Food was amazing and service was great!

Sylwiaaa was amazing as the rest of the team. The spicy green with chicken was superb and so hearty. As always our visit to Pho in Ealing Broadway was brilliant.

I recently visited Pho and was incredibly disappointed with the experience. This place claims to be a Vietnamese restaurant, but it's honestly a joke. We ordered two starters and two main meals each, but even after all that, we left the restaurant still feeling hungry. Why? Because what we got was basically a bowl of salad and salt water, with some random uncooked spices lazily sprinkled on top. It didn't even resemble real Vietnamese cuisine. The flavours were bland, the portions were small, and it felt like a complete scam. The whole experience was so underwhelming, it's hard to believe this franchise is still in business. Unless you're on a keto diet and enjoy tasteless food with floating vegetables, I would suggest looking elsewhere. This place seriously needs to step up its game.

Extremely rude staff. Disappointing service and unacceptable service both from employees and manager.

My wife and I came here for our anniversary and the food did not disappoint. The flavours are divine and they explode in your mouth. I can't recommend this place enough. Give it a go. This is honestly the best 'street food' I have had in a long time.

It's only when things don't go according to plan that you get to see how good a restaurant's customer service truly is. This was my experience of Pho Ealing. Eric and his team were brilliant in resolving an issue. Their customer service was exceptional, and I will definitely be back next time I'm in Ealing. Please pass on my thanks to the whole Pho Ealing team.

Music way too loud to talk! Service was so slow and non attentive. Had to call again and again to grab attention. Food was tasteless we tried many dishes and none of us liked them. Waste of money. Nice decor that's it!

Fantastic food. Just arrived at Ealing and missing my Asian food from Canada . Had lemongrass chicken vermicelli and was very satisfied .. yum.

Came in on Thursday and had a lovely experience. Was my 1st time having Vietnamese cuisine and my waitress Kat was an absolute star, she made ordering so easy and i absolutely adored the rice bowl 3 meat combo. service always came with a smile and definitely will return as the staff were so lovely and made my meal delectable. thank you Kat

The food is good. The service is horrendous!!! Have to ask for everything rather than being asked. Food arrived, no drinks. The staff are lovely but not attentive and EXTREMELY SLOW.

This is the first Pho I've visited with such amazing food - the Ealing branch seems to have snatched the best chefs. Quite a few vegan options (this time I went for the vegan THIS is not chicken curry) and spicy lemonade, and that was the perfect lunch. The staff are very friendly and polite, have the time to recommend and check if everything is ok without being pushy. Both JC and his colleague took great care of me and other customers. Highly recommended, will definitely visit again.

One of the employees, Monika, served us and she gave us great advice on which cuisine we would enjoy; she was very friendly and helpful. I came in for lunch today and had an amazing experience, I came with some friends we all had a great time. Our waiter Monica was really kind and was really cheerful. Everything we ordered tasted great but I wish they had some more dessert options. Will definitely return soon, thank you for the experience!

I really enjoy my time at Pho Ealing Broadway . I have been served by Monika she was really great all along she give give a good service. And the food was 10/10 amazing I take prawns summer roll and king prawns pho, with a Soft drink I pay only 20 pound I recommand this place.

Good food but slow service. I had the vegetable and tofu cauliflower rice bowl, and spicy salad rolls. Was lovely. But the restaurant was far too noisy. I had to keep my earphones in. A bit slow to order, then waited to pay.

I visited for the first time and my experience was wonderful. Our server ,Asha was lovely. From the moment we walked in till we left, she was polite and so warm. We felt so taken care of the whole time. Food was also very delicious. Overall, very pleasant experience and I usually don’t write reviews but I was just taken aback by the how welcoming she was. Meat under cook. Too raw to chew, for two times! It was a good restaurant but maybe not anymore. The cooking skill is declining.

I've eaten in Pho already a few times. Baby squid for appetizer was really good, and then Pho soup. This place is run by great People. Appreciate such a place in central Ealing.

Just Jumped for a quick lunch Break. Ordered Pho House and jasmine tea. Food was excelent, Service was great and Lady Manager helped me a lot, I definately will come back here!
