The foods great, the service is horrible. Staff are rude and mumble a lot can barely tell what they’re saying. Would recommend ordering online to avoid the horrible staff cuz the food is really good!

Cookie dough was cold and milkshake was completely wrong, wrong flavour and whipped cream on milkshake even though it was ordered without. Such a shame as it's usually really good

We ordered 2 milkshakes for collection and were unable to go inside as it was very cold. We asked the man if someone could bring it out to the car and they were very accomodating. Took payment from the car and the drinks were out shortly after. We ordered one Thirsty Feast and one milkybar milkshake. The presentation was 10/10 and the milkshakes were delicious. Would definitely order again. Such chivalry.

Ordered 2 milkshakes and politely asked if they could bring it outside, and they had no issue with that. Anas was a perfect gentleman when giving us the milkshakes. Will definitely be coming back, as the service and food is amazing. You can’t go wrong!

Wow very impressed. Lovely cake and milkshakes. delivery driver had left cream by accident genuine mistake I said it was fine and they still turned up with it and also a cake as an apology, definitely wasn’t needed but what a lovely gesture. Our new favourite

Milkshakes were great! Delivery driver was polite and friendly. Kids loved their treat only slight niggle was the amount sauce in the skittles one made it sickly sweet but not a major deal I’ll just avoid that next time Thankyou

they didn't even start to make it untill I rang up to complain that it was late

My food hasn’t come and the shop will not answer the phone !!!!!

Delivery took an hour and a half and the skittles shake didn't have 1 skittle on it, it was like a plain shake with a little red sauce and blue sauce drizzled on it.

My food still hasn’t come? Was meant to be here 21:55 - 22:15. It’s now nearly 11pm and nothing.

Said food delivery would be 21:50-22:10 now 22:30 and still nothing arrived?

the order was late by 30 minutes but it was worth the wait it tasted absolutely delicious

Always lovely and cooked perfectly. i am not sure what type of ice cream it is but it is absolutely amazing, soft and creamy and the cookie dough and the waffle was amazing. always the best.

paid for marshmallows with the 2 crepes and got no marshmallows :(

Crepe was a little rubbery and cold, could be that it was over 20 minutes late even though i ordered a set time over an hour in advance and JustEat showed it as being delivered...

delivery driver had no change then went shop and gave me wrong change not happy !

As I was playing £6.50 I was expending a decent amount of cookie dough the portion was disgraceful and was paper thin absolute waste of money.

Cookie dough was great, really hit the spot. Why are the strawberries on the waffles sliced? Like really thin slices… kinda ruins the mouth feel of eating a chocolate and strawberry waffle… it’s giving low quality. also the chocolate sauce mixed with the Belgian just makes the case worse.

Best dessert shop in town, incredible food and customer service is always exceptional as always. Would definitely recommend.

Worst dessert place i have ever tried, i’ve ordered once before and the sundae was okay, today i ordered apple crumble, sticky toffee pudding and cornflake tart, all with custard, and a brownie cookie dough which came with ice cream. the cornflake tart and the cookie dough itself was okay, but everything else was appalling. the ice cream somehow tasted chemically, there was no crumble on the apple crumble, just the apple, if there was then there was little to none, the sticky toffee pudding was like a stale fruit cake with a weird sauce on top

The food was absolutely delicious when it came and still really warm. The only issue was the portion size? The cake slice wasn’t a full slice which was disappointing for the price and the cookie dough was minimal aswell. Very unfortunate because the taste was spot on.

the food was late the app showed delivered saying enjoy your food but it still wasent here because of this it was cold it's not acceptable I had my grandchildren over and they were excited such a let down

Food ALWAYS exceptionally good. I will only order from here for my desserts (which I do, a lot). Could not recommend more. Waffles are gorgeous, I’ve had my of the different types and absolutely demolished them all. My fav place ever. Always warn and fresh (I love two towns away). 11/10 best place for a sweet treat🫶🏼✨

There was an error with my order when it was delivered so called up the restaurant and they offered me a replacement to be delivered. There was an apology from them and have to say, the delivery time for the replacement was fantastic! Great customer service 👏 many thanks to the Swirlz team for rectifying the error so promptly. Amazing waffle too! 😋

Most desert places are a rip off now and this is no exception store brought ice cream sold for £1.75 a scoop. Mediocre desert you can make at home instead.

The food was lovely. Think the driver got lost and couldn't find us. Then he forgot our ice crwm Sunday, however he went back to his car and got it. Would definitely order again
