Seriously guys I’ve been eating Chinese a lot of places but this is the untested place ever 😡😡😡🤬🤬

It’s our local and they deliver, but I only ever order the same items as it’s difficult to order from a local take away when you’re Chinese! We always order the following and are never disappointed: crispy duck with pancakes, pancake roll, salt and chilli squid and crispy noodles with veg & gravy (not on menu). We have this as a treat when we can’t get to Chinatown.

my food was late to start with but it also wasn't a complete order as my chips were missing. the food was nice to be fair but I'm not sure they can be trusted to get your order right. my chips arrived 2 hours late.

I ordered a portion of dry spare ribs for £6.20 with an add on for £1.40 of special chow mein, totaling £7.60 I expected 5 or 6 dry ribs and a little bit of chow mein. Instead I received 3/4 of a tub of chow mein with 3 ribs. Its the chow mein that was the add on NOT THE RIBS. Secondly I ordered 10 pork balls but only received 6! Will not order again.

Ordered sweet and sour with chicken balls did not receive the chicken balls

Ordered chicken noodle soup however no noodles was in it

Special fried rice tasted burnt. Pork balls were tasteless with no salt added to the pork or the dough. The dough for the pork ball was too thick and undercooked making it inedible. However my friend loved the salt & chilli pork with egg fried rice.

I love the food in this place but I am extremely irritated by the incompetence when it comes to delivery times. It's ok when you are home and the food arrives even earlier than expected, but if you order for later in the day because until then you are planning to be away or you are ordering for someone else - that is not acceptable. I ordered for 22:30 at around 20:50 because my husband was not returning home till 22:15 and we wanted to have chinese that night. Supachef added another 30 minutes to my delivery time making it 23:00 and then the food arrived 21:30 by a delivery guy that was in such a rush to leave I didn't even have time to mention that this is way too early. The food was tasty but sadly was cold by the time we were eating it. Sort it out, supachef. This isn't the first time this happened to me. The option to select what time you want the food delivered is there for a reason.

Very good food and taste very nice

The Har-Gau was perfectly steamed and not too soggy, loved the king prawn green curry as well. Food came in hot and fresh. Only let down was how long the delivery took. Still will order from here again.

Food was absolutely delicious, have ordered a few times now and yesterday was by far the best I've ever had. the fried rice has improved and was brown please keep it that way, it was lovely.

don't normally order from here but my usual place was closed well let's just say after 1 meal I think this will be my new choice food was amazing arrived on time hot and tasted Devine was a bit sceptical about curry and rice being together but actually turned out to be delicious and just the right amount cost was very much adequate for what we ordered highly recommend

As good as always and no MSG so I didn't wake up during the. night feeling like I was dying of thirst, despite having wolfed the lot... Recommended!

Asked for fried rice instead of boiled rice still hot boiled rice and it looked like mash potatos.. Chow main gave my mum the runs in the morning and the chicken wings were black and not enjoyable at all. Won't be ordering again!

This is the 5th or 6th time I have ordered from this restaurant. Each time my food has been perfect. Always deliver on time and the food is always so hot and delicious. 10/10. My favourite takeaway to date.

Really tasty Chinese, just as good if not better than my local. Good price for they quality and a fair minimum delivery cost. They also give very generous portions. Please don't change your food or prices, I will be ordering every Saturday evening :)

Very nice piping hot food with fast delivery.

I regularly order from Supachef and my regular of egg fried rice and sweet and sour chicken was amazing. However, my bf ordered 'supachef special fried rice' it looked gross, lumps of flavourless chicken and beef, (instead of being diced up) never seen a fried rice like it, he threw this away. Also, didn't get any prawn crackers (spent over £25) and to top that all of, the lid to the bottle of coca cola, was, and still is, glued shut! Please don't send out drinks with faulty lids. Anyway, despite all this I would recommend because they are usually awesome.

Prawn crackers didnt arrive until we phoned and asked them , delivery time was much longer than expected however the food was great

Fast delivery. I would order again in future

Very good. Maybe too many bean sprouts, but nothing too drastic. Would recommend the lemon chicken.

Worst Chinese I've had rice was all soggy and clumped together chow mein was dry and hademand no flavour what so ever all went in the bin

Best Chinese on just eat great portion sizes and food quality food always comes piping hot wouldn't order from any one else !

Delivered earlier than expected

Food was delicious but I ordered 10 chicken balls and only received 7 and they aren't cheap!!! So I'm not impressed with that, next time I order I will call them before to make sure this doesn't happen again

The chicken was like leather, the chips were horrible and the fish well even the cats wouldn't touch that.

Food arrived REALLY quickly and was piping hot - about 40 mins earlier than expected. I didn't like the chips, bit over done and not 'chip shop' chips and the sausage n batter tasted horrible - the batter was hard and dry. Special Fried Rice was just okay. Not like the one made by my usual place. I doubt I'll order again.

Generally food tastes really good. It really was. But i think you should put the ingredients on the menu. For example I am a vegan and I usually eat asian food because they have more veggie options. I ordered rice vermicelli noodles because they were with vegetables. But when i received my food i saw that they put eggs in it. And i couldnt eat it. So..

Its one of the best takeaway I had from Just Eat. Deliver before due time, portion was great, delivery man was nice. Price is unbeatable! Really recommended! 😊

Food nice but my soup arrived empty because the container split and it went all over the other food. And they forgot my prawn crackers which i paid for. When i asked for a refund i was told i had to return the rest of the food which id already eaten haha. Bit disappointing

The food was really tasty but there were 3 issues: It was cold. The curry and rice were in the container together. All the sauce ended up in the bottom of the carrier bag. So I ended up with dry curry flavoured rice and that's not good. Supachef.. you really need to sort your packaging out.

Food excellent. Delivery inefficient to to lack of communication, the order taker did not advise the deliveryman of my note regarding my address. I did not like the main course packaging, Polystyrene boxes rather than clear plastic containers.

Only complaint is the packaging always leaks so a lot of the curry sauce ends up in the bag it comes in. It can make the curry a little dry without it

If your looking for perfect Chinese this is the place you should order the food arrives hot and it's very tasty I order it at least twice a week because I enjoy it so much

No cutlery provided. Delivery time is excellent, 20mins considering we are 3.3miles apart. Food is edible and piping hot. Soup was a tad too salty but its still nice.

Wonton soup is a bit bland but hot and sour is great, portion sizes are generous and delivery is always on time
