Ordered cookie dough at 8:15 pm arrived at 9:52. Absolute joke. Rang 3 times and told on 3 separate occasions it was on the way. No apology offered

Order note not read. I wanted my custard in a separate tub to avoid my desert going soggy. Once arrived it was soggy. Took 1hr30mins from ordering to being delivered to rishton

I ordered over the phone, asked if there was a minimum order before coming out for delivery, the guy on other end was mumbling couldnt even speak his words, seemed not to put any effort in talking his words!!!! Either I woke him up from his sleep or hes that fed up of working there. Firstly he slammed phone down saying he didnt understand what I meant. When I call him back he didnt bother picking phone up yet I spoke to him politely and nothing happened that he had to put phone down. I just want to say to him firstly get your customer service skills in, dont know how you run a place without putting in effort to talk properly. Was trying to place an order first time here, looks it like will be the last time too!!!

Spent £22 on 3 desserts. Cookie dough was over cooked and a really small pathetic portion. Crepe was not a crepe it replicated a tortilla wrap it was that thick… please don’t sell crepes if you don’t know how to make a classic one. Crepes are wafer thin pancakes not thick horrible stiff naan looking circles. The cheesecake was obviously a shop bought bulk one that they just add toppings to. It was weak I’m not happy. Only saving grace was the ice cream. I enjoyed that

This place is a gem! Possibly the best milkshake you can get around Lancashire right now. Amazing smooth texture, does not stick in the straw but not watery either. The ice cream they use is like mcflurry really creamy. Very good value and very friendly staff. Lots of free parking outside. Fast service and nice seating too.

Juat wanna say thanks to delivery guy. It had automatically put in my adresss but for accrington and not clayton and he went to the accy one then rang me got the correcr address and then drove to clayton with it. Thanks driver

rang up twice as it stated my order had arrived but it hadnt rang again was told 5mins only yo wait longer

The foods great, the service is horrible. Staff are rude and mumble a lot can barely tell what they’re saying. Would recommend ordering online to avoid the horrible staff cuz the food is really good!

We ordered 2 milkshakes for collection and were unable to go inside as it was very cold. We asked the man if someone could bring it out to the car and they were very accomodating. Took payment from the car and the drinks were out shortly after. We ordered one Thirsty Feast and one milkybar milkshake. The presentation was 10/10 and the milkshakes were delicious. Would definitely order again. Such chivalry.

Ordered 2 milkshakes and politely asked if they could bring it outside, and they had no issue with that. Anas was a perfect gentleman when giving us the milkshakes. Will definitely be coming back, as the service and food is amazing. You can’t go wrong!

Wow very impressed. Lovely cake and milkshakes. delivery driver had left cream by accident genuine mistake I said it was fine and they still turned up with it and also a cake as an apology, definitely wasn’t needed but what a lovely gesture. Our new favourite

Milkshakes were great! Delivery driver was polite and friendly. Kids loved their treat only slight niggle was the amount sauce in the skittles one made it sickly sweet but not a major deal I’ll just avoid that next time Thankyou

Delivery took an hour and a half and the skittles shake didn't have 1 skittle on it, it was like a plain shake with a little red sauce and blue sauce drizzled on it.

Always lovely and cooked perfectly. i am not sure what type of ice cream it is but it is absolutely amazing, soft and creamy and the cookie dough and the waffle was amazing. always the best.

Crepe was a little rubbery and cold, could be that it was over 20 minutes late even though i ordered a set time over an hour in advance and JustEat showed it as being delivered...

As I was playing £6.50 I was expending a decent amount of cookie dough the portion was disgraceful and was paper thin absolute waste of money.

When I got home to eat my waffle there was no scope of ice cream on both waffles and we ordered and extra scope as well but only received one out the two scopes

The order was reported delivered on JustEat and it says Delivered enjoy your food and the order wasn’t yet delivered . I thought it was delivered to the wrong address. We received the order at 21:35

Cookie dough was great, really hit the spot. Why are the strawberries on the waffles sliced? Like really thin slices… kinda ruins the mouth feel of eating a chocolate and strawberry waffle… it’s giving low quality. also the chocolate sauce mixed with the Belgian just makes the case worse.
