I had dinner eating good quality sushi, made really well, on a par with that of the best Italian Chinese restaurants that I know very well. Maybe the price is slightly higher, but we are in London and we are already getting lost with the exchange rate between the pound and the euro, and then London is expensive, as we know.

Have been ordering food from here since December and it is just amazing. So pocket friendly and delicious at the same time. The food tastes even better sitting in the cozy atmosphere that they have created now.

I called the restaurant because my order was more than 25 minutes late. The staff member who answer did apologise but I was even more annoyed when told it would take another 15-20 before delivery. it would have been nice to be offered a discount for the inconvenience but nothing was offered.

Worst place ever got food poisoning from there almost die and they take orders from uber eats even when the restaurant is closed make u wait hours ...do not eat from this place

This is absolutely the best sushi I ever had in London! Today was my first time in the shop, usually I order online. Food came fast, and the staff was really friendly, and the drink with the light inside was sooo nice! The best ❤️❤️

Frankly speaking, Polite staff, average service, mediocre Food. I had lunch there with my daughter. Staff were quite nice. At first they got our order wrong we were waiting politely for my daughter’s soup, it didn’t come until we went and ask. They politely answered they forgot to add it in the system. By the time the soup came my daughter Share mine and then was quite full up, therefore we had to take it away. We ordered a platter which cost £19, but the quality was very poor the cheese bites were cold in the middle and they called it” Tempura platter “ but there were only 4 Tempura an the rest was indescribable, apart from the onions rings which I thought the were calamari until I bite through them to my surprise! When the bill came they charge us sauces! ( mayo and teriyaki), even though it was presented in the “Tempura” platter picture” It is such a shame though! Before the accident ( car run through the shop), I bought a Tom yum and it was such a pleasant experience! Today the soup was so salty and bizarre, that is how I could describe it, “ wash out” with no substance or quality. The noodles were rubbery too, yuck!!!

I love the taste and fast delivery! The quality is excellent and the prices are affordable. 🍣 I order here all the time since I live just across the street. The rolls are always packed with lots of filling. Highly recommend! 👍

I have ordered many times, and the delivery is always late. I had a horrible experience with my last order - absolutely ridiculous customer service, and the rude delivery woman took nearly two hours. I will not order from here anymore.

As a person passionate about sushi, I was totally disappointed!!! Especially the one with cream cheese, it felt like the cheapest cream cheese on the market. What impressed me was that I got a 40% discount on my order and that the courier delivered the order quite quickly!

After trying Sushi many times from other places and not liking it, I had almost given up with trying it, but I see this place and thought I'd give it 1 last try, and I must say I'm so glad I did, the food is absolutely beautiful here... by far the best Sushi I have ever had, the service is top quality and the staff are very nice and a credit to the business, the owner is a very nice man who cant do enough for you, I will be eating here on a regular basis without a doubt, so nice I ended up going back the following day for more

the food was disgusting and overpriced considering the lack of portion size. We also ordered a rice dish and was given a noodle dish instead. Called the restaurant multiple times as the delivery process was not being updated at all and never got an answer. Communication was non-existent. The driver was really nice - the only good part of the experience.

As a sushi enthusiast, my experience at Sushi Boom left much to be desired. The hot sushi with excessive cheese toppings created an unappealing and unbalanced flavor profile. Cream cheese overwhelmed most rolls, lacking traditional freshness. Trying the baked sushi was a regrettable choice; it did not align with authentic Japanese cuisine expectations. Sushi Boom's chef should reconsider the traditional sushi-making techniques for a more authentic experience.

Rotten food, taste and quality below average and definitely not worth the money. Avoid

Hello, I made a complaint on the day of this order as I was givin apple gyoza and not prawn. The restaurant said they would refund me and I’ve looked and i have been charged and no refund has came in separately can this be rectified asap. Thank you

Sushi is normally pricey, so depending on your appetite and a family of 4 , look at spending at least £75,we always do delivery,so can't comment on atmosphere. Sushi is okay , not great, my opinion. Worthwhile as a whole

Excellent quality food with not one bad dish. Would highly recommend their wok dishes if your not into sushi (both rice and noodles were nice). It's on the pricey side without the discount but honestly this place is quality and I think you get your money's worth. Great work guys! Chicken is supposed to be Halal (that's what they said when I called up).

Tick tick tick tick GLOOM! Thought we had finally found a place for sushi in Uxbridge, Sadly proven wrong by the extremely poor service and the low quality food here at Sushi Gloom. The place was cold and grim, the menus all had different pages missing so it was like a random food lottery trying to work out what to have. When it arrived- Chewy seaweed surrounds all the non-fresh tasting sushi. The edamame were overly salted and again tasted quite bland. Mostly dry sushi rice which is another sign of lack of freshness. The gyoza were also poor like they were out of a packet. Tbf the fried tofu was good, sadly the best dish took the least amount of skill in making. Add on top the poor/ non existent service and you have the perfect recipe for a “never return” scenario. Staff seem more interested in hiding in then back sorting delivery orders rather than paying any attention to people in the restaurant. I paid the service charge out of pity for them to put towards the heating bill.

Considering I live less than 10mins drive from the restaurant I was not expecting my hot food to be very cold and take quite awhile to get delivered (may be the drivers fault). Secondly you weren’t open for long and my food (noodles and rice) taste like they’re from last night. I read somewhere to not get delivery but to sit in the restaurant instead. I usually go to the restaurant and thought few bad reviews wasn’t going to deter me but here we are. Very disappointed!!

If I could I would give this restaurant 0 stars. Worst experience ever! Even 30 minutes after the latest arrival time the food still had not arrived. And when called both times, 20 minutes apart was told both times that there was an issue and the driver was leaving now. Would never trust this place again.

I had the 50 sushi tempura party, I really like the brown sauce on the sushi. But it was the extra sashimi that was amazing. It would be great if you make more ‘fishy’ sushi :), next I’m going to check out the sashimi box

Driver didn’t put in the right address! Called me shouting a different address and postcode and delivered the food at 19.20 but visited he delivered it at 18.50?

Now, if my food wasn't over 2 hours late and if it was warm at the very least, it may have tasted better. Extremely disappointed because we weren't even notified that our food was going to be late. The restaurant did update the estimated delivery time however the food arrived an hour after the latest est arrival. No apology from anyone except the driver...who couldn't even find my address even though it is written on the front of the building. If you are that busy then you should let your customers know.

Ordered chicken wings, noodles and katsu curry all was excellent and really nice! I'm not a fan of sushi in general but now I'm tempted to order it from here next time. Service was excellent too. The food was terrible. It was cold, tasted stale and nothing like what sushi should be. We felt nauseous after eating and I still don't feel great today. I would like my money back because I had to throw away most of the food, something I hate doing. I'm sorry but it was an awful experience.

Ordered from Ubereats at around 5:30pm and after we have waited for 1.5 hrs and can’t contact the restaurant, the food finally arrived. The restaurant fully refunded our order for the inconvenience. 5 stars on making things right

I always dine in. The food never disappoints, very fresh and flavorful. It's hard to find a good sushi spot and so glad I found this place. We are slowly becoming a regular. Stuff friendly, place very clean and again, food is just delicious.

No issues with the quality of the food but found it a bit disappointing that the noodles at £9 had probably a 1/3 full of the container.

I would have rate this 5 star but unfortunately, in my opinion, all rolls have too much cream cheese inside and doesn’t feel right when you eat them….

When I found out that there is sushi like in my home country in London. I fast started searching up. Where is this place. And it was in Uxbridge. First time when I came there after more than year not having normal sushi I ordered that Philadelphia and that was super delicious. I like everything there. All different rolls. I recommend you this place.
