I would have given this 0 stars if I had the option Awful experience ordered of Uber eats mixed up the receipt with a different order then when we rang them they weren’t understanding what we were trying to say and then had the audacity to blame it on the Uber driver when there the ones who mixed up the receipt and gave days old food!! The desert I ordered was a cookie dough instead I got a waffle which was stale as anything and the whipped cream was off and stunk! awful experience never ordering from this place again horrible customer service and employers!

Cookie dough usually nice from here but this time was disappointing, was over cooked and ice cream was melted on arrival

cooki dough was hot kids really enjoyed it would recommend sweet treats to my friends 🧡

It says delivered but no food has turned up????

Absolutely disgusted, waffles tasted like they had come out the freezer and warmed up, tasted very stale couldn't eat it.Milkshakes where watery merswell of been milk.

The place is comfortable and the presentation is really cute. The service can be better tho

Milkshake was the best I’ve ever ordered, had lots of flavour. Waffle was lovely and a good size. Delivered on time, will definitely order again.

Rainbow cake didn’t have icing on it. It was a watered down sugary glaze and covered with sprinkles, so not recommended! Milkshakes are nice but the price doesn’t reflect the pictures (no sauce on cup edge, no cream) sticky toffee pudding is not fresh! It’s In a tub with no heating instructions! Sweet treats you were once the best for desserts, severely let down by this order!

Ordered a milkshake and waffle for delivery quick, efficient and lovely. We read some awful reviews after placing the order and was very apprehensive but really enjoyed it!

First time we've ordered and we will definitely not be ordering again. Delivery driver was rude, an item were missing, cakes we're stale and tiny for the price. When I called to ask about the missing item, the lady that answered could barely hear me due to back ground noise and I was told it was upto an hour wait for delivery of my missing item, that I'd already paid for.

Delivery time was between 20:25 and 20:45 was on thank you for your order the whole time until 20:45 when it went into enjoy your food and there was no food to enjoy

Couldn’t find the address then pretty much shoved the milkshakes into the house as he didn’t like the dog and the milkshakes soaked me and the floor. Was devastated

Cold and hard/stale waffles. The Strawberries tasted out date and they were mushy. The waffles used to be standard size now they’re small portion.

I ordered two cookie dough with ice cream. Cookie dough is meant to be as it says “dough” this was as thin as a biscuit, burnt and could have snapped it in half. Terrible, waste of money

honestly im so disappointed,food came with cookie dough missing, called in and was on hold for 15mns to be told it would be an hour 15 mns to get it delivered because they forgot ,came an hour later rock hard,cold couldnt eat it. the apple crumble dessert came ice cold in a plastic cup like the ones shop bought and tasted awful. never ordering again.

Literally love this place order when i can love it arrives on time

Both items we ordered come cold. The cornflake cake felt like it had just come out the freezer . They never sent the custard for the cake, when I rang up the manager was rude. He stated the cake doesn’t come with custard but the menu says it does and every time I’ve ordered before it has. She wasn’t interested in rectifying the situation. Won’t be ordering again!

My food was delivered to the house next door. My neighbour took it and then I got a call from sweet treats saying the neighbour is willing to return it to me. I was very confused. So then my neighbour knocked on mu door and gave me my dessert

0 stars ordered crumble got sent microwaveable one 1.50 for 2 in asda

Only early cos it was microwaveable cakes

Music is way too loud The worst waffles I have ever had They’re not fresh, not cooked Reheated waffles

Received half of waffle which consistency seamed very thick It was cold The crepe was ok . I have made better myself And won’t be shopping there no more

The lemon sprinkle cake was stale, old and out of date. It tasted bad

Delicious old schools deserts. However this meal was £7. This is very expensive and won't return

ordered just after 8pm, order was late by 2 hours, rang multiple times, staff assured it had been sent out, rang back an hour and half later as it still wasn’t here and staff said it hadn’t been sent out yet and they will send it out now. staff rude on phone, offered no compensation, won’t be ordering from here again, very bad experience, my kids were waiting for it and they have had to go to bed as they are at school in the morning!

The milkshakes were fine and in good condition

Something hot wad put ontop of one of the cream type things in one of the pots and it curdled. Was not nice. Other than that it wad nice

This company is a joke. Do not order from this company. I placed my order on their website and made a payment. The order went through and they took the payment from my bank. I rang them up an hour later to ask where my order was and the lady said that their website is down, so I will not be receiving my order but they are happy enough to take the payment now I have to wait a few days to receive my money back. Score 0 from me place needs closing down

All the items were fully melted upon arrival and ad to be binned. The restaurant had shut by the time it was delivered so i was u able to call. I contacted just eat and was not offered any type of refund my order was over £20 very disappointed

If I could this place a 0 I would. Because I waited 45 minutes for a burnt waffle after my kids finished theirs and they had to wait as well but my food was really burnt and smelled like it as well. I had to stop eating it.

On the menu it says the waffle comes with ice cream, there was no ice cream at all! And the waffle was so hard! Phoned the restaurant they told me to microwave it and when I mentioned the ice cream they hung up! Absolutely disgusting and won’t be using this service again!

Appalling Service, ordered a waffle as it says comes with ice cream. Waffle came with no ice cream and it was absolutely rock solid. When I phoned the lady on the phone told me to put in the microwave and they don't come with ice cream. When I said it says it does on the menu she hung up the phone! Will not be ordering again!

Order on valentines day for having some nice dessert in evening time with wife. And it was epic fail. Lol Opend box and feels like sweet treats joke with us. Ready-made waffle 🧇 That I can buy from tesco 6 for £2 easily. Best thing is, they burned that Ready-made waffle too.😁 I have no option to give starts in minutes but giving 1 star only. Extremely disappointed. Never ever going to get anything from sweet treats .

Took nearly 45 mins to be delivered from it leaving the shop. Being a ice cream sundae you can imagine how it arrived - a pool of liquid!

The amount I paid for the slice of cake is absolutely shocking and the cornflake tart wouldn't ever get from here again absolute joke for the prices

Ordered 2x Coffee Ice Creams & Got chocolate?

Waited nearly 2 hours for half a portion of icecream, when I called to ask what happened I was told new staff is the problem I'll speak to the manager and call you back, that was and hour ago. So I'm guessing no call back. Please don't waste your time, energy or your money go somewhere else!

if i could give this place a 0 i could i ordered 3 milkshakes 1 was basicially all gone it was all spilt in the bag the other 2 were half gone it took 1hr and 45mins and wasn’t worth the money or the wait i would not recommend this place!

Horrendous service Hour and a half late Ice blasts were practically melted Custard spilt all inside the bag And the dog wouldn't even touch the cake. Wouldn't use again.

Food was awful, crepe was all smushed to one side and was dry / undercooked. Custard leaked.

First and last order. Milkshake was all over the inside of the bag. Replacement still not received, doesn’t look good for this business at all reading other reviews. Staff tell you replacement coming and just don’t bother. Don’t waste your time or money here

i love sweet treats, and just eat!

The food was cold the ice blasts where melted and the delivery driver had rang me trying to tell me that he couldn’t find the house knowing fine well I had watched him go past when I gave him a clear explanation on what house it was and my food took about 2 or 3 hours to come. Very disappointed

Brilliant desserts like usual! Easily best for sundaes and reasonably priced

The most disgusting place to have a dessert. Ice cream looked off and texture was so horrible that I left it after one spoon . Never again All desserts selection looked off and sitting there for months. I felt sick after one spoon

food was never delivered, after 4 phone calls to the restaurant we were told each time that it had left the restaurant at 7pm, i am writing this review at 9pm and still have no food. if it does turn up it will be freezing

Orders at 8.30pm with a 60-65 minute wait phoned at 10.30pm as Just eat had said delivered was informed they had to put delivered or Just Eat don't allow anymore orders through. Food arrived at 11pm cold ice cream melted

Came over an hour late, customer service was absolutely terrible. Will never order again!
