The kebab was good, but while eating it I felt the taste of a flattened raw material

It takes me over an hour driving just to try Polski kebab and it was worth it. Don't hesitate to try it, you won't be disappointed. I tried the XXL chicken kebab in a bun and it was huge, my wife managed only half of it so I had to finish hers 😁 THE BEST kebab so far in Scotland. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

If you've never been, get down there and try these kebabs! They're absolutely delicious. Not your typical kebab, the flavour and texture are incredible. Prices are very reasonable considering the portions and quality. Can't rate Polski kebab highly enough.

Everything we ordered was delicious, fresh, homemade salad, no store-bought french fries, you can lick your fingers, feel the home, work, they are well baked, not cooked in oil, and the ice cream is a masterpiece, we will definitely come back again, and these are real honey, not artificial, thank you

Worst customer service I’ve experienced! Don’t think the big guy at the till could have moved any slower if he tried. Was only one person in front of us when we went in, ordered a large kebab that this place is famous for, was handed a wee buzzer, still no kebab after an hour, so asked what was happening. Guy don’t seem interested in the least. Comes back through with a bag for us. Opens it to find cold food so tried to tell him we didn’t want it anymore after that and he couldn’t understand what was being said. Take away award winner 2023! If that’s their service then I can’t see them winning it 2024

I've been wanting to visit Polski Kebab in Motherwell for a long time. I had a huge appetite for meatloaf, so I ordered the XXL version in a tortilla with cheese. You can see this beast in the photo. The meat was okay, next to the cabbage there was a carrot, a cucumber and a tomato... I couldn't find any cheese, or it wasn't very distinctive. However, it will be remembered for its size and quality. I'll definitely check it out again.

This place is an absolute gem. The service is great and the food is amazing. The food is so fresh and that bread is top notch. There sometimes can be a wait because it gets so busy but it’s worth the wait.

Got to polski after a few good reviews to be met with a terrible attitude from the server (older man) then to not listen to our order I don't eat lamb and never had to be told no you ordered lamb as to which I replied I do not eat lamb !! After a bit of debate they finally made a new one which was chicken but basically if I didn't complain it was a case of that's what I thought you ordered so your stuck with it sort of attitude. Food was lovely but I wouldn't go back due to rude staff

Food was alright not any where neer as good as price and tik tok makes out. Chicken is thin slices and lamb is donner meat £19 for a kebab is not worth it your better with shwarma king £7.50 for a large and it's real lamb chunks and chunks of chicken. Food had a taste of cinnamon I wasn't a great fan. The prices are shocking £5 for some chips £4 for an ice cream cone from a claped out portacabin in an industrial estate.

Delicious Kebab! We went for a kebab with the whole family and everyone, including the youngest family member, was happy and we all liked it very much :) A large selection, so each of us found the perfect kebab for ourselves, the nice gentleman (unfortunately we didn't know his name) who advised us was also very helpful to prepare the best kebab for us 😊 The whole thing was complemented by delicious creamy ice cream 😍 We recommend it and we will definitely come back! 😊

Very overatted..(Rip off Britain). Waited ages firstly make an order. (35mins), then a further 20mins to finally collect the Kebab....£12.50 extremely overpriced, more vegetables than meat ,don't fall for the hype , won't be returning ...oh. , and by the way if you would like to treat the kids, to simple chicken nuggets and chips. that will set you back, a mouth watering,..£8.50.must be the most expensive kids frozen meal in the UK...(c'mon)!!! and if you're thirsty £2 for a basic can of juice.Rude owner, with "Gypsy "attitude,....No wonder ..''Mr Polski's", car of choice is a beautiful spanking new Mustang....parked right beside the takeaway...and guess what....the method of payment is cash!!!....yes my friends, just like the Chinese takeaway's....no trace to Mr Inland Revenue... Enjoy!!!..but Avoid!!

Me and my boyfriend come all the way from Glasgow for the kebab as its worth the drive and worth the money. We never had any issues, food is always delicious. Customer service on point as well, guy who serves us is always polite and have a wee chat with us. Cant recommend this place enough.

Food was really delicious but the customer service was shocking. The guy on the front desk was rude and didn't seem interested in listening to your order and just seemed to roll his eyes as if you where speaking spanglish. He genuinely looked as if he couldn't be bothered serving you as if it was too much hassle or that you where bothering him. As good as the food was his attitude and the atmosphere he created was off-putting.

After some time, I decided to visit again, I ordered 2 sausages but unfortunately I was disappointed. The pita was so burnt that it tasted bitter and my hands smelled of burnt meat from holding the cabbage dumplings. For an XXL pita, the salad itself was really poor, instead of a spicy sauce, there were traces of garlic, in At this price, £12 is not very good, considering that for about £7 or £8 you can get a good kebab with normal meat. As for the second kebab, most of it was similar. Very weak. And I've been there before and it was really ok. As for the standard service: it's like a punishment. I didn't want to come back and say that the burnt pita was bitter because they would have made me even worse. Generally very very poor. And the price is also quite high for 2 medium-sized kebabs, about £25

I DRIVEN FOR OVER 3 HOURS TO TRY A BULK KEBAB RECOMMENDED BY MY FRIENDS It was my first visit, so I ordered a lot of kebab and here I miscalculated I couldn't eat all the mega a lot of a lot of sauce and great service with the atmosphere and that I run a food truck with a kebab in the UK I know that the atmosphere and customer service is important I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE WHO HAS THE OPPORTUNITY TO THINK ABOUT WHETHER TO EAT AT POLISH KEBAB!!! We were there for the first time today and we agreed it wouldn't be the last. We were served by a very nice gentleman who advised us and accepted our changes with a smile. At the end, he joked with us and told us a funny anecdote. I can honestly say that this is the best Kebab in the area. Decent portions, fresh meat, delicious salads and sauces. I definitely recommend it, and next time we'll go for casseroles 😉

My first visit and certainly not the last! For me, the perfect proportion of meat to salad + balanced mixed sauce. Waiting time on Saturday evening is approximately 5-7 minutes. I can't wait for my next visit!

I had the XL mixed meat with chips and salad, chilli sauce and garlic mayo, it was unbelievable, probably the Best kebab I have had, the bread was lovely and crunchy and held all the meat in perfectly, chips nice and clean and crispy, the garlic mayo was so nice and finished it off a treat, will definitely be back, well done Polski Kebab 👍

Kebab was tasty, nothing that special though that I'd drive miles to go there. They don't answer the phone, you will stand forever trying to get served too. Could be great place with better customer service and location.

I dont get it . Abroad i eat either in Germany or in east Europe an actual kebab . But in this polski kebab seems to be with indian spices . Nothing to do with berlin kebab etc ... this is way much different than actual kebab .

Polish slice of life 10/10 to anyone that wants to try it's 100% worth it I have been going to this place for years now and every single time I was happy going to this place because of the effort put in this kebab and not in the typical "tandori donner kebab" that you get everywhere. Its just 10x better end of story. Looking at some of these comments and some of those people are not right in the head. If you are looking for some but licking service and food then I suggest you go and shop at Waitorse, because I go in, order food, get the food and that is me happy. I don't know what else is there to require of the place ?

Terrible service, massively overrated, luke warm standard donner meat stuck in a "bun" which was a cold but still managed to be burnt on one side overpriced and to top it off everyone had explosive diarrhea after it. Ate there yesterday I give honest reviews read the rest.

Definitely the best kebab I've had in Scotland and also much better than most kebabs in Poland. Delicious meat, crispy bread, fresh raw ingredients, homemade sauces, what can I say, it's finger-licking good. Mr. Mirek is very friendly and you can talk calmly, just treat other people with respect and the respect will come back to you. Lots of health. I'm glad that despite all these years, this place still maintains a high standard.

Place is class, great Polish Doner and a nice place to sit in, you can also buy a Polish delicacy drink called kompot

I went to polski kebab on 27/5/23 I’ve never being to place like before for customers service it was pure shocking I don’t even know where to start but I’m going to give it my best shot on what I think of the place it was pure disgusting how we where treated when we went here , So we went here as a family & a few friends came along with us as well and we ordered a few kebabs one with no sauce or salad so we waited 20 mins for this to come , Came to the table with salad and sauce on it so this is where the issues start we took it back and told him there was a mistake with our order and he sayed no that’s not what you asked for trying to show me someone eles receipt , trying to tell me he has no time to make me a other one cuase there was a quee and I would go right to the back of it anyway he told me he would make me a other one thinking yeah ok this will no come with salad or sauce on it Guess what I was wrong it came exactly the same as the 1st one So simple instructions how you like your food in this kebab shop don’t matter to them I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone the way he shouting over the counter to my girlfriend it was a joke

I have known this place since it was a lonely shack without an additional dining room and wooden buildings at the entrance... when the owner published videos about the arson attempt, it will be about 5 years or maybe more...? I am also not a princess who should be welcomed with flowers and white tablecloths... The owner no longer surprises regulars with his behavior... However! After so many years, I decided to leave my assessment and my two cents... because it's the basics. Good morning, I'll be back in a moment, please, thank you, what can I get you? It costs nothing and makes a difference! This is the basis of communication, after all. Ignoring us, standing like a pillar of salt, looking at us as if we were intruders, not to mention the lack of smiles... raising hands, voices and gestures showing lack of respect is too much! The owner behaves as if he was doing us a favor by serving us food. The kebab is first class, but the atmosphere... oh well, if anyone has been there, they know! I recommended it, I invited friends from work, I commuted all the way from Edinburgh. Now out of shame I don't recommend it anymore. And I'm not desperate enough to keep coming! Ps. Please don't be hysterical. I am not the first person who asks you to behave towards the client (only me) like people! You give your own opinions! Do you think it's out of anger, I have no interest in it! I feel sorry for the way you serve me and my family. We are not from the "same village", I don't know when anyone's birthday is or what stories they go through... just like you! You don't know us, people. I am a customer and I speak at this level! Kebab xxxl not so xxxl but ok, the food is good... but the service... shock and shame... Mr. grumpy bastard is not nice... he sighed, rolled his eyes because I was explaining the menu to my wife... probably if it wasn't for the monitoring, he would have been kicked in the teeth by more than one guy for cheap rude behavior!! And before you start writing about competition etc etc... no... I'm just a customer who expects normal service and not a fat, boorish, rude twit behind the counter... I definitely won't recommend it!!!
