Taco Bell in Stafford

Expensive, small portions of bad food. Avoid. Remember the tinned mince beef and onion you bought before you knew better.... welcome to taco bell!

Thought we'd give this a try...you must differentiate between Mexican and Tex Mex..This is more American style fast food than Mexican. It is a sit in or take away order on the screen kind of place. The portions were cheap and small.. the single beef taco was pretty basic and the large chips weren't very large. The bean burrito was OK but the overall experience was one of bland food with no interaction...disappointing

There were 4 of us that came to try Taco Bell for the first time. 2 of ordered burritos and chips. Only 1 burrito was in the order. So had to get one made. My daughter's boyfriend ordered a combo box and when opening his burrito was actually my order and not his. Mine was the plant 7 layer he had ordered a beef one. He didn't want to complain. My daughter went and complained and they did make a replacement. The order took nearly 25 mins. I couldn't eat the chips they were covered in the seasoning too much. The rest of the food was cold. I'm not one to make a complaint but we will not be going there again. Was so looking forward to it. My husband did enjoy his meal, but that was like one out of 3. He is easily pleased 😄. They shut off the ordering machines at like 8.45pm then emptying bins as we left as if they were shutting up. I thought they were open until 11pm.

This experience was awful I had a jalapeño grilled cheese quesadilla combo, when I got it.. it was cold I had two bites and couldn’t eat anymore. The chips had no taste to them and the best bit was the Pepsi max. I wish I went KFC next door

Seriously avoid. I chose click and collect, my order was given to wrong person so needed to be remade. Food portions were extremely small. Quality of food was poor and nothing like the pictures advertised. Soggy and Tasteless and the churros must have been days old. Also the food was cold.

Came into shop and got rejected of my free app taco for apprently re downloading app just so they dont have to give away a free taco

Awful! Toilets dirty, tables dirty. Ordered @ 1555, waited until 1615, then order was wrong, ordered chicken no tomatoes but came with them. Returned item for replacement, replaced with beef, had to send it back again. Over 30mins to get it right. Avoid at all costs!

We love Taco Bell, so we have to travel about 35 minutes to come hear but we do so about twice a month because we love it everything’s always hot the food we’ve never had an issue with it’s great it’s good value and I wish there was one closer, the only downside is it’s always dirty, it doesn’t matter what time we go the floor is always cluttered with peoples rubbish the tables are exactly the same I don’t think there wiped throughout the day which is a shame because it’s a two minute job and there’s always plenty of staff about

Price is high considering the size of the items. £2.50 gets you a mini burrito (imagine a normal burrito but a fifth the size) and the minced beef is straight out of a tin (think Asda budget minced beef at about 40p). Even the touchscreen ordering experience was bad as it adds things to the basket but doesn't confirm it, then doesn't add other things even though you clicked confirm! This is like McDonald's but worse. Definitely won't be going back

Service very slow, you can see to much talking and not enough work going, and music very loud and asked to turn it down because no one could hear the order number, but ignored.

Never been to a taco bell before but I was pleasantly surprised. The food was really tasty and really good value. The place itself is a bit drab considering its quite new. Would go again.

We called for a quick Lunch and was not disappointed the food was very quick and all very tasty. The seating was all very clean and tidy we will call here again well worth it.

I was served by J who was really friendly and nice plus he was very helpful. He was absolutely excellent and made my experience so much better. The speed was amazing and the food tasted great. All round perfect experience.

food is good, but the wait times can be very long. ive waited 40 mins some days for a taco. i try and go in quieter times now

A 35 minute wait for our food, that someone should have warned us about. Dirty toilets. Won't be visiting again.

I USE THE WORDS FAST FOOD LOSELY... This place is a joke i waited 45 minutes for my volcano burrito box and my friend waited just as long for her food which there was items missing from her food order, it wasn't even busy we were 4th in the que it seems like they prioritise the uber eats deliveries before their actual customers in the store. Cleanliness was fine and the food tasted just ok nothing to write home about it was just average i think they could benefit from extra staff i cant imagine how long people must have to wait for during peak times when its really busy i was there at 1930 on a Wednesday evening. In short i would avoid this place at all costs especially if you value your time, go KFC next door instead
