Had a lovely breakfast there today and I must say it was delicious, the service was exemplary. Liza went out of her way to make me feel welcome. Ten out of ten, a return visit is definitely a must for me.

Stayed at the Premier Inn opposite for work in the area so headed across the car park for dinner. Atmosphere was ok with music playing not too loud and food and drink offerings were good and reasonably priced. Staff were attentive and can have no complaints. I was served by Elizabeth and she was extremely pleasant and friendly . Always made contact when passing to check if I needed anything and if everything was ok. If working in the area again would return most definitely and looking forward to breakfast in the morning. Well done team 👍🏻

The food here is lovely. The staff are friendly and nice, if a little lazy. The only problem and it is a big problem is it is so disorganised. There seems to be things going wrong constantly. As someone who has managed restaurants in the past, problems happen, but it is run sloppily here. Some members if staff seem to do the job of 5 people whenever I go here while others don't even do their own job most of the time. If you can't do every aspect or won't do every aspect of the job description, you don't deserve to have the job.

Our server was Liza B, very professional with friendly and helpful attitude. The food was lovely and reasonably priced. We hadn't booked and called in and were fortunate that there was availability. The atmosphere was ambient and suited us.

Booked Christmas day dinner. I have to be honest I was very disappointed. The service was very slow and quite a few mistakes were made. The children's starter was shocking. Was supposed to be a Christmas tree garlic bread, but was simply two tiny triangles stuck on top of each other, so it just looked like a triangle on the plate. Bread was forgotten for the adults starters, wrong main meal was brought out for myself and we waited what felt like an eternity for our desserts. The desserts were delicious though. One staff member didn't come across as very welcoming either and could maybe use some customer service training and change the manner in which they speak. I don't think it was intentional however. We have had Christmas day meals here numerous times over the years with mostly positive experiences, however this year there was definitely room for improvement.

Waiter 5543 Elizabeth was very help and thorough , making sure I had all my dietary needs met, as I have allergies to wheat peanuts and soya. Both my friend and I had a fantastic meal and would come again and recommend to others. Thank you Elizabeth.

Just wanted to thank the excellent customer service of Beth & Rachel,who looked after me several times during my stay. I was staying at the Premier Inn for two weeks on business...and they were good.

Lovely midweek lunch with surprisingly good sized portions on the value menu, 2 mains for £11.49 was a proper bargain. Rachel and her colleagues were friendly and attentive.

I had a very disappointing experience with the breakfast here. The staff were quite rude, and the quality of the food was poor. I could barely eat any of it. The sausages that tough, I would have needed a steak knife (didn't even bother trying the bacon) and the egg was overcooked to the point it could have bounced off the wall. Not a meal I would recommend.

Absolutely amazing food and great value for money. Staff are super friendly and willing to help but not to the point they are constantly bugging you. Will definitely be back!

We had the Sunday lunch, one beef and one turkey & Wow they was absolutely beautiful & so tasty and plenty on the plate, thank you Chef your roast dinners are delicious thank you, By the way we love gravy so I asked if we could have plenty and the young lady was great she gave us what I asked ,which not many places do or they give you a tiny bit, So thank you very much lovely. Honestly we didn't want our dinners to end. The young lady was so polite to us and made us feel very comfortable . Honestly if you want a lovely Sunday roast please go here it's beautiful and its also spotless even the toilets were spotless which is great to see because I believe if restaurant's and supermarkets can't keep their toilets clean well what do thier kitchens look like I would hate to think about it or even see them, well here in Pentrebach House Table Table Merthyr, it is spotless it is a 5 out of 5 & more if I could. Thank you all & as for the owners they must be so proud that you are all keeping Table Table Merthyr spotless and cook the most delicious Sunday Roasts. Thank you everyone X

Fantastic breakfast as always, staff are great especially 2 ladies liza and Elizabeth who were so helpful. Food is always cooked perfectly and piping hot.

Just home after a really lovely Sunday roast here today, food was hot and was even offered extra gravy which we took up. Service from Liza was excellent as usual and always with a smile. Cheesecake for dessert was amazing.

Not an inviting place it's very tired and isn't clean. The waitress rushed us the whole time we were there as if we needed to be gone asap even though we had booked a table, food very expensive for what it is, disappointing and wouldn't return.

We haven’t been to Table Table for a long time but I am glad we did. We turned up a bit earlier than our booked time but it wasn’t a problem for them. We sat down and waited to be served. Well our waitress was absolutely amazing. Her name was Elizabeth and she was so friendly and knowledgeable about the food and drink, it made our experience much more special. The food was good and we didn’t have to wait too long between courses. It was a lovely meal, made more enjoyable with Elizabeth.

Had a lovely time here today. Elizabeth took wonderful care of us, making sure we had everything we needed and could possibly want. The mixed grill was the absolute bomb, 100% recommend it. We are very grateful for the excellent service and the delicious meal we received, at a bargain price too. Many thank Elizabeth and team for a great time, we will be back.

Visited on a Thursday for a birthday meal with someone with severe egg and nut allergies. The girls was excellent and brought the book over so we could check what he could have! We also was informed there was a 2 for 11.99 deal on which was a nice surprise. Food was excellent, all came out piping hot and on time.

I have never left a review but I feel I have to . How is this place still open🤷‍♂️staff are miserable, food is terrible, it must have been under the lights for 1/2 an hour . We just left it all , the entire place needs a clean. If you want to waste your money come here.

Always come here every week after horse riding with the family. Andrea behind the bar is amazing and so helpful. She always goes the extra mile for my youngest.

Came for dinner with my little girl staff were great supplying activity sheets and colours, food was great 👍

Service terrible , no knifes or forks available. Told staff had to move tables due to flies flying all over us. Then stinking attitude when asked after 50 minutes how long will our meal be. Never ever again. Gone to the dogs !!!!

Breakfast was lovely X3 mornings. Service was spot on. Could do with a little updating, inside and out.

It was a nice visit, the food was good, the service was friendly and efficient. The facilities are clean and pleasant, though I found the potion size a little small on my last visit.

Staff very friendly food very nice but kept having to ask for buffet breakfast to be replenished which wasn't a massive problem but the place where we were sitting was absolutely filthy our feet kept sticking to the carpet.

No dogs allowed inside no food to be served outside!!! Made excuse they didn’t have enough staff . Took custom elsewhere

Went on speck, glad we did. Friendly welcome straight away from Liza. We were asked straight away if there were any allergies, and were shown to a table pretty quickly. Food was delicious. Would recommend highly. Enjoy when you go.

Great Pub Meal in an old traditional manor house restaurant. Lovely location with expansive gardens and outdoor seating. Food was delicious and good value for money and we were very well taken care of by the fabulous Rachel.

Had a fabulous meal and there wasn’t one of s had a bad meal and there as 30 of us. Elizabeth looked after us, there was nothing too much trouble, especially as there was some having Sunday dinner, steaks, curries, pies, scampi and vegetarian. Excellent and Elizabeth even got another meal for one of us who had a salad and was still hungry. She was brilliant, thanks

We were served by Rachel C who was very helpful and attentive. The food was delicious and plentiful. The restaurant had a very welcoming atmosphere and all the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Food was disgusting, and so was 2 of the bar staff’s attitudes. Messed 2 of our meals up, beef was hard and dry, roast potatoes was solid , pizza was rock hard!

Good food, gluten free options, didn't take too long to come

We had a very nice anniversary meal here. The food was lovely, all cooked well and tasted very good. The staff were all really nice, friendly and polite. However, the service was quite slow, and our starters were forgotten. Our mains came out, and we told them we hadn't had starters yet, and so we ended up with them after our mains. Like I said, all the staff were very nice and apologetic about the mix-up but the service itself was great.

The food was excellent and the service was very good and the staff was quick and very pleasant I will go again.

We as a family now have a favourite place for breakfast and dinner. We have visited here several times over the past few months and can do nothing but praise the staff, the service was extremely exceptional. The staff couldn’t do enough to give the customers/ ourselves what we asked for . Fantastic service at Pentrebach House once again, one of my local pubs and all staff are great. Nothing is ever an issue and they are friendly, helpful and cater to everyone. A lady I believe called Andrea served me tonight and she was prompt, efficient and a hard worker. One of the gems here. Would highly recommend 👍🏻

Filthy carpets and the walls and ceiling not been painted for years looked like gravy had been splashed on the wall by my seat and not cleaned place was Filthy but the waitress was lovely
