the food was cold and i didn’t get my drink

always small portions compare to other taco bells, always double the beef but it’s hardly any inside?

Staff provide n no customer service at all, its a shame as being polite, saying please and thank you costs nothing. Woman shouted my order number and chucked the bag on the side and left.

Terrible burrito that was burnt. It was awful

I live very close to Taco and was very surprised how cold my burrito was when I received it.

Every time I order from here there is something missing, I keep going back and give them a chance but yet again disappointed

One whole meal missing, fries missing from the cruch wrap deal for 3, also missing the churros, terrible service £50 order and over half missing.

We received someone elses order ,not wat i orderd ,my quesidilla meals were missing ...

Had to try this iconic american brand at least once. Didn't assess the better value items very well before ordering. Not especially good value in relation to other main brand food outlets. Any variety on the ingredients came at a fairly inflated cost. Nothing to do with mexican food in terms of flavour and content, more of a nod to Tex-Mex. Restaurant interior ok but not particularly interesting. Portion size and flavour was decidedly lacking despite adding to the set variety. Unlikely to go back unless someone else insists. Hoped for more but didn't expect it.

Took 2hrs from order to delivery

Two amazing employees called Baba and Aldona served us today, and they were absolutely lovely. They made sure we had everything, and spoke to us politely. Their service was phenomenal. These two definitely need a genuine thank you from head office as it is deserved! Thank you Taco Bell.

Ordered and paid for a large volcano chicken burrito. Picked up via Drive Thru. Got home, found I was given a small beef burrito and a small fries. Most of the contents of the burrito was at the bottom of the bag as the wrap had not been sealed in the paper. That I did taste was fatty and tasteless. First time I have ever tried a Taco Bell in the UK and definitely the last.

Didn't use, it just parked across the road!!!

Ordered from here for the first time, the food was nice, if a bit small, but the only thing lacking I'd say is the atmosphere. It's a little uninviting especially the Asian man talking very loudly on his phone whilst working on the laptop in the middle of the restaurant (he's clearly the manager), it's not very professional. They could do with adding a little more friendliness into the place. Otherwise it was fine.

Sticky tables. No customer service. Pour your own drinks. Food is acceptable

This was our first time having Taco Bell! I found it value for money. The barrito was really good with a kick of spice. The Churros & sauce were awesome! Will definitely have again. Delivery was swift too. Very pleased.

It’s a small restaurant, and they let smelly homeless people inside. The smell made us loose our appetite. Even though all the tables were full they refused to open the upstairs seating. Do not reccomend for eating in. The toilet is also not functional.

Part of the order was missing and ordered burrito plain but it came with all the extras/sauce etc.

The food is overall alright here however on two seperate occasions I had to deal with unwelcoming customer service. I belive their name was Tibbah. Thry were unbothered and seemed bored , didnt smile to me, speak to me in a nice voice but rather moody and rude. This really put down my expeirence :*

It's a okay place to visit with friends and a quick cheap light dinner. The service lacks professionalism at times however would visit again if in the area. Toilets need cleaning also.

I didnt receive my order - the just eat driver either kept for thenself or delivered to the incorrect address. I have wasted money on food i never received.

I’ve just had Taco Bell for the first time today and I can honestly say it’s the worst fast food chain I’ve been to. The most greasiest food imaginable, an absolute mess. Very disappointing

This is a review about ordering from this joint. The food is fine but… Staff… without a fail…. Always forget a major item. Which has left some people hungry twice in a row now.. first time was a WHOLE burrito meal. This time was the case of 5 meals had missing fries… Disgraceful. Please check your damn orders before sending it off.

Ordered via Just Eat. App states food delivered yet not a single part of our order was delivered. Called the store number, no answer and no option to leave a voicemail. Have had to put a refund request through just eat, placed a complaint and now having to wait 5 working days for a reply. Terrible service all round

Dreadful place. We wanted Chipotle, but Northampton got this tripe instead. Vegetarians can probably eat the whole menu judging by how little meat is actually in any of the tacos

Was ok .. food a bit limp and small but tasted nice son loves it so we came in but it's more a take away than actual restaurant maybe 6 tables ? Good parking and easy to order staff were polite and food was fast

Pictures of food look a lot bigger, but overall tastey and filling. Self service booths were giving weird errors and staff didn't seem to care about that but then were very conscious about the order and the food.

visited this taco when it first opened and it was great , visited today and the standard has dropped considerably, there is no fillings inside the tacos or burritos no mince at all u probably get 1 teaspoons worth in each burrito or taco its just salad and carb.. the box meal has 2 less soft burritos in yet price is the same , was very disappointed, will be using popeyes or five guys next door on my next visit

Delivery driver told me I had to come outside and collect I, explained I was in a wheelchair 2 floors down so it wasn't possible !! I told her had to deliver it and he eventually relented.

Worst value for money order I’ve ever placed. Portions are tiny and don’t taste nice atall! Burritos themselves smelt and tasted like sweaty socks🙀 The only good think out of it after I salvaged and washed them were the Jalapeños and the can of pepsi(that is saying something because I don’t even like Pepsi!) My friend had to bring over food after this so I had managed to eat that night. I was so upset that I wanted to calm down first before leaving this review. I will never order from Taco Bell again- total waste of money.

The portion of Churros was very bad, a consistency as hard as a stone, the Potatoes and crispy chiken arrived very cold, and had no taste. I will not order again!

We got so food that we had not ordered and one of the item's we had ordered was not received. The cheese sause for the doritos was also not un the order.

I like mexican food and us as family we do often order form Tacobell.Most of times our food and delivery was ok but tonight we were missing a meal from the order and this was not ok as one person missing food and we needed to order from somewhere else.I am expecting a refund and staff should be more focused and pay more attention when they are dealing with orders.

Last time we ordered something and they gave to us something else, what we didn’t like and we didn’t order. Also we ordered dine in and they gave to us as take away bag. In general the tacos are extremely smalls and not contains all what supposed to contain or if contains, the quantity is microscopic. We didn’t try other product.We will not return

the tacos has no meat in them just lettuce! and the wraps on the quesadillas and SOFT tacos where STALE ! i paid £24 for STALE FOOD absolutely ridiculous

Great takeaway, always a fast friendly and professional service, staff actually seem to want to serve you rather than a 'can't be bothered' attitude you often encounter at other fast food establishments in the area. Food is always piping hot, chips are scrummy. Overall a great place to visit thoroughly enjoy every visit.

I was a few minutes late, thought I clicked delivery instead of collection. But the staff were very polite and understood.

Nearly every time I've been here (since it opened) there's almost aways been something missing from my order or something wrong. Last time I ordered a quesadilla and got a volcanic beef wrap which I couldn't even eat. Not going back again.

Treated the lad to a Taco bell as Popeye's was shut. Big order as we'd been to Tenpin prior, and unfortunately had to go back twice as they'd not put in what I'd ordered, and what I ordered was cold. They gave us some free churros, which was nice, but it was a bit of a mess about, so I can't really rate it as high due to waiting for the re-orders.

Not a patch on Taco Bell in the US but still tasty food and a bit different from the usual burgers or chicken fast food outlets. Crispy tacos were good, and the quesadilla was well filled.

Promised the American dream but still the British disappointment. If you are expecting a nice full burrito that you dream of from the USA then prepare to have your dreams crushed. Disappointing burritos, empty tacos and sadness only await. Poor portions for the price.
