Buffet continental breakfast spot on . Took our hot food order, 20mins later it came. Only the sausage had heat in it everything else was cold. My partner had poached egg with his an it was even cold.

Didn't look much from the outside but the food and the service was excellent, Eva was an excellent and attentive host 🤗🙏🏻🙏🏻

Been a few times and had a good experience. Great value and friendly staff. Restaurant could use an update

Terrible service took ages getting service at the bar and the time the food came was to long and had to go and ask for condiments which they still never brought had to go and get it if someone else table. Then ask about dessert and it never came so just left.

Decided to give this place a second chance after a few bad experiences. Things were good for a couple of weeks, all good things come to an end. Sunday 24/3/24 went for breakfast. On arrival were told that the kitchen was out of eggs and black pudding. (Don’t think they were expecting anyone). Decided to give it a go anyway. Up at the continental breakfast table. No fresh fruit, 4 empty juice bottles, no pastries, and the coffee machine was out of commission. Completely unacceptable service from a a large company.

Good food but dose not stay open 21:50 and the doors are locked wont be going here again

We had a family lunch today. Tracey served us she was very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious . My elderly Mother had a great afternoon, she loved the food and the warm welcome. We will definitely return.

I take my mother in law every 2 weeks here and tonight we went for dinner which was an absolute disaster. It was freezing and we asked 3 times for the heating to be put on which they made excuses that there was something wrong with it. We then waited half an hour for our dinner which looked like it was just threw on the plate. And my mother in law got her dinner in a soup bowl. Presentation was shocking and my mother in law was very upset and wanted to leave

Christmas day experience was fantastic, the meal from start to finish was unrushed and we where looked after remarkably well. Food was cooked to perfection table of 5 all food arrived together, dessert was also amazing. Boxing day breakfast was fantastic too kids enjoyed cereals and fruit - great selection. I myself enjoyed a breakfast eggs cooked as I asked - great experience all round.

Christmas dinner at Orion Way. Short staffed but still managed to serve up a lovely Christmas dinner. Staff were run off their feet but still very accommodating. It was fab!

We attended for Christmas Dinner,our first time trying out the Xmas menu,the food was excellent. We had the roast beef for our mains and tasted amazing as did the rest of the meal. Staff and service was great couldn't do anymore for you. Would definitely recommend. Will be booking up again for next year.

Came here for Christmas dinner, was very disappointed reminded me of a school dinner. Maybe a poor decision from my cousin who booked it but genuinely have never been so disappointed with my Christmas dinner ever!

Travelled up from South Wales, stayed for a 3 night weekend visiting my son and baby granddaughter, staff were warm friendly and lovely, especially Stuart! He was a credit to the company. Food was hot and delicious salmon cooked to perfection and steak exactly how I ordered it. Nothing was too much to ask. Rooms lovely and clean and a great atmosphere all around will definitely be staying here again when visiting soon.

First time visit with a work colleague for a business lunch. A nice relaxing and comfortable location with ample parking, make sure you register your parked vehicle on the tablet at reception to avoid parking fine...a great system. We both ordered the club sandwich. Tbh I thought the food could've been warmer in temptation but it might just have been that the plates didnt feel heated, however the important thing is the food was very tasty and I did enjoy. There was a good plateful of food and it was reasonably priced. We also had a few soft drinks then a coffee and a late which were nice. The facilities themselves were fine with a bright dinning area next to the window, temperature was comfortable and no loud music to fight over in conversation. Good size bar and lounge area with families with children thoughtfully seated in a separate area with in dinning area. Staff - there were 2 members of staff that I could see and both were attentive and swift to take and present orders. Toilets were clean and adequate. Yes I would like to visit here again. Thank you.

Had a lovely dinner with family at the Orion Way last night. Grandson was a little grumpy due to teething. Staff were amazing. Boxed his dinner which he loved later. Always great service and a relaxing atmosphere. It is very child friendly and great accessibility for my mum’s wheelchair.

Went for a quick family meal last night. There is a new menu with great choice. I had the katsu curry which was amazing! My hubby had a chicken burger and my little one had spag bol, 3 happy customers. Food was warm and fresh. Good value for money. Will be back

We had Tracey serving us today, she was so helpful and had a smile whole time, which is so hard to come by. Tracey was taking all the orders on her own, making the drinks and serving...A+ to be able to do that by herself and still be so helpful and not stressed! Food is always nice. This is one of the best places for customer service, like I said very hard to come by nowadays. We will be back!!

Had an evening meal and breakfast here. After driving 430 miles. Greated by lovely friendly staff. Very helpful and professional. As for the food. The evening meal we chose a burger each. It was cooked to perfection and the staff were very nice. The breakfast was both Continental and cooked. Bacon was lovely. Coffee and cossiant and pancakes were fantastic. Hope to be back one day

Okay so firstly I was very happy with everything had a lovely breakfast the fruit salad then our lovely cooked breakfast all good until day 3 I went for the fruit salad it was covered with fruit flies 🤮 totally put me sick couldn't enjoy another thing for the rest of the week bread and other food are not covered over good selection but a few mornings they didn't have enough plates I out people kept having to ask for stuff really should be more organised food is made fresh to order that was good but on our last morning I had eggs and they had been left out or reheated totally rubber so definitely need improvement had lunch a few times it was nice portions could be a bit more generous but OK good value for money but would t be my first choice to go and have breakfast

Service tonight was bad very slow service had to ask after 20 minutes for the drink I asked for when shown the table. No real table service as had to ask at bar for a second drink leaving my food at the table

Went for lunch with wife and kids my wife got the fish and chips when the fish came under the batter still had the skin on it my wife said a can't eat that because it still had the skin on it to be honest iv never seen this before when the waitress came over and asked if everything was OK my wife said no because the fish still had the skin on it and she couldn't eat it the waitress said I would pick the skin off for you but I can't then walked away poor service its a shame because me and my family go to this place a lot but probably need to re think that from now on.

Lokal czysty, jedzenie całkiem smaczne jedyny problem to obsługa której jest zdecydowanie za mało. Czekanie na posadzenie do stolika, 15 minut czekałem aż ktoś do mnie podejdzie po zamówienie ( nie podszedł nikt) potem czekanie na napój i jedzenie...generalnie kelnerzy byli mili tylko polityka firmy jest fatalna bo widzę tą tendencje w każdej restauracji przy premier innie. Ludzi jest za mało a obłożenie lokalu duże. 3 punkty za jedzenie ale naciągane bo 1.5 godziny na kolację to stanowczo za długo.

Had a fabulous meal today at the orin way Glasgow. I was with my husband and brother and sister. We all loved it. The staff were very attentive especially Chelsea who was lovely and very helpful

Went to the orian today for lunch and end up walking out after 20 minutes waiting on someone serving me also hardly any staff I wouldn’t recommend and won’t be going back

Exterior Needs some money spent, garden area old tired and dirty. Inside is fine just maybe some staff training. The tall chap with glases obviously didn't want to be there, no smile, very short answers and generally unfriendly. Looks like they need more staff.

Waited 10 minutes at door for a bar man with a very door face to find a table, the place was almost empty but he insisted craming everyone into a small room only 3 others people at tables asked for a glass of milk which he forgot asked for beef ail pie and got fish pie, thing like that can happen.. Just the attitude and atmosphere Was terrible, I personally willing never eat there again

Went here for my birthday was terrible service to start with waiter was not friendly at all seemed a bother to him. Drinks were like water unless it was in a bottle. Food was a joke & waiter came out to say he dropped the kids pasta on floor & had to wait for another 1, think it would have been better staying there to be honest. Chicken burger consisted of 3 chicken gougons in a bun with handful of chips & tasteless bit of coleslaw for £13.29.Horrendous from start to finish. £115 what an absolute joke will never step place in there again & this was a Saturday about 4pm place was empty so what was their excuse. Raging

nice food but was in the restaurant for over 2 hours for a starter and a main. waited 15 minutes to be asked what we wanted to drink and they forgot to bring it out anyways. waited 40 minutes for our deserts which we ended up cancelling as waited so long and had asked 3 times where it was and no one got back to us after apparently “checking” where it was. then took another 10 minutes to pay the bill as apparently was too much of a problem to split it 2 ways. very disappointed :(

First of all it took about 15 minutes for anyone to even ask us what we would like to drink. Once we’d ordered everything, the starters came and we still hadn’t received our jugs of tap water yet. After our (pretty basic) starters were finished we had to wait about 40 minutes for our mains to come. The mains were fine and after we thought we’d order desert - this was a mistake. 40 minutes later and after asking several times were the desert was we still hadn’t received our simple ice cream. We decided to cancel the desert order and get the bill which was another fiasco as the person on the tills did not understand how to split a bill. Don’t eat here

Service was awful waiting for 50 mins for ice cream then we cancelled it as it was too long the service was literally so so bad the food was okay .. it had to wait hours won’t be back ! Plus are billing process don’t go here

Just been for the special Monday to Friday before 6pm deal and it was lovely, also topped up for £2.49 for dessert........ scrummy. Chelsea served us and was very helpful, will certainly be back very soon.

Nice food, cooked well and served hot!. The staff were friendly and engaging. We had very enjoyable meals in a comfortable restaurant. We had read some negative reviews before our visit, but honestly the visit was good as was the food.

What an awful restaurant. First day of use, breakfast was cold, had to eat it within 3 minutes to make it edible. One member of staff. Dinner, stood waiting to be seated by the one member of staff for a while, took my order of a cheese burger without salad, burger arrived was full of salad, raw onion and lettuce, I didn't complain because I didn't want to sit in the restaurant any longer than required. Waitress had an attitude and didn't offer anything as compensation. Second day of use, had mcdonalds for breakfast which was actually warm. For dinner, waited for 5 minutes to be seated,(as there isn't enough staff) child crying at the top of its voice once I was sat down, ordered potato starter and smothered chicken, the waiter wrote this down, comes back 5 minutes later to confirm what I ordered, even though he wrote it down. Awful value for money, understaffed, please avoid. Use mcdonalds instead.

The only good thing about my experience was the lovely staff. Mother's day and very busy. We both ordered the beer battered fish & chips, awful. The black skin on the bottom of fish had not been removed, the batter was soggy, the chips were small thin with skin on them and they looked and tasted as if they had been cooked hours earlier and kept warm in the oven. I have eaten here a few times before but this was the worst. Had to have something to eat when we got home.

It was ok. Not much to say really. Was only in for a drink and catch up with a friend. Place itself is a bit tired. The staff are nice but service was unfortunately slow. Not busy at all but then it was a week night.

Dreadful experience, booked for 7.30pm and walked out at 8.30pm as they brought our main courses, but never got the starters ordered. Then they asked what starters we ordered! We will never be back.

Had dinner here as part of the meal-deal from the adjoining Premier Inn. Slow, inexperienced waiting staff. Bland food, poorly presented. Did the job - but there are better places nearby.

Was here on the 2nd of January and the food was of a decent quality. However, service was really not very good, I did feel sorry for our server but her training has not been of an adequate quality. Taking orders from the top of a table of 11 people by saying next please and then missing items from the order, this is problematic. Then, having told the manager that the toilet closest to our table was not clean and lacked soap, it was not cleaned the entire time we were there which was over two hours. The POS system is also an issue with splitting the bill being done item by item. Takes a long time and holds up service. I'm not sure I would return until service quality changed.

Food was minimal for the price vmy daughters starter was a flat bread it arrived at the table and was this tiny Xmas tree shaped small bit of bread nothing else it was like a small cracker. Just let's say for the price they charge you don't get a. Good amount of food.

Not busy but took ages for our food. I know we were a big party, but table was booked for 12:45 and we didn't get our food till after 2pm!! Good was ok, morning special. Sunday lunch so the waitress brought extra roast potatoes and Yorkshire puddings to and gravy - presumably to try to make up for our really long wait though that wasn't actually said. So never made any reference to our at all and acted like waiting over an hour for food is totally normal! Wouldn't bother going again. Price is ok, food is average at best, service poor.

Went to Orion way Sunday night we had a table for six people we ordered dinner the time it came out the chips were cold and my steak was cold we asked for fresh chips and they came out with fresh chips but staff had a terrible attitude the hole six people said the food was below average I will never go back there again

Stayed at the premier in and ate here for a full week with the meal deal offer that the hotel provides. The food is absolutely awful, having tried most of the menu you really can’t put it down to a one off!

Things have changed at Orions Way since our last visit. It did not look busy and there were lots of tables but we had to wait 20mins in the bar and then go back to the counter to get a table which we still had to wait on it being cleaned and set and then were sent back to orded at the bar???? The food was still very tasty as usual but we had to order and pay at the bar instead of usual table service. However when the waitress came to collect our dishes when we had finished eating, she asked if we wanted our bill??? Orions Way has always been somewhere for years, that we have visited knowing that it's excellent service and good no frills food at reasonable prices. However we weren't so sure about the service this time it wasn't necessarily poor service but just not as good as what we have experienced in the past.

Waitress was extremely cheeky & had 0 manners. Moaned at us about her being the only staff on today as if this was our fault. Food was disgusting. Will not be returning
