Loved this place, the chicken tacos are absolutely phenomenal and I want to go every single time.

This joint is spectacular for your mexican-styled cravings. My personal favourite is the Beefy Melt Burrito, a classic choice and delicious choice every single time.

Very good, not too spicy. We enjoyed our family meal out! Definitely coming back soon!

We had fantastic lunch today. Food was warm. Staff was welcoming and friendly

Spent £32 on utter rubbish. Tacos barely had any filling, chicken strips were overcooked and chewy, burritos were ok, cinnamon twists are utterly disgusting and have the texture of dry packing material with a faint hint of flavour and the staff lacked manners. Not at all value for money and certainly won’t be back.

I can't believe how friendly and smiling were the staff tonight , I had a big order dine in and the guy named Manu was politely explaning my order in each small details . Thank you very much for making my dinner special . I will definitely come back . 😍

first of all I have ordered 7 layers burrito meal an dmt partner the naked chicken taco. it was all absolutely cold. we threw both in the microwave and chips were cold too. I had a bite of my burrito and all I could taste was avocado. I opened it and despite having barely anything inside, it was missing main ingredient, beef. I complaint then my partner tried some churros and they were just cold and gummy, absolutely inedible. I spent £32 and received over £6 refund.

the drive thru is very good and speedy service provided by the staff and the staff served me very politely and was patient.

Went on EID occasion with my family. Had great time. Food was fresh and came out quick

Taco Bell, all your digital order point are broken I tried 3 x different order point that crashed when I got to the payment stage which was very frustrating to keep placing a £50 order I ended up having to order from the counter which I was ignored for 10 minute while nearly 5 staff were wrapping orders up which seemed over kill. Once received our order it just felt thrown together with no care or attention to detail. Let's just say my family visit was very disappointing.

Visited when it was busy and service was chaos.... lots of stuff missing from orders..... noone looked happy.... store itself was tidy but loads of soft drinks and bottles stacked behind the counter not correctly stored...looks unprofessional and not what u expect from a chain like taco bell. Food was tasty and hot, but it should be at couple of wraps for 20 quid!

Food was delivered 2 hours late which it means it was cold so the tacos were broken and soggy. To make it worse, delivery driver could not understand basic directions and got lost.

Frank on the front of house/ potential shift manager (if not, he should be) was carrying the whole team so well, headsets for drive through were down when arriving and his service was still so incredible. he was still being very composed and incredibly professional, catering to my requests. Also so so friendly and charismatic in the meantime. This guy deserves so much credit

Usually it’s great but ordered yesterday for all my chicken tacos to turn up to be beef. Wouldn’t give me a refund would answer phone call ! Terrible service.
