Could have bigger servings for the price...

I usually like to eat here before a movie, but this is the second time the place has absolutely REEKED of sewage. It's so disgusting, I wouldn't even want to get anything from the drive-thru while it smelled like that. Yet they're happy to keep serving? Absolutely vile. Usually it's very tasty and hot, but recently it smells so bad it just puts me off eating there. This needs looking into.

Life changing experience. I love beef melt burrito with extra meat addon. Fries are also out of this world

The food is on point, the service needs a bit more energy. Especially the need to clean up after customers

A bit pricey for what you get but the Taco Tuesday deal where you get buy one get one free on tacos is decent. Would like much more seasoning/spice on the beef. The seasoned fries are good in flavour and quantity

Food was averagely ok, I could have made it just as easy at home, was quite expensive for what it was, quesedia impartially was ridiculously priced for a tortilla wrap with cheese and sauce thrown in a microwave... won't be returning again anytime soon

Clean, the food was the best taco bell id ever had and I've been to many and the workers were polite. It was quiet and just an overall nice chill atmosphere

The place was empty and only had a couple in there, the staff was not busy, they was just standing around doing nothing, a delivery driver turn up to pick someone food and they said it was really quiet this evening, they could at least tidy it up and did a bit of mopping just to keep themselves busy 🤷🏼🤷🏼

Love the food in taco bell, it's a shame the staff aren't more welcoming and can be very abrupt.

Food all depends on who makes it, it's been good or poor, but it's Ideal after a film at showcase.

Went in the drive through, ordered 2 naked chicken tacos and 5 chicken Nachos,but was charged and given 20 chicken nachos instead,i did cross check the order with them when we reached near the collection point...... really disappointed

I came at a quiet time of the day and used the drive through the service was quick and the food was fresh and delicious! My medium meal with a drink was less than £8, it wasn't huge but it was tasty and I was expecting it to cost more so I was happy. The cheesy chips are delicious.

"Variety is the spice of life," so as a first-timer to a Taco Bell, I was quite excited to try this place out. Unfortunately, I won't be going back. The service was friendly enough, but the food was pretty disappointing. I ordered a 'volcano burrito meal' to take out as it was late, and I needed to get on the road. The burrito and side portion of fries were so small that I thought I had ordered a kids' meal. The food wasn't very hot either, which seemed ironic considering what I had ordered! The mini quesadilla tasted very similar to the burrito 😔

Sin embargo, accidentalmente pidió nachos en su lugar! Cuando volvimos para explicar la mezcla - arriba, cada miembro del personal era tan encantador, amable y lleno de risas. Fueron más allá, dándonos las porciones de papas fritas y salsa que queríamos originalmente e incluso dejándonos quedarnos con los nachos. Era la cereza encima de mis celebraciones de cumpleaños. Servicio brillante de un equipo tan fantástico — sin duda volveremos!

Never had a bad meal from here. Yes it’s Taco Bell, but it’s always been fresh. Also free refill drinks

You just don't get what you pay for. The amount of meat in the Burritos and Tacos is a joke for what they are charging. Definitely not worth the money. Don't bother getting the Nachoes. You are better off getting a six pack of Doritos from the supermarket. A lot cheaper and much better value for money. I can see this place going the same way as TGIs. Not sure what planet Yum Foods is living on. Sadly though, Yum Foods not interested in customer feedback.

**Taco Bell Review: Disappointing** Tried Taco Bell for the first time and won’t eat there again. The food was greasy, poorly presented, and overpriced. Both the **Crunchwrap Supreme** and **Crunchy Beef Taco** were over-seasoned and thrown together carelessly. The **fries** were fine, but the **burrito** was too expensive for what it was. Overall, my daughter and I were disappointed.

absolutely awful, paid for my order on the kiosk, "error" so I try again "error" but both the payments got took out of my bank, never coming back here again, shame cus I love the food usually

First time at a taco bell and was pleasantly surprised, nice clean store, fast service, seasoned fries were tasty and enjoyed the taco supreme too.

We waited 25 minutes for some churros or whatever they're called, absolutely joke. You guys are useless, no wonder the place was nearly empty. 25 minutes!!! Others were complaining too and I noted there was a car in the drive in when we arrived, they only left a couple of minutes before we got our food so god knows how long they waited. Scrummy food served quickly with minimal queue. Freshly made to order.. no complaints on food. It's a fast food joint, so don't expect an outstanding atmosphere.. but the staff were friendly and welcoming

Great food, lovely establishment, excellent service but weird freaky guy in the car park watching us eat our food, like full on staring. Freaked out my mum, who was waiting alone in our vehicle. Guy was in a taxi and circled her then parked up next to her. Creepy...

Bought a drive thru meal in the week, which was cooked fresh as the place was empty. Might be busier at the weekends. Food was ok for a first time trying.

The seats are comfortable, the environment is hygienic, the sound effects are relaxing, and the meals are perfect💯 Points were deducted for the restroom ,it was a bit dirty and No toilet towel😞

Family of 4 eating in. Wanted to try Taco Bell as a treat. Price came in over £50 as drinks cost a lot. We paid extra for large drinks for adults only to find out they are all the same size. Food wasn't that nice. Especially for how much we paid. The reason I have scored it so low is watching staff cook food then go out the front smoke in groups of 3/4 then go back in wearing the same blue gloves the whole time. Shame we seen this after eating our food. Very disappointed. Place is very empty.

Familia de 4 . Compré una oferta de comida agregó algunos extras y las bebidas llegaron a £ 50. Parecía empinado para lo que tenemos. Terminó pagando más por bebidas grandes sin razón ya que todas son del mismo tamaño. La comida estaba bien no vale lo que pagamos. Por qué tengo una puntuación tan baja fue más el hecho de que el personal vino de detrás de la encimera a fumar afuera en grupos de 3 / 4 con guantes azules solo para volver y usar los mismos guantes para continuar cocinando.

Taco Bell was really great it was my 3rd time eating it and it was delicious. One day I really want to open my buisness and I feel I would love to open a Taco Bell in the future.

Visiting Taco Bell with my 10 year old son is now a regular occurrence as he loves the place Whilst quite expensive the food is always good especially the Paprika fries and churros 😋 You should give it a go

First visit here. Ate in with my Mum, hubby and daughter. Service was very quick and efficient. Food was hot and tasty. Only downsides were lack of hot drink options and toilets could have been cleaner (it was very busy though so could have just been bad luck). Definitely will be back.

The most bizarre thing I've ever eaten. When is a Taco not a Taco 🌮? When it's a naked chicken taco. Some sort of strange bread chicken hybrid. You couldn't be further away from Tex Mex if you tried at this point. My first and last time in a Taco Bell. Makes McDonald's look like Michelin star dining

Visited with my Daughter & Grandchildren as a treat for my Grandsons' Birthday. Loads of parking as it is next to the cinema & a reasonable number of seating options. As there were 8 of us, we opted for the large round table near the door but had to move as it was freezing & there was a cold blast of air every time the door opened. We were then struggling for options of where to sit as the booths are only good for 6 really but luckily a bank of 4 double tables became free so we could all sit together. Service could have been quicker but wasn't too bad considering the time. The food was hot & tasty but the fries are very seasoned & salty so deffo get a large drink. The kids were happy enough with everything & had plenty to eat with the various combos. They would happily eat there everyday but for me, it wouldn't be my go to fast food as I make a better burrito 🌯

Ordered on a delivery app. Food was decent value for money, but was lacking flavour. Definitely order from here if you value quantity over quality.

American style fast food near cinema

Staff are useless and just potter around doing nothing! Need to spend less time on there phones and more time getting food ready useless won’t be returning

The staff deserve shares. One of the best customer service experiences EVER. They are always polite, always ask if you want sauce, they even put your fries in an extra bag so they don't spill everywhere! Really appreciate it

The place looks like a dump. Dirty tables, dirty chairs, dirty floor. I've asked the staff if anybody cleans the place, they said it will probably be done in a sec. I've seen the guy do it - wiped 1/3 of a table with a blank stare, ignored a filthy chair and moved on. Disgusting

Sorry, but I don't like giving bad reviews for anything but this famous chain is average at best. I know it's fast food but the quality of the food is not good at all. I'd rather spend my money going to a supermarket and getting the ingredients to make it at home. Trust me, It's easier and a lot better. Plus you get a lot more for your money. It cost us £30 for three of us but home made costs under £10.

Is a nice change from other fast food restaurants, can be a bit of a wait, go for the apple tango with your meal!

Ordered food through drive through and the staff on the counter was so rude. Never going back. The chap needs a lesson on how to speak to customers!

No more plant menu, probably dumbest decision someone has made ! It was favourite place for our family ! Guys you just lost probably 30% of costumers!

I was served by a nice employee, but a very rude manager intervered and took over. She was rude to me from the start and even though I did the survey and had 20% off she was unwilling to provide the discount for my order. I ordered Crunchwrap, fries, volcana burrito and quesadilla. She refused to the end I reluctantly paid full price. For half of the meal and I tried my discount again and luckily this time the employee gave it to me. Then, bear in mind I was the only customer in the entire store as it was 9 o clock. I placed my order at 9 and the manager was making my food. She only gave it to me at 9.21. As it was takeaway I took it home without checking. Only to realise they didn’t give my quesadilla and the Crunchwrap supreme the meat was not evenly portioned and it was on one side. So 3/4 of the wrap I only had tomatoes and salad and sour cream and it made me physically sick. The service was sooo bad, the lady had a very bad attitude and didn’t care about her customers. Personal vengeance and didn’t make my food properly. Honestly I’m so sad and annoyed the way I was treated. I love TACOBELL and I have been to many in other locations. This location i would not recommend.

It’s Taco Bell. Cheap and decent if you’re hungry. I picked up a couple of crunchy tacos on the way to watch a film and yeah it was ok. 5/10 super average and I accidentally made a mess in the cinema. The sauce is overrated tho.

Okay so this is a weird one, 2 of us saw the naked chicken tacos and thought we may not get a chance next time so we'll try it now and next time try regular tacos. They were incredible, genuinely the best fast food I have eaten all year from anywhere. The fries were also great and the whole meal was under £20 for 3 of us. So the third person in our group decided to stick to what they knew and went for beef tacos. Here's where it's strange they were not good at all. They seem to be made with corned beef (salt beef for Americans) not minced beef which does not work at all. The cheese and bacon quesadilla was under done they should have a little bit of crunch to them but instead it was soft. The filling was really tasty though so it's only a bit of a mark down. I may try a standard chicken taco next time to see what they are like.

Although the food is okay the portions are so small I can't convince anyone to go here with me because they know they wouldn't be full after eating here. I don't know why they don't do similar meals to the American restaurants/other countries, but I think they'd need a revamp before it's a real success. Even in Japan they had decent portions and a good variety. Here every is so small and expensive. Also the staff don't really seem to care about customers, it's more of a chore to be there.

These guys put the TAC in taco bell!!! The food was awful the beat thing you can say is that it was warm. Im sure there are better burritos else where. Look the staff there are good and are doing the best with the slop that is served. Honestly for fast food there are better places around the complex and less likely to give you a bad stomach. First and last lime there. Advice go elsewhere to avoid disappointment

Colorful and stylish tables and chairs, along with a clean interior. The set menu allows you to enjoy various flavors at a great value. Churros come with a caramel sauce dip. The crispy thin-shell tacos are especially delicious and truly impressive!!

I actually enjoyed the food. I was excited to try Taco Bell in this country. My friend and I thought the food was tasty and the vegetarian options were great with plant protein being able to be substituted into any of the main dishes. The reason for the low score is I found a hair in the cheese sauce, it probably fell off a nacho since I only found it just as we were finishing the last of the nachos. It would have been nice to get more than just stared at and a half arsed apology, I'm not sure what I expected but no one said anything to me when told about the hair. They just looked at each other and then stared at me, so not only have I left feeling uncomfortable but also grossed out that perhaps there were beard hairs I didn't find since they clearly didn't care. It really put a huge dampener on the experience.
