Sweet Caroline's in West Lindsey

Ordered online, took my money and wasn’t even open! This was October 2023. Placed an order online and it processed as if they were making the deserts and even told us when it was ready to collect

We visited here recently whilst visiting Gainsborough area, deciding to have drinks and desserts. I chose, a flat white, with having to wait a very long time considering how little people were present, & already served. For desserts we had a unicorn sundae, which tasted & looked great. We also had a banana, & caramel waffle, with it being very undercooked. Again, we waited over the 20 minutes for the desserts arrive!

Just what we was after. As we approached with all the shops around boarded up we was worried. How the food was spot on and the services prompt. It was very clean and well run. Well done.

What a lovely place and in Gainsborough! Very impressed. Used the app to order easily. Staff were polite and made a point of delivering each order to the correct person. My gluten free waffle was a treat. Lovely and clean. Even a lift to very clean toilets. Would definitely recommend and will go again

I have visited twice this week with my grandson who is visiting with me, what a little gem in Gainsborough. First impressions are of a clean, beautifully furnished, candy coloured ice cream parlour with outside seating too. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the choice of menu was great, with everyone being able to eat whatever they wanted by having a choice of base, toppings, sauces, sprinkles etc. I succumbed and had a Mint Choc milk shake which was so tasty. My grandson has had a selection of desserts on this and previous visits and was pleased with all. A previous review mentioned an app but I personally think table service may be better as for those without their phones attempting to remember what base/toppings/sauces etc whilst standing at the counter is a nightmare, especially if ordering for more than one person. That aside we will definitely be back and hope more people support this lovely family business.
