Ordered online, the website took my order and my money! Order gets cancelled, I call the place and the man on the other side tells me they have no chicken or burgers!!! Said I'll have to get a refund the same way as I ordered?? Honestly this idiot has no idea!! So no food and no refund!!! Stay away.

Terrible I try order food and they tell me no I say why they say No delivery driver bastad. This has frustrated me in a mental way

This shop foods is so tasty and beautiful..they always maintain hygiene and provide hot and fresh food..i never see again like that..so so amazing..i loved this shop food..

This place is amazing, 10/10 customer service, i got food from here and it was amazing, the food was very good and overall the place is well maintained. The man that served me was very sweet and polite, i recommend this place to whoever’s in the area.

This food is the best when i ordered pizza on sunday and chicken wings they were to good that i had to order more

First time I came this shop And I order some peri peri chicken and burger Taste is awesome and shop is very very clean and staff behave also very politely really I like this shop very much. I suggest this shop for every one in Coventr’s best shop for take away.

When i walked in I immediately gave my order and I had to wait 40 minutes for my order to be finished with constant, "your order is nearly ready". The hygiene in the shop was horrible as well and I saw a mean cleaning himself at the counter and further go to prepare my chicken. Flies everywhere and the people working didn't even bother to do anything about it, my initial plan was to dine in but after this experience i had to go back home and then eat

The chicken burgers are the smaller size. Also this is a knock off of Morley’s even the font is the same. The food can taste okay when fresh but that’s a rarity. Ordered for collection only for them to start cooking once I got there 👍🏽. For a new shop it’s standards are pretty low. If entering the chicken shop industry need to come flying high or the place won’t last more than a year

no way this is 3 stars, the chicken is not dry, is really as succulent compared to KFC and the ribs are amazing, don't hesitate to order, if you have a box meal, it doesn't give you the option of the drink, but if you call up, the staff are very good and cater to your needs, this is the second time I've ordered and 5 out of 5 from me up to now, Keep it up guys, I've never been in store and I believe it would be the same 👍

Freshly cooked tasty food, reasonably priced and good sized portions.

Ive never tasted food so bad. Honestly, if you are looking here because you’re debating going there, please dont. If you are looking because you’re as shocked as me that a place can be this bad, then please leave a review to help others! It’s actually quite funny just how bad it is!

Worst takeaway I’ve had, chips were over cooked, chicken was under cooked and pink (also had a funny taste), the garlic bread was absolutely vile never tasted something so bad. I never write reviews but people need to be warned how bad the food is here. All has gone in the bin. Not like it matters but was missing chips so paid 6 quid for chicken nuggets that were also overcooked and vile.
