sweet and sour was the worst i have ever had. watery and insipid. pork was great lumps of something unimaginable and inedible. Never again

Absolutely delicious and generous portions. Excellent take away. Chips are like traditional chippy chips. Would highly recommend

Food smelled and tasted terrible. The house rice looked awful, the egg smelled, the meat dry and everything swimming in oil. Half the whole order went straight into the bin as it was gross the other half we stupidly ate and it unfortunately ended up down the loo after we ended up throwing up all night. Very poorly next day too. Only bit that tasted nice was the chips. Five years ago it was good takeaway - now absolutely terrible. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered chicken chow mein and crispy seaweed. After getting home found they had given me beef instead of chicken. Tried eating it, but was dry and tasteless. Crispy seaweed was a soggy mess, and tasted like it had been made last month, definitely not fresh. All ended up in bin 🤮🤢 Didnt help that after looking the place up found out it had a 0 food rating

Not been here for a long time but we were told it had improved, it hasnt, the food was luke warm, tasteless and not enjoyable, and very expensive, will not visit again

My son daughter in law and I ordered for the first time in 2 years. Thought we would give it another chance We all order chicken chow mein a portion of veg spring rolls, chips and prawn crackers All the meals were disgusting Cold greasy chips Greasy cold spring rolls Chow mein was a tray of thin dry noodles with some pieces of chicken pak choi and 1 piece brocoli placed on top. All went in food bin Waste of £28 Never again

Family ordered a fairly large meal from here this evening; Chicken fried Rice Egg fried rice Boiled rice Chips Salt & pepper chips Mini veg spring rolls Duck in black bean sauce Sweet & sour Cantonese style Garlic / chilli crispy shredded beef Prawn toast king prawn chow mein Portion sizes were decent and I couldn’t really fault the food. Everything was fairly decent and was ready within 20 minutes. Much improved on the last visit.

This place used to be the best Chinese around and do some of the tastiest chips but unfortunately it's gone downhill for some reason. The last 3 times I've been there I've ended up feeling very sick afterwards and actually had to take time off work with sickness. The chips are now usually cold and greasy, your food can come out and be left on the counter for up to 5 minutes before they are given to you. All the time you can peep over and see them in the back with the food, it looks very filthy there. Apart from the food making me sick the 2nd main issue is the staff attitude, they are beyond rude, very obnoxious, very rarely do you get a please or thank you. The main guy that takes the orders (quite small and in 20s) is so so so miserable and rude, looks fed up and throws change at you. The lady preparing the chips isn't much better either. Like I said, used to be the best around, not sure what has happened since.

The other chip shop down the road was closed as it was a Sunday. Years ago I remembered Thai Wing made decent chips... that was not the case yesterday. Chips were taken directly from the frier and placed into the bag. As they were so greasy the paper bag teared when opening, even the grease proof paper teared when trying to remove chips from bag. Sopping, heavy & drenched. Fish was no better. £8 something with a pot of curry sauce. Ate 1/4 and threw the rest. Disappointing.

Tai wing is a fish and chip shop and also a Chinese take away,the food is good as are portion sizes ,phone orders are welcomed,closes surprisingly early at 8-30

Came here for a Chinese battered duck and orange and fried rice. The battered duck was nice but the fried rice was so dry as I couldn’t eat it all.

Nice food, great order service too, but you must collect yourself. Value for money. Some Aenglish dishes too and value meals

Came here for fish and chips due to my previous fish and chip shop doesn’t give enough chips. You get more chips and bigger fish next time I will try Chinese. This is not a restaurant it’s a take away

Good food. Had fish and chips this time. Was just what the doctor ordered. The downside is not alot of car parking spaces which is really awkward.

The service we had was fantastic considering we had put an order in for 12 meals David did us really proud,not one complaint about the meals and they couldn’t believe the size of the portions,thank you David

As above, don't waste your time or money here. The order was completely wrong, food wasn't properly cooked, and the ingredients were of a very low quality.

Asked if I could speak English by the woman on the phone followed by her repeating the words oh my god after asking her to repeat what she had just said due to her talking too quickly. Complete lack of respect in regards to the customer will not be eating from here again.

due to circumsances we popped into this place on the Monday for fish and chips.deciding to order two fish and one portion of chips(good idea because the amount of chips was huge),once collected we drove back home (10 min ) and settled down to enjoy our meal, all was alright until we started eating the fish,the batter had a strong taste of five spice on it, seeing that the chips were fried in the same fat it leads me to believe that the five spice was indeed in the batter and not in the fat because there was no taste of the spice on the chips. needless to say that most of the fish went in the bin.we will think twice before going to this place again.

Never have I been spoken to so rudely by a “business” in all my life, I rang up after picking our order up and them getting it wrong, (we asked for chicken balls and received sweet and sour), which don’t sound anything alike, I was shouted at by the woman on the phone and she hung up for asking the price as our Chinese was a lot more than usual, I went in for a refund and was greeted with nothing but aggression and them saying not to bother coming back, which we never would after this I’d rather eat my dogs food! These people need to learn they won’t always get everything right and immediately need to learn customer service skills instead of acting like a bunch of angry yobs when they receive criticism.If a customer thinks something tastes different or feel they have been overcharged they have every right to question it! Look through their menu and you won’t find chips, sausages or curry sauce on there so you can easily be overcharged, we looked at the menu and compared prices from other places of things that weren’t on theirs, turns out we paid around £10 for a sweet and sour! You think that would come with a side of rice or chips like everywhere else, NOT HERE! A lot I know go to a well known and popular Chinese in Denbigh, needless to say we will gladly be joining them

Had fish and chips and sausage and chips and omelettes from here several times and never been disappointed as to quality. quantity, how hot it has remained, how well it was packed or how good it was in terms of value for money. Staff always courteous and newspapers etc. provided to read while you wait - plus an interesting variety of adverts on the walls.

Food was brill couldn't fault it. Staff where nice and chatty. Food was still nice and hot when we got it home They packed it well. Not to expensive great for a family takeaway

I have had the pleasure to order takeaway from this establishment on numerous occasions and it never disappoints, the portions are very generous and the food is very tasty , coupled with polite staff this place is a delight

Worth travelling for, good menu, nothing is too much trouble for staff, excellent service as always from Dave & staff. Good size portions piping hot an tastes good. Will of course return an maybe try something a little different, varied menu.

Great takeaway, what more can I say. Always willing to tweak the menu and accommodate my request for a vegetarian Singapore chow mein

This place USED to be good, chips used to be perfect and the best part of the meal and if they always done them like this then fine, just wouldn't order them again, but now they've gone lazy, cook them just enough to make them edible, all pasty, white and flavourless slop, prawn crackers are also chewy and been there at least 2 days, I rang up and spoke to the manager, who said they were short staffed, standards shouldn't drop! I gave them another chance and tried again the week after (we ordered most Fridays) but yet same again, so I rang and asked why they've changed the way they cook them when they were great, his response was, "if you don't like them why do you keep coming here!" Couldn't believe it, this is supposed to be the manager, so says it all about the place! He was nothing but rude and when I told him il be leaving him a review on trip advisor, his response was, "go on then, whatever"!

Phoned to place my order and the lady said it would be ready In15 mins. It was ready when I got there and the portions were big and the food was very good.

Chinese take away,all the usual Chinese food ,plus British fish and chips ,portion sizes are large only downside no delivery option

Service was efficient and friendly, especially the young lady serving us. Food is exactly what you would expect from a Chinese takeaway. The positive differentiator are the portion sizes, they are huge!

Compré cuatro comidas desde aquí y fácilmente podríamos haberlo hecho dos porciones alimentar a los cuatro, la comida era muy buena y la sal y la pimienta patatas fritas eran muy bueno

This is my favourite chinese takeaway in Denbigh I have never had a bad experience here I do wish though that they would deliver!

We go here probably order a take out from here 4 to 5 times a year. Food is really tasty and of really good quality. The chips are fab too, they are in my opinion proper chip shop chips that aren't too greasy. Tai wing express is very consistent, we have never had a bad meal. Well done Tai Wing.

Popped into Tai Wing one Saturday lunchtime whilst visiting the area looking for a new home.AWESOME, it might be we were really hungry and tired from the house hunting but the salt and pepper chips and fried fish were delicious and can't wait to go back again :)
