Lovely place to visit and the views are superb.

Pleasant views and a lot of history in the area. Restaurants and bars, shops to visit. Easily entertain yourself for a day here

Only here overnight but great facility's

Superb location, very sheltered location. Friendly staff. Even helped with mooring. Location is fabulous. Safe place to stay. Quite pricey though.

Lots of places to sit and enjoy the comings and goings in the harbour, whilst enjoying a drink or something to eat.

Wel protected harbour, in a nice part of Plymouth.

Safely behind the lock, there is no swell at all. Good resting. Facilities are good. Bit expensive but value for money.

Miller & Carter meal was exceptional. Plenty of parking and very pleasant staff. Extremely popular by the look of it, so book ahead if you can.

Plymouth's fishing and mooring facilities, located to the south of the city, historically this is a very famous harbour with a strong naval heritage.

The Barbican is a fascinating old part of the city. Beautiful to walk around. Sutton Harbour Ltd on the other hand are the vilest of companies. Destroy is their motto.... Anything for profit. And they go from bad to worse.

Wow was für eine Hafenmeile! Ich habe leider nur 2 Nächte hier übernachtet. Die Gegend um das historische Hafengelände bietet schöne Restaurants, Bar, und Vergnügungsmöglichkeiten. Die Hafenmeile erinnert mich ein bisschen an den berühmten "Nyhavn" in Kopenhagen. Die Sonnenuntergänge sind hier besonders schön, wenn kein Wind geht und das Wasser die Boote spiegelt.

Really grotty and ill maintained. Not helped by a group of drunkards milling about mid-afternoon.

Love the Harbour has a meal outside at Miller & Carter. Great steak watched the goings on.

A great weekend of swashbuckling fun for young or old at Pirates Weekend, held around the Historic Barbican harbour. There were two Tall ships go aboard The Pilgram and The Olga. Beautiful vessels they were, weather was beautiful plenty to do ,listen to live music mainly sea shanties,lots of pirates around as you would expect,adults love dressing up after all we are big kids at heart.

A great place to shelter from bad weather. Very close to the centre of Plymouth. The bonus is you get to go through a lock

Visited this area for a birthday meal nearby. The harbour side with the many places to eat are great with a great view of all the boats and birds.

Nice area to have a stroll around just off Plymouth Barbican, some excellent restaurants for a bite overlooking the marina.

A must if you visit Plymouth, great views of the harbour and superb restaurants a place to sit and enjoy a meal with family, we visited miller & carter service first class and meal great value. £205 for 5 people with drinks.

We as a family visited Miller and carters for a birthday meal. It never fails to impress us. Great service and excellent food .

The food was so tasty, the price was great value. Our waitress was so attentive. Good vegetarian options.

I was here for our Sadler and Starlight Rally and given a nice berth at A9 which was little difficult to get into but I had been shown the way by a very helpful young man by the name of Corey who was in his work boat. With his experience, he and another gent warped Serena into this berth which was only a few steps away from the Services block. It was a good, sheltered calm position.

Nice place. Vibrant and very busy on weekends. Good choices of restaurants and boutique shops.

Just love it, although hugely disappointed that they have changed the name of the China House.

Unfortunately, on my visit, it was low tide. This revealed the true picture of man's destruction of nature, with plastic waste everywhere.

Lots of nice boats moored here...some that looked sad and unloved...why would you spend all that money on a boat and it's moorings and not use it...

We regularly visit this mcdonalds and the food is great most staff in there are lovely and make you feel at ease

Beautiful place for a walk, the scenery is incredible moreover there are restaurants around with delicious food (and amazing local seafood restaurants). Perfect place to visit if you are in Plymouth also the shopping centre is not far from here

Lovely area Marina great for a wander to the Barbican Go the long way round the Aquarium for a walk avoiding the shops and restaurants. Sutton Harbour could do with a few more bars & restaurants to give it a better vibe

A chill area with couple of places to dine. Plenty of car park everywhere but it does get packed in the evening. View is good and you can go for a nice romantic walk

Brilliant Marina, wonderful staff, excellent location, in fact, one of the best Marinas I have visited anywhere! If it wasn't for the high price, this would be 5 Star Plus.

Lovely place. Full of fast food shops.

The view is always jaw dropping, can't be bored there. Also, our favourite fish and chips shop is there, we can have takeaway every day 😊
