I was very happy with the food here. The issue I had is I was expecting solid pieces of lamb in the wrap. That's my mistake it's nobody else's fault. The service here is very friendly warm welcoming and helpful. There's a little parking space outside which means it's possible to park up and grab some food as I was running in some food to a dear friend in hospital.

Took me back to my holiday in kefalonia this year. Great food!!

Food is always delicious and well cooked ,identical to gyros that I had in Corfu. Also extremely cheap compared to most takeaways nowdays especially for fresh healthy ish food

I'm afraid we had to order through Just Eat, even though we were stood in the store. I wasn't offered £5 off for spending over £15. Disappointing

food was disgusting, cold and dry. Fries were the worst I've ever had. Definitely 1st and last order from Takka Takka.

This was the worst food I've had as a takeaway. Moussaka consisted mainly of potato and was tasteless. The meat platter was horrible. Dry and cold. Fries were cold and soggy. Greek salad was mostly huge chunks of horrible tomato. Just Eat delivery was very quick so it had not been hanging around. Complete waste of money it all went in the food recycling.

Best Food on Earth and really good value for money, the halloumi is glorious.

This service is very unprofessional! I placed an order to be delivered to my home address but the food never came yet still, they claimed the food had been collected which is not true. I sent the restaurant a message and complained about their bad service but they never replied to my message. 👎

This whole chain has just deteriorated recently. Price rises / tiny portions / cold food / cheap ingredients / price rises / price rises / more price rises Won’t be using again.

Poor quality food, 2 hours for delivery.. this place has gone down hill

Arrived to collect my order was told it would be ready at 8.04. When I arrived they had lost my order and took an extra 20 minutes after the supposed collection time. Showed them what I ordered when I arrived, had to ask again for the sauce I paid extra for and they checked my order again. Sauce was half the size it has been when I have ordered from them. Normally really enjoy food from here but this experience was stressful.

As Greek takeaway I did expect full of flavour dish. However, all was just right and nothing spectacular. In my opinion the same as Turkish Kebab.

I’m very disappointed with the Sandwich it hardly had any chicken in, it was just full of chips this is not fair. I took a picture of it too

My order was over an hour late. The Just Eat app said 25-40minute delivery time and I waited 2 hours! Then my order was missing 1 out of only 2 items and it was the simplest item, ice cream! So not a good experience overall!

I ordered food 3 times and every single time the order was the wrong item and it had hairs in the food. Last time i ordered two same wraps i got two different wraps one full of hairs in it. It seems to me that quality of Taka Taka has gone down a lot and it's not like what it was about a year ago. I would love to see some changes and improvement as Taka Taka used to be one of my favourite takeaways but now i don't like it anymore.

So this was going to be a 3* if only these guys didn't go back on their word. Went in to purchase an order the other day, put my card on their machine, it made the typical transaction sound but the person said that their till went down in that exact moment and to try it again. I was forced to show them my bank balance to prove that the payment did go through but he insisted it didn't according to their till. I took the benefit of the doubt and tried it again, and the machine again made the exact same sound. The person that served me promised that if 2 transactions did in fact go out, they would offer me a refund regardless. Next day came, turns out 2 of the exact same transactions did go out, totally over 65 pounds! Initially I was fine as the employee gave me his word that the money would be returned if in fact 2 charges did go through. Lo and behold, when I turned up, they tried to CONTEST that I was WRONG. The most stupid thing they tried to argue was that the receipt I showed them only showed "1 transaction"....... It's basic common sense in retail to pass on a message to your colleagues or manager saying that such an event has occured, so that this process rolls out smoothly rather than trying to prove to a customer that such an event didn't happen. The person didn't even try to look through their transaction history on their till to check! Even had the audacity to try and soften the blow by saying they'll give me the same order and just to take it.....absolutely ridiculous. Don't go these crooks guys, they'll try their best to rat you out.

The quality of the ingredients in the souvlaki I was served were really poor quality; sodden bread, and the lamb "skewer" was more akin to a low-grade sausage. Service was good.

Time changed when it was close to delivery time but was still quite quick from ordering to delivery. Food was really good, seems like they have now started mixing feta in with the tzatziki sauce which made it less saucy.

Consistently great Greek food with standout service, the guy at the counter today (Sunday) was super welcoming and made sure all orders were delivered with a great attitude. Tzatziki is insanely delicious as is the salad and meat.

Food didn’t arrive, ordered via just eat, checked and said it had been delivered and it hadn’t so called the place and the guy was very unhelpful, said the driver couldn’t find the place we was staying so returned the food to the restaurant with no attempt of a phone call, have requested a refund but nothing yet! Why be able to order to the postcode when you can’t find it or know where it is?? Less than 2 miles away Disappointed our last night on holiday, a real let down

Food would have been nice if it was not cold. It was 30 mins late even though we ordered 2 hours in advance.

Really disappointed that after ordering ahead by 75 minutes, our food was still late by 45 minutes. Our dinner guests had to leave before food arrived and it was cold.

Magic rolls, chicken gyros and skepasti are absolutely delicious 🤤 we had 1 each and we couldn’t stop eating and talking about. Highly recommended. Definitely come back for more

Would leave a 0 star review but I have to put at least one star which I think is ridiculous. I ordered for my nephew who hasn’t been feeling well and I got half the order. Upon ringing to complain, the man on the phone was rude to me, expected me to go along to their shop and collect my missing order after I had PAID for delivery, they then made out they couldn’t find where I lived even though I’m literally a 2 min drive from their shop and expected me again to go along for a free drink which is also ridiculous. I am appalled at this behaviour, I will not be ordering from here again!!!!

Spent 14.50 on a wrap drink and fries. Had no fries only about 7 or 8 in the wrap and I specifically asked for no sauce and what come sauce in wrap it was gross I couldn’t even eat it!!

So tasty and enjoyable. Definitely recommend.
