staff were incredibly friendly, great food and atmosphere

Beautiful sushi .. but took over 2 hours for delivery I paid nearly £70 I’d like a refund or parcel one as I was told only a hour if not quicker. 😭

Hey folks, these sushi are just top-notch! Always delicious, super fresh, and delivered incredibly fast, with a personalized approach to every customer. We’ve been ordering these sushi for two years now and recommend them to everyone! We don’t know of any better sushi in London!!! 🫶

The sushi here is actually nice but the service is unacceptable. We ordered through their website (as usual) for delivery and after waiting approximately 2 hours for our food they cancelled the order at the last minute. We ordered at 7.30pm and got a cancellation email at 9.17pm. They did not even try to call or ask if we could pick up the food. No number to call to ask or anything as they were going straight to voice mail. Absolutely unacceptable and would not recommend this place at all.

Ordered food about 5pm. I was ok to wait even two hours but if food would come. After almost 3 hours Just eat said “enjoy your food” which didn’t arrive. Phone line was busy and finally someone picked up and after i asked where is my food they just put the phone down. Went to restaurant to talk to them. The lady who works there were rude. It took for me almost 2 more hours to collect my food. Came home opened the bag and realised that they didn’t even put sticks, no soya sauce no wasabi nothing at all. Order was for two people at least one of each should go with food for person. But they use to do this even before but in this situation after all waiting time and all experience they didn’t bother to do anything about that. Also it wasn’t only my experience. Plenty of people were waiting with me in the restaurant as well. Horrible service actually worst experience i had in my life. I can understand everything but not even “sorry” came out of their mouth. Use to order food here and loved it and was closing eyes on all things but sorry not after this time. Wouldn’t recommend this place anymore to nobody.

Visited the restaurant to celebrate my daughter’s birthday on 15th February. Despite the fact the all the staff was extremely tired after Valentine’s Day they went above and beyond to make sure we are in the right place. The service was excellent!!! At the end Serghei brought us the cake in the funniest and nice way that only he can do 😃 Thank you guys for being so positive, nice and professional! Keep up, you are the best!!!

Regular customer at Sushi Boom and usually really enjoy the food. However, recently orders have been turning up much later than the restaurant’s estimated time of arrival. Most recently, the food turned up 2 and a half hours late. I was promised a refund but thus far the restaurant has not refunded me the money I paid. Disappointing as this was a favourite restaurant.

An awful experience we got! Ordered sushi for St.Valentine’s day, didn’t receive anything 🤯 can you imagine? We were waiting for a few hours, they didn’t pick up the phone, didn’t answer on our massages! SO DISAPPOINTED ☹️ PEOPLE IF U HAVE SOME SPECIAL OCCASION DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE CAUSE U MIGHT GET NOTHING! DO NOT TAKE A RISK!

I made an order at 12:00 pm, pickup at 19:30, I arrived at 19:35, but my order was not yet ready and the girl who took the order did not even know about mine told me to wait 10-15 minutes and my order would be ready I came in 20 minutes later and my order is still being prepared. I ask the administrator how long before my order will be ready, they said soon, well, that's how soon it took 2 hours I waited 2 hours for my order and not only me, people who also ordered through the site also waited 1-2 hours The administrator made a discount of £20 But everything would have been fine if I hadn't come home and when I started to eat the sushi I realised that the rice was not cooked, that is, part of the rice was raw and I was very outraged by the service and the food they served Also, people who sat and waited for their order to sit in the restaurant waited 40-60 minutes for their order IF YOU CAN'T COPE WITH THE ORDERS, JUST DON'T TAKE THEM IF YOU KNOW THAT YOU DON'T HAVE TIME AND DON'T PREPARE THE FOOD YOUR FOOD CAN MAKE A PERSON SICK

Fantastic food and service!! Highly recommend!

I have eaten here many times and loved it but this time was horrible. I made an order for pick up, you can see the order was clearly rushed. I ordered tokyo rolls and got something with egg(which I hate), the sushi were so unevenly cut, filling was extremely un proportional it seems as if they just threw everything together and rolled. I understand the order was close to closing time but you shouldn’t have pick up available at this time if you will rush the order.

Sushi Boom London exceeded all my expectations! The sushi was absolutely incredible – the rolls were massive, loaded with fresh, high-quality salmon, and every bite was bursting with flavor. The baked sushi, in particular, was something out of this world – rich, creamy, and simply divine. The presentation and attention to detail were fantastic. This is hands down the best sushi I’ve had in London. Highly recommend to all sushi lovers!

The sushi is just so Delish. I decided to come in and eat rather than order online. A lovely experience. Both recommended sushi was wonderful and tasty. Lovely service and quick service. Lots of online orders going on as well so you can tell it is a popular place.

I ordered food via Uber eats and waited for an hour and my food did not show up. I called the restaurant who informed me that the food was not even prepared due to system problems with Uber and they will prepare it now and send as soon as, I waited for another hour and called again only to be told that there is nothing they can do but the driver should be on his way. Service was disappointing and so inconvenient, I eventually got my food 2.5 hours later. The food generally was nice but the experience was terrible.

Came here with my boyfriend, we were greeted by a lovely member of stuff called Alina who was very helpful when it came to food choice and polite overall. We ordered a chicken soup which had a lovely rich taste. Prawns and the Dream Island set which had very high quality fish and was very good aver all. As a massive sushi fan I don’t always find good places that meet my expectations however Sushi Boom will become my “go to” place. I highly recommend it to any sea food fan as they have a wide variety of food food. It was quick and the staff was very respectful 🫶🏻

Absolutely LOVED everything ! the fried duck gyoza were so juicy, my partner loved his tempura crab roll and I relished my jalepeno roll ! the new menu is a BIG GREEN FLAG :)))

I love this place, every time I wanna order sushi, I get it from here. Definitely recommend and to top it all off, they gave me my first ever Mochi and it honestly made my night!

Sushi Boom was excellent for trays of sushi. We opted for the ocean set. All pieces were fresh and flavourful. Lots of sushi ginger and extras supplied. Will definitely go back.

I had a very bad experience with the delivery driver, Roman. He was extremely rude, kept on saying “door is closed” and did not let me explain anything like if he presses the door I can open the door or the concierge can let him in. He kept telling me to come down. I am ordering Uber eats only when I don’t feel like going outside and he makes me come downstairs. When I placed the order, I informed them that I live in a flat and expected the food to be delivered to my door, as all other Uber Eats drivers do that. However, this driver rudely insisted that I come downstairs to collect it. On top of that, the delivery was late—almost an hour instead of the promised 30 minutes. Not only was he late, but his attitude and refusal to deliver to my door made the experience even worse. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially when I chose delivery for convenience. Please address this issue, as it reflects poorly on your service.

Me and my daughter are big sushi lovers, we probably have tried any sushi which deliver to us but once we found sushi boom we are not looking any more. Their sushi are the tastiest, frensh and nice. And the huge choice, I've never seen in any other sushi restaurant in London. And an additional.star for the delivery, these guys make me smile every time, such a positive attitude!

Family of 4 had a starter, mains and mocktails. Gayoza Raymen is good. Tried baked platter on owner’s advice. Ingredients were changed to accommodate all request. If you are looking for bespoke shushi please visit. Friendly staff, very attentive and quick service. Food is Halal and good quality. Thoroughly enjoyed a cosy dinner on a weekday. If you like fusion WARM shushi definitely try the sets. Thank you for two sets of complementary Mochi.

Wonderful place! I especially want to highlight the excellent service — our waitress, Alina, was very attentive and helped us choose the perfect dishes. All the sushi was fresh and delicious, with perfectly balanced ingredients. We particularly enjoyed the salmon rolls — incredibly tender! The service was quick, the atmosphere cozy, and the prices quite reasonable. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this spot to anyone who appreciates quality Japanese cuisine!

Don’t bother coming to this place. Google says it opens at 11am. Got there - on the door it says the restaurant wasn’t open until 12pm. Came back just after 12pm. A male staff member saw us walk in and then he went into the back. No greeting, nothing. We sat there for over 25 minutes. No one came out to serve us. We rang the bell on the bar/front desk numerous times and could hear staff in the kitchen laughing and yet, no one came out to serve us. Ended up leaving. This place is absolutely ridiculous. The worst customer service I have experienced. Will not be returning.

We felt so nice and welcome after Roman the barman and waiter seated us. He was so polite and friendly and the food arrived fast and was good. Me and my husband enjoyed. Also the Pornstar Martini made by Roman was so tasty too. For me, Sushi Boom is the best sushi in London and I tried so many.

Unfortunately, 1st time I am unhappy with some of the freshness of the food. I ordered on Saturday sushi came fast ,but not fresh as usually. Yesterday, I had to throw away a few pieces because fish was smelly what is very surpassing because in past has left we could have it on Monday evening and was fine.

I was very happy with my experience. The staff member who served was very helpful and patient whilst we decided. The food was amazing! We have been coming here for a while and it’s always the same. The best. We really recommend anyone who loves sushi to come here.
