Can’t follow order instructions

Have purchased monster a few times previously just not recently, VERY disappointed as there was nothing monster about it the portion, was very small in comparison with previous orders of exactly the same item. I’d ordered extra spiced beef and after using a fork to pick up a few chips with I could see the bottom of the box, scattered scarce contents for the price. Was surprised by this.

first time ordering mexican food. was impressed. would definitely order again and more ot it. only nnegative is I wish there was alittle more meat in the tacos.

Placed a order on the 01/11/24 called me to say a item was not available told us to cancel and reorder,went ahead with this and did not receive the original £50 for the first order. Called them as just eat did not refund the cancelled order and Taco Monster told me to contact just eat but had no luck so now had to take it up with a visa dispute. But to top it all the off unfortunately the food was poor,Luke warm and not that tasty so overall I would suggest order from some where else.

The food is great quality and simply delicious!! Yum

Taco monster called me to say that items on my first order had sold out. They informed me I had to cancel my first order instead of what they should have done which was reject it. I have subsequently been charged twice for the same order.

Great food, tastes great and portion sizes are exactly as it should be !! Thank you for the great service and accommodating my personal needs and requests. Will most definitely be ordering from here again :)

Went with my sister to pick up our order… it’s a good/clean working environment and good staff. Food was lovely. Well made. If you see this we are the girls that picked up 4 tacos today.. keep up the good work. I definitely recommend

Delivered early. Lovely flavour but very small tacos, minimal fillings . Not a proper taco. Very disappointed

Instead of my soft taco I was given a branston small chunk pickle jar, don’t really know how you can mix the two up and honestly find it a bit funny. Still upset about my soft taco.

Food just always bangs! They even read the notes which is a bonus because lots of places never do!!!! I see a new taco restaurant on just eat now but I refuse to try as my loyalty stays here… don’t be doubtful just give it a try and try!

Ordered 3 wraps with chips and 2 tacos and portion size was just right. Quality of all products was tasty and ingredients tasted fresh

First time I had the tacos they were really lovely but this time they were dripping in oil and the oily flavour wasn’t nice. The oil was all over the bag and the wrappers, the tacos were drenched in oil.

I love the food from taco monster it's definitely my favourite place to order from. if you love a bit of heat then I recommend choosing the Chipotle sauce on everything except for the delicious churros

I absolutely love this place, the burritos are amazing and I love them. I've not had one this good for years and I have to stop myself from ordering from them every day. if you are a real lover of authentic Mexican food then you can't go wrong with ordering from them. I can't praise them enough.

Used to order Taco Bell when I lived in Edmonton. Always came cold. Moved to en1 and we ordered taco monster which was hard as we were not confident that it would be good. We was wrong! Waiting on our 4th order since the new year!! So good

it's been a long time since I've eaten Mexican food and I wasn't let down. my burrito was delicious even though I would have liked it as spicy as I used to have them but I understand that not everyone could eat it as hot as I like them. the Churros were yummy and I got myself a bit messy with the chocolate sauce but then that my fault and I will definitely be ordering from them again one of the best takeaways I've had in years!!!

My food arrived on time today, and the packaging was perfectly intact. What's more, everything was beautifully packed with bespoke labels, making it easy for me to identify each dish. The food was warm, fresh, and absolutely delicious - I couldn't be happier with my order. I'm so glad I gave it another go, and I'm definitely planning to order again soon!

Great food as ever, however Taco Monster displays with the 20% cheeky Tuesday offer/filter, but when you pay (even on orders over £15) you don't get the discount!

Never ordered tacos or burritos before, but will definitely order again! Delicious! Size is deceptive as they were Very filling! The pulled chicken and beef were both exceptional. Would 100% recommend Only disappointment was no dips came with the churros though they were supposed to but I can forgive that as they were still tasty without the sauces.

Knew about this place for some time but today was the day I wanted to try it out and unfortunately it really was quite underwhelming. I got the combo that comes with 3 grillers and I got 2 with chicken and the other with beef and a beef taco on the side. The combo comes with a portion of seasoned fries. The portions all round were very tiny you'd think everything is off a kids menu, but with full portion prices. I wouldn't say your prices are unreasonable for what you're selling but the lack of food you receive is the problem, that needs to be fixed. Nothing reminded me of Mexican food none of the seasonings or anything has any correlation with Mexican cuisine. This place is a taco bell inspired kitchen which is fine but just way worse. The beef was okay in the taco because it had cheese and lettuce to kind of mask it with the crunch of the taco shell but in the griller it just wasn't nice at all and nor was the chicken, it has a bbq sauce flavour which I don't like but it's not mentioned that anywhere and it's not like it's just a hint of it, it's full on bbq sauce taste which needs to be told to the consumer on some degree before ordering. The fries just have a heavy dose of paprika which is okay the first couple bites but then it's just too much. Everything from this place tastes like what you can make buying those kits from everywhere, even the taco shell looked exactly the same as the ones you get from the supermarket, when it's a cuisine like this you don't want to feel like you've spend money on something you can make at home easily. I hate that this is my review of a place that is new and upcoming and trying to build a brand in a area where kebabs and pizza are the main thing so it's nice to have but for me it just wasn't it.

OK I'm mr grump when it comes to quality food, but this place blew my victor Meldrew expectations out the window. So tasty!!!!!!

Have been craving tacos for soooo long. So happy I can get some in Enfield. The meat is so delicious I have ordered two days in a row. Wish the was cheese sauce sold separately but still enjoyed my tacos and beefy cheese griller.

Was expecting a bit better, portions were small with the beef and chicken grillers. Chips weren’t too bad, but, can’t really see us ordering from here again. Thank you though Taco Monster, hope you guys have great success!

Nice!!! I got a burrito with both pulled chicken and beef. I took a few bites and I'm full already. The flavours are 👌 the only thing I wasn't too keen on was the chips aswell as rice in the burrito as I'm not a fan of chips in wraps etc. And I had to make my own dipping sauce out of what I had in the fridge But still went down a treat. And thanks for the free drink 👍

Food arrived promptly and was the perfect temperature to eat straight away. The seasoned chips were amazing. The only criticism I have is I felt the seasoning on the meat was a bit plain and needed a bit more flavour. Other than that we really enjoyed it. Great prices and will order again in the future x

The food here was LIT - so good!!! My boyfriend from Texas ate with me and said these were as good as the TexMex he gets over there!! Only criticism is that I wish you guys had a bigger menu!! Quesadillas, Burrito bowls or maybe Mexican street corn would be a good addition?? Will 100% order from here again!!!

Had beef fries & burrito, fries were fresh & delicious with the added ingredients & had the burrito in 3 sittings it was so tasty & filling.

Monster fries where delicious there flavoured chips are flavoured & well cooked and all the extras just mad them bang!

Beef grillers are so good! The seasoned fries are very tasty. Will continue to order from here on a regular basis 😁

So guys I had to experiment for you all! I’m a taco & burrito fan. This restaurant for filled my stomach & happiness. Flavour are beautiful. I had crispy tacos & burritos and their monster fries absolutely amazing!!! They even chucked me in a can of drink & a taco on the house which was so fricking nice!! And cause I was enjoying it so much the extra taco thank you for that. I will say one thing create a secret dipping sauce to dip your tacos in and you’re good I hope your restaurant becomes successful because I’m a very happy costumer that will be back!

Love these tacos and the monster fries!

Food was cold upon delivery and to much salt. Had to reheat my order and then it tasted bad. Not happy especially when I went and ordered as the reviews were good.

First time ordering on Uber eats, and for the price it’s really good, and so filling! The beef burrito weighed a ton, a few bites in and I was getting full. It’s definitely comfort food and I also had the monster fries and asked for extra beef and definitely got it. Also got a complementary peach tea which was a nice touch.

The seasoning and crisp of the taco was on point
