Our food was amazing! It was quite late after it said it would be delivered- however, the restaurant explained the road works were causing a lot of delays and that’s not their fault. They offered fresh food if we was unsatisfied, but we throughly enjoyed it. Highly recommend the stir fry donner.

Food was late, which is fine but the food was cold, and it was supposed to be buy one get one free on burgers. Only got one. Fries were soggy and Cold . Very disappointing

Food was blended, we had munch box and chicken munch box. Just no flavour to either of the box. Chicken so bland no flavour at all. Garlic mayo no flavour.

Everything was frozen food fried up.

To say the food was delivered on time, I did notice the food was OUT for delivery a good 25 minutes before it arrived. It arrived rather cold and as I ordered a shake, well that was about 5 minutes from being totally spoiled.

The food was aight, but didn't really wow me. The pizza slices looked like they were cut into eighths, but were super thin most.of em, so they were practically sixteenths! Toppings wise, the meat was pretty sparse, couldn't even match Asda!

I placed an order at 6:45 it arrived at 8:20 flat cold, I spoke to them 10 mins after it was supposed to be delivered 7:30 to be told they where re cooking it and it would be delivered in 18 mins so should have been around 7:50 I tried to call again but no-one was answering 1 hour 35mins the food was supposed to be free due to waiting time but was flat cold and my refund LOL I have to wait 3-5 working days for and as it is xmas and banks being closed it will take longer for a refund, so I had nothing to eat yesterday and am now out of pocket absolute disgrace

Cannot fault these guys customer service accidently ordered collection through foodhub when i wanted delivery after ringing and asking where my food was and they said it had been ready a while! But they could send it if I'd made a mistake! They brought my food and was still warm and edible! Thanks tj's!! Food is amazing!! The chicken strips and fries box is my go to now!! Waited over 1 hr 30 mins for delivery. Food arrived cold and I had to send it back. Will not be ordering again bad customer service and bad delivery. Avoid if you can.

Normally one of best takeaways about, but came chips were soggy and hard in the middle had to put them in air fryer and kebab was over done and dry. Shame waiting about hour and 20 for it aswell

Sí, pedí dos pizzas de queso y tomate como golosina por 13 libras (compra una y obtén una gratis) y cuando llegó la mitad de ambas pizzas no tenían queso. Así que básicamente gasté 13 libras en 8 rebanadas de pan caliente con salsa de tomate quemado y 8 rebanadas de pizza real que voy a ser honesto que era bastante medio. Quizás el chef tuvo un día difícil.

Kebab wrap was terrible, I ordered ‘all salad’ and it came with quite possibly the least amount of salad I’ve ever encountered. Laughably bad.

They make a nice pizza but don't ever order a kebab you barely get any kebab meat and what you do get is unidentifiable as kebab meat!!

Beautiful food, only just tried the food down to my sons choice for his birthday! How we haven't tried this before I don't know. We had 16 of us to feed. None of us where disappointed. Really nice Tasty food! And really reasonably priced. Highly recommend.. Hence why we have just had our second visit in a week.. ☺️ The Shakey-Anku gang. X

Good burger and fries. Excellent value for money. Customer service amazing, I messed up my order and didn’t realise until it was delivered, when I rang the shop they rectified it for me no questions asked! Will deffo use again
