Pho in Ealing

Great food and atmosphere. We were served by Pawel who has excellent menu knowledge, manners and made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Top place.

I have given this restaurant five stars until now but on this occasion I felt very rushed to leave. We were asked about desserts and coffee the very moment we finished, then again when my friend was still finishing her first coffee. It wasn't particularly busy when we went so we weren't taking up a table (in which case I would have understood). I also saw two women being asked to pay while they were still eating. I hope things change and will provide a new review if I have a more positive experience next time. If not, then I will visit other chains where the service is a bit more welcoming.

Tge selection foods is great. Foods are tasty specially the vermicelli with prawn. Service is the best, Jaden and Eric were so accommodating. Toilets are clean. Kudos guys!

Pho Ealing Broadway has been a haven for all those whom are looking for a gastronomical Asian experience. The food is superb and the staff has been more than accommodating!

Authentic vietnamese food. My favourite are the drinks. Fres fruit juices so yummy. Its just little too dark for me. I could use some lights.

As a returning customer, I am always satisfied with the dishes at Pho, especially in Ealing, which is a great escape after a stressful day for a tasty treat. My favorites are the soups, especially the Curry Noddle Soup! I highly recommend the service, Sylwia has served us many times and always shared her good energy. I recommend Pho in Ealing - my favorite place for over 5 years!

I had an incredible experience at Pho Ealing! The food was fresh, flavourful, and full of authentic Vietnamese taste. The food was rich and aromatic, and the rice bowl was perfect. What made the visit even better was the excellent service from Owen—he was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. His recommendations were spot on, and he really added to the overall experience. Definitely one of the best spots in Ealing for a great meal.

The first time in my life I have ever asked for a service charge to be removed from the bill. Service quality extremely poor, disinterested, ignored. Have noticed this branch stands out from the rest of the group for such inattentive service and I shall not be visiting again as a result. @Pho if reading this - I would suggest your staff here need further hospitality training

Pho was great as always, even for the Mrs who is gluten free. Sylvia was our server, super friendly kind lady who replaced my special Vietnamese coffee when I poured all of the coffee grounds in to it like a moron!

Delicious pho soup, quick service

I visited after a long time due to a previous bad experience at other Vietnamese restaurants, but I must say their food is truly delicious. As a pure vegetarian, I tried the vegan chicken with rice, and it was fantastic. My friend had chicken rice. I found it a bit pricey, but I think it's worth it. I would 100% recommend it!

I have been to the Ealing branch several times to collect a take away meal, and have always found the staff to be lovely and genuine. This was my second visit for a sit down meal at this branch, and they were just as brilliant as always. Jayden looked after us throughout dinner. I already knew her because of my previous visits. She is always warm and welcoming and did a great job of helping my friend pick his dishes for his first visit. Impressively, she always knows what ingredients to remove from my order. That's an example of 10 out of 10 customer service. She also went that extra mile to show me how to eat the pancake starter in the traditional way. Our meals were tasty and fresh. And the service was prompt and friendly. Jayden is one of the best restaurant staff I have met, and she works with an equally great team.

It is always a pleasure dining in an incredibly welcoming restaurant. I am pleased that manager is meeting what the customer’s expectations are.

This was my first time visiting and the food was a let down. The food lacks flavour and authenticity. Only dish I enjoyed was the spring rolls but even that was ruined as we ordered the vegetable and one of the rolls turned out to be pork which ruined the dish for me. I ordered the spicy chicken curry which it definitely wasn’t spicy at all. I did enjoy the rice but that was all. Overall I wouldn’t recommend Pho definitely look for a more authentic restaurant

This dish never fails to comfort and delight, making it a staple in my dining routine. On a recent visit, my friend opted for the House Special Phở, which features a combination of beef, chicken, and prawns, and was thoroughly impressed by its depth of flavor and generous portions. For those seeking a reliable and flavorful bowl of phở, Pho Ealing is a must-visit.

We had pretty high expectations for this restaurant, but overall, it was just okay. The food was fine—not bad, but nothing special. That said, the staff was absolutely lovely, which made the experience better. It wasn’t quite what we were hoping for, but still a decent spot.

Amazing place. The salad and beef brisket was top tier gorgeous. The beef pulled apart and soup was packed full of flavour. I got a papaya salad and I have never touch a salad that is so delicious. The lady provided the best of service. My regards to you and to the chiefs for the journey to flavour country. Fyi I sat by the window, you said the door opening would be drafty but it was perfect.

Wen to Phos in Ealing, cannot go wrong with this place, food always on point as is the service. My family and I had the spring rolls with peanut sauce, chicken wings, the mango salad (very tasty), noodles, chicken curry, brisket. Everything we ordered was great and brought to the table in minutes (no waiting forever). The chicken is halal.

Every time I go, I have a great time. The place is clean and has great ambience. All the waiters are super friendly and are always smiling. EVERY single plate is delicious. We go there regularly now. You won’t be disappointed. This place is amazing and definitely worth the price ✨
