Order took nearly 2 to get to me?? The delivery driver was honest with me and said the order was taken to the wrong adress, which is fine, things like that happen. The problem I had was that everytime I rang the restaurant I was told 'soon' '5 minutes' instead of just being told the truth?? I had to ring them 4 times and STILL the only person who was honest was the delivery driver. The food wasn't even warm anymore. Awful service from the restaurant.

This would have been a 1 star as I was not happy with delivery time. Luckily your driver was kind and expressed his genuine apologies and provided me free prawn crackers as a gesture of good will, the food was great. Originally was meant to receive the food between 18:05 - 18:25 but it came after 18:50. When I called the restaurant I was told 15-20 mins to receive on two occasions and on the second occasion I was told "sorry and that the driver was already on his way.", clearly brushed off by the employee on the phone who didn't sound like he cared at all and he said that I won't need to call back as the driver was on his way and calling won't help, which I found rude. If you can improve the delivery time and or provide correct delivery estimates as well as look at the tuna as it was poor taste, texture and quality when I ordered previously. This place can easily receive a 4/5 star as food otherwise is great.

I never had such bad food experience. This place can’t cook at all . I had to put all the food in the bin. Don’t ever order from this place . Horrible food experience. Change the chef if you want to run the business. Don’t provide disgusting food to others.

Terrible food. The noodles were so salty that couldn't eat them. They delivered the sushi together with the hot food so the sushi came hot and soggy. Not sure what happened there but it was a horrible experience

I ordered takeaway from there and I had to request for a refund as delivery person instigated me to do so. The delivery person was not co-operative at all , however kept asking me to come outside the house and pick my delivery. When we ordered takeaway we expected to be delivered to our door and we paid extra delivery charge for it regardless whatever amount we spent on actual menu . Although  I told the delivery person about the reason behind I was unable to go outside the house, but he was rude to me and constantly threatened me as our conversation been recording!  Very disappointing and annoying customer service got from there! It just ruined my evening completely!  I will not recommend anyone to order a takeaway from there and I will not do either!

I've never had good sushi or anything remotely considered authentic except the supermarket rubbish. Had a crack at the Dragon Roll and Crazy Salmon Roll and they're both fantastic. I also got their Takoyaki Balls expecting them to by like Wagamamas Tama Squid but they were cold and not for me. Their Spring Rolls are good too. Definitely going back, excellent service and food

Salmon and tuna rolls were tasty and fresh, however the Katsu Avocado was dry and tasteless.

Sushi was tasty. However, the beef bento box and the prawn katsu bento box was a huge disappointment. There was barely any beef and it wasn't saucy or anything, very dry. The prawn was coated in some kind of vinegar - I have no idea why and we just didn't enjoy the flavour. The curry sauce wasn't how we had expected - flavour just wasn't quite there.

Excellent! I cant recommend enough how lovely and nice the food is. Food is always made fresh and tasty. Staff is excellent and they have an outstanding service. Will be ordering more often!

Terrible food. I don’t write reviews often but this was so bad I had to review. The “ramen” was vegetable stock and spaghetti with frozen green peas. Avoid at all costs. The food was also late and the staff were unhelpful. They’ve obviously paid for good reviews on here which is why they’ve been rated so high on google. It’s obvious, even the pictures look fraudulent. Google needs to crack down on these fake restaurants paying for good reviews.

It's totally not what I expect from 4.8 star, super small portions, it's not how in picture, plus tempura at all not done right, I put 2 star because taste its close to medium than worst, hope you gonna improve.

Food was very good! came 5 minutes early and the driver was very nice! will go for ramen next time though

This is not a Japanese restaurant! Dreadful food. Ramen with cheap meat, sour broth and heavily overcooked (disintegrating) noodles. Soggy tempura and smashed, grease sushi. The staff is very unhelpful. Avoid at all cost.

Sushi chef thank you for a wonderful meal,have tried sushi from all over London yours was the best. The tastes the portions perfect have recommended to friends and family can't wait to order again. Please stay put don't move anywhere
