Pho in Ealing

Came by with my partner and we both had an amazing experience, everything was really delicious and all the staffs was super friendly and made our visit even more special, thank you for all the team x

I visited after a long time due to a previous bad experience at other Vietnamese restaurants, but I must say their food is truly delicious. As a pure vegetarian, I tried the vegan chicken with rice, and it was fantastic. My friend had chicken rice. I found it a bit pricey, but I think it's worth it. I would 100% recommend it!

I have been to the Ealing branch several times to collect a take away meal, and have always found the staff to be lovely and genuine. This was my second visit for a sit down meal at this branch, and they were just as brilliant as always. Jayden looked after us throughout dinner. I already knew her because of my previous visits. She is always warm and welcoming and did a great job of helping my friend pick his dishes for his first visit. Impressively, she always knows what ingredients to remove from my order. That's an example of 10 out of 10 customer service. She also went that extra mile to show me how to eat the pancake starter in the traditional way. Our meals were tasty and fresh. And the service was prompt and friendly. Jayden is one of the best restaurant staff I have met, and she works with an equally great team.

This was my first time visiting and the food was a let down. The food lacks flavour and authenticity. Only dish I enjoyed was the spring rolls but even that was ruined as we ordered the vegetable and one of the rolls turned out to be pork which ruined the dish for me. I ordered the spicy chicken curry which it definitely wasn’t spicy at all. I did enjoy the rice but that was all. Overall I wouldn’t recommend Pho definitely look for a more authentic restaurant

The dishes were absolutely delicious—perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. I would also like to commend all your staff for their attentiveness and professionalism especially JC who went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable meal, and their hospitality truly made the evening special. As a frequent visitor to Pho Ealing, I consistently enjoy their authentic Vietnamese cuisine. My go-to order is the regular Chicken Phở, to which I often add prawns for an extra touch. The combination of tender chicken, fresh herbs, and delicate rice noodles in a rich, aromatic broth creates a hearty and satisfying meal. This dish never fails to comfort and delight, making it a staple in my dining routine. On a recent visit, my friend opted for the House Special Phở, which features a combination of beef, chicken, and prawns, and was thoroughly impressed by its depth of flavor and generous portions. For those seeking a reliable and flavorful bowl of phở, Pho Ealing is a must-visit.

We had pretty high expectations for this restaurant, but overall, it was just okay. The food was fine—not bad, but nothing special. That said, the staff was absolutely lovely, which made the experience better. It wasn’t quite what we were hoping for, but still a decent spot.

The food, as always, was fantastic—fresh, flavorful, and comforting. But the service truly stood out. Sylwia’s energy and kindness made all the difference, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of it. Highly recommend this place, and if you get Sylwia as your server, you’re in for a treat!

Amazing place. The salad and beef brisket was top tier gorgeous. The beef pulled apart and soup was packed full of flavour. I got a papaya salad and I have never touch a salad that is so delicious. The lady provided the best of service. My regards to you and to the chiefs for the journey to flavour country. Fyi I sat by the window, you said the door opening would be drafty but it was perfect.

Wen to Phos in Ealing, cannot go wrong with this place, food always on point as is the service. My family and I had the spring rolls with peanut sauce, chicken wings, the mango salad (very tasty), noodles, chicken curry, brisket. Everything we ordered was great and brought to the table in minutes (no waiting forever). The chicken is halal.

First time in this place. The service and atmosphere was superb. The staff are lovely. Food was good too. It was just a tad salty. Hoping to try out the other stuff from their menu next time 😊😘

Every time I go, I have a great time. The place is clean and has great ambience. All the waiters are super friendly and are always smiling. Thanks Sylwia for another great time 😊 The food is not overpriced and has huge portions! My friends and I always get very full but never stop eating because of how tasty everything is. EVERY single plate is delicious. We go there regularly now. You won’t be disappointed. This place is amazing and definitely worth the price ✨

I truly cant say enough about how amazing the service was .From start to finish , Monika went above and beyond in every possible way . She was kind , professional , attentive and truly cared , she made us feel incredibly welcome and truly went above and beyond to ensure we had the best dining experience possible. Her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail were unmatched. It was clear that she genuinely cared about making our meal special. The atmosphere was very good and food was lovely , but again It’s rare to come across someone who truly goes above and beyond the way Monika did , and I felt like she made the entire evening feel like a personal celebration. I’ve been to many restaurants, but I had never had an experience like this before. They have definitely earned my loyalty. Always our go-to restaurant in Ealing Broadway. We enjoy the rustic interior design that can bring you closer to Vietnamese setup. I highly recommend their beef brisket pho and spicy chicken wings. The staff are super accommodating and friendly.

Visited so many times and as usual Hot & spicy chicken chicken noodle Soup was fantastic.

I come here on about a monthly basis. I normally have no complaints and the team is usually very good. Sadly this time was different, our table had a mix up with the food which was not the waitress’ fault. We didn’t complain about it or give her a hard time because it was not her fault. Who I assume was the manager came over and immediately got defensive, saying she won’t give us a free meal. We never asked for one. This lady was extremely rude and condescending and made a bit of a scene to us. She treated us as if we were karen’s trying to get something out of the company. She made us feel so uncomfortable and I don’t want to return. Update: I contacted the email down below with the reference number multiple times and have not heard back anything.

We stayed in Ealing in November and walked past this a few times. Its a fantastic little place! The food here is spot on. Portion sizes were good and prices very reasonable. It was a Saturday night when we went. It wasn’t heaving. But busy enough to have a bit of atmosphere. The service was quick, staff attentive and facilities good. But most of all. A good bowl of Pho! Whats not to like?

I used to love this place, but it's seriously gone downhill. Every time I order online, something is missing or the order is completely wrong. You wait for the food on your lunchbreak and something else shows up. Then, if you call Pho to solve it, they tell you it's out of their hands, call Deliveroo. So, they can't tag a bag with food, and they can't solve a customer issue. Shame.
