Orderd a collection over the phone didn’t have to wait my meal was ready as I got there. great customer service my meal was that good I ordered the same meal later on that night. Great value for money.

Why offer gluten free food when it is cooked in the same fryers as everything else! Thats cross contamination and not safe for anyone that eats gluten free food or are coeliac.

We got food from here last night ,take out ,staff was harrassed,was so busy ,we were just visiting,we waited on our order for 30 minutes i have never felt the need to complain,i ordered crispy shredded beef ,the beef was tough and grey looking was ,what i can only describe as oil,with garlic and few onions was awful,my husband had Cantanese roast pork,pork was lovely but again sauce was just like coloured fluid so thin if we hadnt had to walk so far wouldve returned it maybe because they were so busy ,felt for 2 girls tried there best with so many orders

Going back about 4 years ago, the food from here was amazing. However it became hit and miss for 18 months or so, then just diabolical after that. Ordering from Walltford was bad, but the last order from there was so bad, we said never again. However a work colleague said the good chefs were now at Cockensie. So today we collected an order from there........ What a mistake. It went straight in the fridge to give to environmental health tomorrow should I get ill. On opening the container I reacted like I had just had an uppercut from Mike Tyson to the chin. The T25 salmon steak smelt like a farm yard. Something like stale milk mixed with chicken crap. I wrongly licked the fork clean to assess the situation, but have had a strong acidic taste on my tongue for over 4 hours now. Avoid at all costs is my recommendation

I had chicken chow mein, it was lovely and so light and tasty. My friends had lemon chicken and very enjoyable.

Good Chinese and Thai takeaway. You will find everything you expect from a Chinese but with the added bonus of Thai also being available. The Chicken satay skewers are great and they also do a mixed version. Also recommended is the Chilli Salt Chips, very more-ish! This is strictly a takeaway as there is no seating other than to wait on your food. Also cash only.

Have try Tiger in at wallyford , very tasty food, huge portion , will order again for my mum birthday on next week .

Best chinese takeaway for miles

All the dishes we ordered lacked much in the way of flavour. It was ok, but nothing more than ok. I wouldn't rush back.

Called up and the lady was lovely on the phone. Explained that the chicken is halal on all chicken dishes which was a very pleasant surprise for me and my wife who’ve just moved into the area. When we came to the shop to order the lady was so lovely and made really nice conversation with my wife who’s heavily pregnant. She multitasked like a pro. Onto the food - was really tasty and can tell it was cooked fresh. Didn’t feel greasy or heavy at all. Portions were generous and the food came out really quickly and piping hot. Will definitely make this a regular from now on.

some of the tastiest takeaway food going, we had 3 different dishes, each of us commenting that the quality, taste and amount of food was excellent, we will return.

Placed an order for collection and quite a large order. Was told they don’t accept cards…..so if I go to get cash from cash machine. Tried 3 and all closed. Calls the place to say I’m 10mins late and now on my way and explained cash machines were closed. Got to the shop and my daughter runs in with the cash to be told our order was cancelled. My daughter was angry but I was livid. Didn’t go in but phoned and she kept saying I told her to cancel the order. Won’t be back and the whole experience was a shambles. No apology nothing just blaming me…….

Very busy at pick time (was told 30mins when calling in order) over 14 people waiting in establishment. Had to wait another 25mins past pick up time...people coming in and placing orders were served and away while I was waiting..why? 😕🧐😕

This takeaway was very clean . You can see the cooking area, which is unusual for a Chinese restaurant. The staff were friendly, the service was quick , and importantly, the food was lovely with good portion sizes.

It's a combined Thai/Chinese takeaway, so rating atmosphere is somewhat academic. The food is consistently great, and service is friendly and efficient. We order from here often!

Had to wait an hour for food when it did come item missing. Phoned got told it would 10mins half an later it came cold. Shocking customer service won't be back .

Food took 1hr 30 mins to come and curry sauce was missing phoned to complain All thy said was thy could refund curry sauce so left with cold food shocking service I will never use again as this is not the first time this has happened

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Placed order over counter at 10.55pm large order and requested spring rolls was very rudely informed by female member of staff that it was too late to order spring rolls as they close at 11pm. When we pointed out that the time advertised is 11.30pm and this is misleading for customers she informed us that her boss probably would not want to pay to re print menus. All advertising in the shop on their menus, boards and website clearly states 11.30pm Cannot understand why this was refused as we also ordered chips and surely they are all just deep fried. When we left 11.10pm there were customers going in to order. Very rude would not go back.

Now my favourite chinese takeaway having tried most in the area. I am lazy with only using just eat or ubereats usually as I never have cash but will make an exception for cash only or pick up here as I think it's much nicer than others in the area.

We ordered over the phone they took order then hun-up we tryed three time to pay but the woman just hung-up the phone with out saying anything. The guy turns up with food requesting cash payment I explained we had been calling them to pay he sed it’s cash only “ why did this woman not tell us this after we have been wasted a 45min waiting for the food ? NOT IMPRESSED

After placing my order by phone and correcting them twice, I waited an hour for food that was in a word "disappointing", my order was still wrong and I have been charged for two dishes I didn't ask for.

First meal from Tiger Inn, but definately won't be the last. We took advice from friends and experienced the best Chinese food we've had in years.

Food was good but there was a very rude and abrupt Chinese lady working at the counter which will put me off retuning.

I phoned today to order food for delivery and was shocked by the way I was treated. The person on the phone was rude and unpleasant. For simple questions regarding the menu she had one answer ‘I don’t know I don’t work in the kitchen and I don’t eat the food’ . Really? She refused to answer my question saying I have a menu and it’s my responsibility to know what’s in it. I asked to speak to the manager/boss and been told he’s not in the country. I am local and have been ordering for a long time. Not anymore!

Always consistently good quality take away food, always get the order right too, only thing to criticize is you don't get free prawn crackers until you've spent £15.00, maybe over £10 would be more reasonable

Ok but not my scene I'm afraid.

Other than the food being of good quality.. Girl who serves on the front counter is an asset to this place... Great multi tasker, fast and efficient.. And great product knowledge... I was impressed on one occasion.. Even though it was very busy.. Took it all in her stride and dealt with phone and counter orders.. Coped well and is always polite..

Extensive choice of both Chinese and Thai dishes. It'll take some time to sample them all! It's easy to park, the place is clean and the staff friendly. The food is tasty, well cooked and of excellent quality. However it's missing that little something to make it truly special so TI loses a star.

Decent food , although not exceptional. Staff are cheerful and service good and usually quick. Chilli Salt ribs are my favourite, and the home made Thai chilli paste.

So called to order a delivery and was refused because there was a tiger inn in port seaton whilst trying to explain that i was ordering from this one because the food is better she rudely just hung up the phone.
