Really disappointed, ordered a crepe it was very dry, had very little sauce on top, the ice cream was completely rock hard and still had ice on it, Also ordered the Ferrero Rocher cheesecake, biscuit was soggy and tasted dead! Never ordering again!

The food was immaculate along with the service provided. The staff were so welcoming and friendly! I ordered my food and had it with me couple of minutes late regardless of the shop being busy! I would definitely recommend this to family and friends! One of the best dessert shops I have been to

I had the kinder bueno waffle with strawberries which was delicious. My wife had the pancakes with Nutella sauce sprinkled with nuts, it was nice but I got some strawberries to go with it afterwards.

Irresistibly GOOOD. Too good in fact. Highly recommended. The lighting can change, gives me a headache, puts me off sitting in but that DOES NOT detract from the deliciousness of what is on offer.

First time here, nice little shop with good selection of desserts. Good service and the dessert was delicious 😋 definitely worth a visit go check them out!

Nachos were fine but didn't get the Luxury hot choc

Asked for the order to be delivered at 9pm it arrived 10 minutes later. When the dessert arrived the waffle was ruined and messy. The cookie dough was very sweet and again very messy. Usually have a great experience but unfortunately not tonight.

I ordered 2 scoops of gelato. First, it took so long for it to come all my friends finished before mine had come. Second, they gave me the wrong flavour (what if I was allergic?) third, the menu is outdated so they charged me extra. Finally the icecream had chunks of ice in it so it wasn’t even enjoyable or worth it. I don’t mean to sound like a Karen or anything but I only really write reviews when I’m very dissatisfied about a service and to warn some other people. My friends ordered the waffles and it looked lovely so probably just got unlucky/ gelato probably isn’t popular there.

The milkshakes, pancakes and crepes are lovely! The staff are lovely and the place is generally quiet. It's small and seems to mainly be used for orders/ take away. It could probably do with a bit more life inside. If you get an Uber Eats order at busy hours, it can arrive late so better you order and collect (if you can). It will cost you a lot less too. The other downside is that it only seems to be open for a few hours a day, even on the weekend, which I find interesting. They open around 5/6pm and I would have thought they would get more business on the weekends but they must have their reasons.

The Rocher cookie dough just had nuts on it.

Drivers taking Multiple orders is causing the food to turn up damaged and spilled. Milkshake arrived emptied all inside the bag because the drivers carelessness.

There was little banana on my waffle and what was ment to be on the waffle was stock to the top of the box with the little bit of Nutella that was on it it came to me in an absolute disgusting way I was very disappointed we'll not be ordering again

We always love sweeet shack waffles and staff is very good , always eat when ever come in Harrow .

Ice cream was melted and cookie dough not as warm

My item quality was shocking, I received a 2 oreo bite waffles and an oreo milkshake. My oreo milkshake spilt all over my two waffles and i was very dissatisfied. For this, I would like a full compensation or legal action will be taking place.

When we went at sweet shack , cookie dough was too yummy and looks nice but when we ordered on Uber eats its not packed nicely and not good.

I went here yesterday at 6pm, the customer service was terrible! Staff were extremely rude, and we dropped one of our ice creams, and we still had to pay, and they didn’t even give us a new cone!

One of the best oreo milkshake I ever had, compared to other desert shops the large oreo milkshake the size and price is awesome also the taste. One thing I need to mention is that staff is really helpful when we selecting the items, highly recommended to anyone want to try milkshakes and definitely come back for sure.

As usual I always enjoy waffles but it was not hot or warm just slightly warm that was the only down fall. I have had waffles before & they come nice and hot normally, anyway it was packed well as usual. So still will be ordering in future...

The cookie dough was too thin most places these sort of cookies are thicker or even if it's thin, it's normally bigger. Waffle's are thick and I should have ordered 1 of those like last time. The Orange sorbet was lovely, the middle of the cookie was nice and hot the rest was warm so it was ok just the edges & sides where cold. Overall I was disappointed very much with cookie but enjoyed the sorbet.

Amazing waffles I swear down and staff lovely people and the lady with hijab lovely person to talk to would recommend to anyone in South Harrow

Honestly the whole experience was amazing the milkshake was so creamy the crape and the cookie dough were perfectly cooked and were amazing me and my partner had a great time and our taste buds were in heaven. Better than cremes and haute dolci. Such a good price for what you get and the staff are amazing and so helpful. I highly recomend this place is so under rated. Will for sure come again.

the food was amazing. This place is better than all the other dessert places. Great food and overall the service was amazing. The dessert place has good prices for good quality desserts. I rate this place a 10000 out of 10. I definitely will be coming back. Best desserts ever.

My niece and I decided to try this place out late last night. She ordered bubblegum milkshake and I ordered Canadian crepes. Absolutely delicious! Service was perfect, very friendly and welcoming. Staff here are such nice people. It was a pleasure to be here.

my family and I got some strawberry and banana waffles with milk chocolate, they were lovely. smooth chocolate and fresh fruit is the perfect topping. will definitely order again!

Good customer service, they always wash their utensils if you mention an allergy. Solid Prep milkshakes 😁 Could do with choc syrup though, other dessert places always use syrup.

Daughter had oreo chocolate crepe, delicious. Friendly staff, nice and clean. Recently had vanilla milkshakes, delicious. Zoe served us and was very friendly.

Waffles with strawberry & Banana. The presentation is a little messy on delivery. I would suggest putting the sauce in a separate container for the customer to add themselves. As I find its too much for me, making it very sickly sweet. The waffle dough needs to be cooked for another minute as it's quite pale in colour and very doughy to eat. Once these 2 areas are addressed, it will be a 5 star from me.

Crepe tasted funky, tasted like cleaning spray as if the hot plate was just cleaned then used.

Extremely rude staff member named Shruti/Esha (she gave a different name when I asked for her name), refused to swap one flavour ice cream despite being told of an allergy, wanted to charge us extra to switch from vanilla to chocolate despite us already paying £15 for 2 sundaes! Should be very easy to just swap one flavour for another but she made it seem like the most complicated thing in the world! She refused to swap one scoop for the other unless we paid extra, then hung up and cancelled the order. Definitely avoid! Won't be ordering from there again will stick to Treatz instead!

Freshly baked large enough for two. Waffles with strawberries and bananas with added scoop of strawberry and cream icecream. Was amazing.

The icecream was spilled out all in the bag and the waffles are cold I’m not ordering from here again I’m very disappointed

Best selection of desserts in the area

I asked to mix fererrro and peanut butter Reece together and they did it in an instant and it was a banger.

The ice cream was not soft serve but came frozen solid in a plastic tub. We couldn’t eat it because it didn’t melt in time and when it did it was very watery. The waffle was good and fresh but disappointed with the hard ice cream.

loved this place...I popped in to get out of the rain, spent over an hour and 2 milkshakes later... the milkshakes were so yummm I had a strawberry one and then a mint aero one both delicious... sorry only got 1 pic... this is the strawberry. . it looks icy but it's not its made with soft serve icecream .. I highly recommend

A really great dessert shop with great customer service from the staff. My requests in regards to my order were met. I ordered a cookie dough with fererro and an oreo milkshake. The order came to my table promptly. The cookie dough was really soft and tasted good with the soft serve ice cream. The size of the regular milkshake was large for its size for starters. It was thick and had the right amount of oreo. Thanks to Meena, Yusuf and Shiuli for taking care of me.

We ordered 2x desserts. One came within 5min & the other 20min later. My boyfriend finished his food before mine even came. Other people received their dessert while I was still waiting. Past the point of even wanting to eat the food. Not happy & this is the 1st and last time we’ll be coming here😶

The cream & Strawberry cheesecake was ridiculously small and tired looking. Not worth the price tag we paid for it, and will not be eating from this place again. Have pics to upload if needed.

Just took my kids there. They loved it. Even my wife who is not a big desert fan said it was good quality ice cream. Even big portions for the price. The only thing I am worried about is it is very quiet there I really hope they stay in business. We will be going there again.

The crepe was not cooked properly tasted very bad

Awful place. If you have an issue with your order they don´t know how to deal with it. Avoid. They sent us the wrong order and I called them to tell them and they told me to just speak with just eat to get a refund. When we spoke with just eat, we had to open a process for a refund (send photos etc) which was devious. We call the restaurant again to just ask them if they could send us the right order instead of the refund and they said that they got our order again and they will sent it. It never arrived. 4 days later I have part of my refund and the rest of the money from the delivery in just eat credit, so, I am pretty upset with the situacion.

I have been going to sweet shack for a few months now, Jasmin has always made the whole family feel welcome and she is a very diligent worker and sat us down swiftly. The food was heavenly and will continue coming to sweet shack for our desserts and milkshakes are by fast the best! Thank you Jasmin for always being a smile to our faces!

Ice creams and waffle taste stale!

The milkshake was literally upside down. We tried to contact the restaurant but they said they were too busy. The waffles were great though!

We always go to south harrow to help the local business and sweet shack is definitely the local dessert business we will be supporting. The young girl jasmine was really accommodating and really looked after us well. She always has a lovely smile on and it’s definitely the highlight of the experience when you’re served in a kind and warming manner. Well done jasmine.

I never received my order very annoying

I ordered a oreo biscoffi waffle and biscoffi cookie dough. The waffle was not cooked through at all and the biscoffi cookie dough did not look appetising. I ordered this in a shop called The Dessert Lounge London(207 Edgware Rd, London NW9 6LP) and was 10 times better than this. Would never buy again. Wish I could upload a photo to show but it is not allowing me.

Good deserts, ice creams and waffles. One feedback was that the espresso was warm instead of piping hot. Enjoyed the visit overall.

Didn’t read the instructions I asked for chocolate sauce instead of strawberry but got strawberry and I asked for one with no cream but got cream on both .

I had asked for a crepe and got a waffle, I'm disappointed at this point since the previous time I have ordered from here the crepe I had ordered had chocolate on it but it was very messy on the edges of the box I am very annoyed!

Terrible how am I paying this much for it, their wasn’t any chocolate it is cold (like really cold ) you can tell this was made a few hours ago. Shameful I could make this myself for cheaper and more quality. Disappointing

WOW! I ordered 4 different types of waffles and some cookie dough from Sweet Shack off Uber Eats..... the waffles were the best we’ve ever tasted anywhere!!! They arrived so quickly, very fresh and extremely tasty! We couldn’t get enough of how amazing the desserts were and couldn’t believe how beautiful presented, packaged and fresh they were. A lot of heart & creativity went into them and it did not go unnoticed .... highly recommend this place (especially the waffles!)

Tiny, and I mean tiny cakes. Nachos were completely flavourless!
