It unfair to give this place a low rating. They did a good job. Staff where nice and friendly. But for me it has a feeling about the place it just didn’t appeal to me but that’s me personally. The food is good tasty and hot. The service is quick and the staff are chatty. The breakfast is good but no fresh fruit such as apples or bananas. There is fruit salad available. Honestly whoever makes the morning coffee need to go on a training course. Please note two things the hrs of opening have changed and the other is you need to register your car to park. Cheers DR

Been staying at the Premier in next door all week had break and dinner every day here food has been great staying again here next week too . Hopefully will have same experience

Limited menu at moment. Seating available inside if you book outside isnt able to be reserved but social distancing observed. Food options basic but generally you can find something you like and food was ok.standard catering options. Children's meals relatively small but does include a desert. We sat outside and although our table was away from every one else and ideal the constant wasps drove us mad. They have some wasp catchers strung up but they dont seem to do very much. At one point we had 4 buzzing around our food and managed to capture one under a glass so we could eat without it hasseling us. Staff seemed unconcerned and said they are a problem. Currently doing the eat out to help out scheme so was very busy when we were there.

Always a good experience friendly staff

We had a light dinner. We were quickly seated and the food arrived promptly and was nicely presented and tasty. Excellent value with mid-week specials before 6pm. Mute point that one star is missing due to tired decor and no pilsner beers available.

Poor slow service. Should know what to expect but I live in hope that one day they'll get it right at this sort of place

It's a carvery, that does pub food for the family, I'm a bit partial to their breakfasts. Great place for a meal.
