Sylvesters Kitchen in Belfast

First time eating here.. food was really nice (I got a fry) and staff were friendly enough. Will definitely be back. Reasonable prices too.

Baton down the hatches storm brendan could not hold us back from our hike from the glens of gormley to sylvesters on the Antrim road. When your feeling like a famine and you need a feast. Sure the best chef in the north. A wizard in the kitchen. Grub for your gub. Beautiful bagel and veggy breakfast. Sure the staff our all part of the sylvesters experience. I have been coming to Slyvesters every Sunday morning for a long time and I have never been disappointed. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere and great food make for a Lovely dining experience. A few notable dishes to mention are the Sylvesters Biggie, The Gym Bunny Breakfast and my favourite, the Home Made pancakes with crispy bacon, fantastic.

We regularly visit Sylvesters and love the tasty home-made affordable food for families. It has a varied menu and the staff are fantastic. Definitely the best fry, roast dinners and tea in Belfast! Top of our list!

Sylvesters cafe. On the Antrim road.Facing the waterworks park. for any of you hop on hop of bus trippers. If your looking to kill your hunger or a nibble over nosh and a we hot brew. Or a catch up with friends or family. This is the place. Room with a view. Best kept toilets and super clean well established cafe. North or the city. Amazing food. Having eaten at some of the top notch places belfast has to offer. i find this is the place that leaves you full and happy. best stafff ever. friendly and always a good giggle to be had. 5 stars for this local cafe.

Went for breakfast yesterday morning after getting our daughters alevel results, 8adults 3kids. Big table for us, greeted by to lovely waitresses laura and forget the other girls name, Took our order without any confusion, Food was absolutely amazing all clean plates fast service and great staff will be back well done to everyone. Place is very clean service amazing great food and my daughter passed her exams so great morning all round

Reason number 1: the quality of the fish. Reason number 2: the portions are huge. Reason number 3: very reasonable priced. Reason number 4: the guy serving us is just hilarious and actually reason one to go there!!! Think fish & chips, think Sylvesters...

This place we took are kids as on why home from the zoo we were sitting 30mins at a dirty table offer no menu I went up to order told no chicken love ok this is at 2pm waiting 10mins more we left as had are boys I said to the young girl who was to busy chatting an flirting with a young man I would be leaving a bad review was told by the young man go get a fry up the road as my wife just had a baby he was makeing out she was fat I said to him it’s not your shop he told me he would punch my lights out the young lady that works there came out members of the public told the thug what are you doing with young kids attacking a family because they choose to leave the place was not busy at the time so if your not from there don’t be feel to be made wellcome my wife has it all on her phone we have been in contact with the psni so if you dare to say am waiting to long are ask for chicken with near every dish being chicken then a worker with manners like that sending her boyfriend out to attack a young family stay well away

First visited Sylvester's for breakfast after a walk round the waterworks, it was honestly the best fry I have ever had tasted, the pancakes and bacon where devoured by my daughter and the tea and coffee were good also. The other items on the menu looked great so we had to return for lunch during the week, we were not disappointed first class food (peppered sauce best I have tasted) and all very reasonably priced the same quality and quantity of food in the city centre would be easily twice the price and to be honest I don't think it would be as tasty! If you are visiting the Crumlin Rd Goal or at the water works do yourself a favour and go here for food. Also the home baked cakes are outstanding also we will be making this a regular food destination, well worth the 10 minute journey out of Belfast City Centre.

Was here today there were six of us out for my daughters birthday meal can’t fault the place the staff are excellent go above and beyond and the food is second to none at a very reasonable price would highly recommend and chef Boot is happy to help with any dietary requirements needed and you can choose of the ordinary menu or the set Sunday menu so there is something to suit everyone would highly recommend and will definitely be back soon

Been here a few times before while staying with relatives who live close to this cafe! Food is really good and on this trip we have been there for breakfast & lunch. On both occasions food was really good and prices reasonable!

Called in by chance in need of breakfast and what a treat. Excellent range of breakfasts including vegetarian for me. Food all piping hot, priced very well and service staff were so pleasant and friendly. i would definitely call in again. Toilets lovely and clean, decor warm and clean lines. Liked this place and the staff a lot.

I've been coming to Sylvester's almost once a week since the beginning of this year and ordering the same meal every time - chicken curry! If the rest of the meals served at Sylvester's are as good as the chicken curry then you will be in for a treat! Now departing Belfast to live in Glasgow I would like to thank the chef for the delicious food and also the wonderful girls for their friendly & excellent customer service - service with a smile!

Had the best omelette yesterday, was perfectly cooked although the presentation was a little sloppy the food made up for it. My hubby had a fry the only thing lacking was the quality of sausage. They are clearly the same ones the use in mannys.
