

Ordered on Deliveroo and I really don’t know how you can justify charging £3.95 for literally 10 prawn crackers Wok fried noodles were also clumpy and stuck together making it difficult for the 2 children to eat Really not happy at all

Sylwiaaa was amazing as the rest of the team. The spicy green with chicken was superb and so hearty. As always our visit to Pho in Ealing Broadway was brilliant.

I recently visited Pho and was incredibly disappointed with the experience. This place claims to be a Vietnamese restaurant, but it's honestly a joke. We ordered two starters and two main meals each, but even after all that, we left the restaurant still feeling hungry. Why? Because what we got was basically a bowl of salad and salt water, with some random uncooked spices lazily sprinkled on top. It didn't even resemble real Vietnamese cuisine. The flavours were bland, the portions were small, and it felt like a complete scam. The whole experience was so underwhelming, it's hard to believe this franchise is still in business. Unless you're on a keto diet and enjoy tasteless food with floating vegetables, I would suggest looking elsewhere. This place seriously needs to step up its game.

It's only when things don't go according to plan that you get to see how good a restaurant's customer service truly is. This was my experience of Pho Ealing. Eric and his team were brilliant in resolving an issue. Their customer service was exceptional, and I will definitely be back next time I'm in Ealing. Please pass on my thanks to the whole Pho Ealing team.

My wife and I came here for our anniversary and the food did not disappoint. The flavours are divine and they explode in your mouth. I can't recommend this place enough. Give it a go. This is honestly the best 'street food' I have had in a long time.

Music way too loud to talk! Service was so slow and non attentive. Had to call again and again to grab attention. Food was tasteless we tried many dishes and none of us liked them. Waste of money. Nice decor that's it!

Fantastic food. Just arrived at Ealing and missing my Asian food from Canada . Had lemongrass chicken vermicelli and was very satisfied .. yum.

This is the first Pho I've visited with such amazing food - the Ealing branch seems to have snatched the best chefs. Quite a few vegan options (this time I went for the vegan THIS is not chicken curry) and spicy lemonade, and that was the perfect lunch. The staff are very friendly and polite, have the time to recommend and check if everything is ok without being pushy. Both JC and his colleague took great care of me and other customers. Highly recommended, will definitely visit again.

I came in for lunch today and had an amazing experience, I came with some friends we all had a great time. Our waiter Monica was really kind and was really cheerful. I had went to pho ealing as I have never been and my first experience was incredible. The food, the staff, everything was amazing! One of the employees, Monika, served us and she gave us great advice on which cuisine we would enjoy; she was very friendly and helpful.
