This is a review about ordering from this joint. The food is fine but… Staff… without a fail…. Always forget a major item. Which has left some people hungry twice in a row now.. first time was a WHOLE burrito meal. This time was the case of 5 meals had missing fries… Disgraceful. Please check your damn orders before sending it off.

So this is what depression looks and tastes like it's so bad.

Ordered via Just Eat. App states food delivered yet not a single part of our order was delivered. Called the store number, no answer and no option to leave a voicemail. Have had to put a refund request through just eat, placed a complaint and now having to wait 5 working days for a reply. Terrible service all round

Dreadful place. We wanted Chipotle, but Northampton got this tripe instead. Vegetarians can probably eat the whole menu judging by how little meat is actually in any of the tacos

quick delivery, very nice/professional delivery driver. Food tasted good but not very big portions

Was ok .. food a bit limp and small but tasted nice son loves it so we came in but it's more a take away than actual restaurant maybe 6 tables ? Good parking and easy to order staff were polite and food was fast

Pictures of food look a lot bigger, but overall tastey and filling. Self service booths were giving weird errors and staff didn't seem to care about that but then were very conscious about the order and the food.

I should have had 4 beef tacos and I didn’t receive any of them!!

visited this taco when it first opened and it was great , visited today and the standard has dropped considerably, there is no fillings inside the tacos or burritos no mince at all u probably get 1 teaspoons worth in each burrito or taco its just salad and carb.. the box meal has 2 less soft burritos in yet price is the same , was very disappointed, will be using popeyes or five guys next door on my next visit

Delivery driver told me I had to come outside and collect I, explained I was in a wheelchair 2 floors down so it wasn't possible !! I told her had to deliver it and he eventually relented.

My first taco bell. It was quite nice but I thought the burrito was a tad small and the churros were really not worth it: stale and really chewy

Food was delivered to a wrong address, luckily my number was on the receipt and person it was delivered to called me, and I managed to recover it. It was almost cold too, not a very good experience

Worst value for money order I’ve ever placed. Portions are tiny and don’t taste nice atall! Burritos themselves smelt and tasted like sweaty socks🙀 The only good think out of it after I salvaged and washed them were the Jalapeños and the can of pepsi(that is saying something because I don’t even like Pepsi!) My friend had to bring over food after this so I had managed to eat that night. I was so upset that I wanted to calm down first before leaving this review. I will never order from Taco Bell again- total waste of money.

absolutely shocking don't label the food we ordered £86 worth of food and no one knows what is what we have wrong items and items missing don't bother ordering from here they're a joke

Fries were disappointing and cold

The food when we finally recieved it was stone cold, and tasteless. Sadly it was the worst meal I've had the missfortune to eat, infact it was that bad I threw it in the bin. I should have had beans on toast and saved myself £20.

Quick food but minimal filling they was barely any mince beef in the crunch wrap. Cheese fries are minimal and food is not hot.

The portion of Churros was very bad, a consistency as hard as a stone, the Potatoes and crispy chiken arrived very cold, and had no taste. I will not order again!

We got so food that we had not ordered and one of the item's we had ordered was not received. The cheese sause for the doritos was also not un the order.

I like mexican food and us as family we do often order form Tacobell.Most of times our food and delivery was ok but tonight we were missing a meal from the order and this was not ok as one person missing food and we needed to order from somewhere else.I am expecting a refund and staff should be more focused and pay more attention when they are dealing with orders.

Requested no sour cream on cheesy fries and got sour cream. I can't eat it. 2nd fries didn't receive at all Food luke warm verging on cold and really not very tasty

Staff at drive thru are usually very good. Food is very good, my only complaint would be that the chips are always at the bottom of the bag.

Last time we ordered something and they gave to us something else, what we didn’t like and we didn’t order. Also we ordered dine in and they gave to us as take away bag. In general the tacos are extremely smalls and not contains all what supposed to contain or if contains, the quantity is microscopic. We didn’t try other product.We will not return

the tacos has no meat in them just lettuce! and the wraps on the quesadillas and SOFT tacos where STALE ! i paid £24 for STALE FOOD absolutely ridiculous

Great takeaway, always a fast friendly and professional service, staff actually seem to want to serve you rather than a 'can't be bothered' attitude you often encounter at other fast food establishments in the area. Food is always piping hot, chips are scrummy. Overall a great place to visit thoroughly enjoy every visit.

I was a few minutes late, thought I clicked delivery instead of collection. But the staff were very polite and understood.

Nearly every time I've been here (since it opened) there's almost aways been something missing from my order or something wrong. Last time I ordered a quesadilla and got a volcanic beef wrap which I couldn't even eat. Not going back again.

Treated the lad to a Taco bell as Popeye's was shut. Big order as we'd been to Tenpin prior, and unfortunately had to go back twice as they'd not put in what I'd ordered, and what I ordered was cold. They gave us some free churros, which was nice, but it was a bit of a mess about, so I can't really rate it as high due to waiting for the re-orders.

Not a patch on Taco Bell in the US but still tasty food and a bit different from the usual burgers or chicken fast food outlets. Crispy tacos were good, and the quesadilla was well filled.

Promised the American dream but still the British disappointment. If you are expecting a nice full burrito that you dream of from the USA then prepare to have your dreams crushed. Disappointing burritos, empty tacos and sadness only await. Poor portions for the price.

Cold and just tasted of over used oil Churros were stale

I stop on this as a service stop as it's only couple of miles off the Northampton M1 junction and halal. Typical Tacos but serving halal meats is a great bonus!

Food was luke warm, and not because of the driver delivering. The cheese jalapeño quesadilla was nothing at like the picture. Picture shows cheese all over and toasted. This was a tiny bit on the middle (about 10% covered), & not even melted! Like it was rushed

The food eventually arrived, 40 minutes later than initially advised and after watching the driver going here, there and everywhere with other orders, seasoned fries were freezing to the point of being inedible, the NO jalapeños soggy quesadilla arrived warm covered in peppers but easy enough to pick off, Taco would’ve been nicer if fresher and burrito again would’ve been nicer if fresher - you live and learn…. Make sure you order from the place closest to where you live

As soon as our meal was picked up, the driver turned off his location and never delivered our food.

The order was on time but it was very cold and the churros was chewy because they was cold the tacos were oily and chips was cold which just made them bland and unable I like Taco Bell and usually order it so I am appalled at this and half of the food was too cold I couldn’t eat it and I’m currently in a travel lodge right now so I couldn’t even heat it up I am appalled at this I’ve had to throw away half of my order.

Delivery missed an item and took 1 hour and 12 minutes to deliver.

It took over an hour for the food to arrive , and it was stone cold . Id like a refund .

Vegetarians beware or don't eat here... My partner, who has been vegetarian for 50 years, had her first mouthful of beef in 50 years because these idiots mislabelled her crunchwrap supreme as 'Black Bean' which is what she asked for! Absolutely unforgivable!!

Waited 2 hours, no food received and put as "delivered" driver was "at restaurant" for nealy 1 hour and "on the way" for 45 minutes. The restaurant is 10 mins from where i live. Completely unacceptable and the store still hasn't issued a refund!

Stopped off for a Burrito today with my 10 year old and tbh was very nice.Fries were crispy and tasty.Little pricey but overall worth the money

Wow Taco Bell! I visited this place 21st of October Saturday around 19:25 When we just came in to this place girl in front of the cash register were looking right at us but didn’t say anything. No Hello! Hi! How are you doing?. Nothing at all we didn’t even get a nod :D Food was prepared very quickly which is great but when it was ready guy called out our number and left bag on the table without saying anything, and we just left. It felt like I just received worst customer experience ever. Wow! I’ve ordered chicken burrito 🌯 sous was nice everything was tasty. TACO BELL!!! WAKE UP PEOPLE! I understand that guys had probably tough day (WE ALL DO WE WORK TOO YOU KNOW) :D but this customer service is ridiculous in 2023. That’s why for the service NO STARS AT ALL

Restaurant was empty, KFC next door was very busy. Staff were friendly, location was clean.

All the food is luke warm, I have had to put it in the oven to warm it up enough to eat. Not happy at all an will be reporting this to head office as this is the second time this has happened & its not acceptable as every other restaurant can deliver hot food.

Overall pleasant visit, good choice of food, clean and tidy place , order via the app and the foods ready when you go in, counter service also available, wheelchair accessible. Good deals on the app

Cinnamon Twists tasted like old ones unfortunately and that was not the first time but my order was the last one.

Marked down a star as the toilet could do with a good wipe and there was no ice in the ice machine. Found was really good though, even the fussy kids liked it. she rvice was good and prices are fair.

Everything is thrown together and hardly gilled as if they’re trying to make money by cutting back on fillings and everytime I order from here the cheese sauce has been chucked in spilled everywhere in the paper bag as it gets to me it all falls apart what’s the point

Nice place but the food was a let down portion sizes for the price are way too small. Staff was helpful and very fast to serve. Overall I would give it another go but will order something more specific to fill my tummy.

Only taco bell I'd been to before this was in Milton Keynes, and both times the order was wrong, staff were useless and the food was cold. Glad to say the food from this one was great.

Taco bell in my opinion just hits different. Very tasty food that's similar enough to the actual American version to be worth going to, very cheap too.
