Order turned up late and cold. Very disappointing

I ordered rice and chicken but I would tell you it’s horrible. It cost me £15 but I couldn’t eat it

My order was 95minutes late. I asked for my rice not to be too spicy and it was still over spiced.

This is my go to Chinese shop ever since I was a kid and let me tell you something Ming never ever misses the food is always good🫶

Chefs special egg fried rice was ok. Pork curry great. Chicken Spring rolls are great! Ribs were so tough they were inedible! As of the very tough & dry ribs I give a very generous 3 out of 5. I will order once more without any ribs as only a mastiff could partially appreciate them!

Missing item but was delivered within minutes and food is hot and tasty

I had sweet & sour chicken balls, deep fried wonton and fried mixed vegetables delivered through the alleat app. The chicken balls tasted nice, the fried vegetables were delicious with great flavour and the sweet & sour sauce was just ok. The deep fried wontons were not great, they had weren’t deep fried and tasted stale. The customers service was great as I called to ask when my order was being delivered and was answered quickly. I also was given complimentary prawn crackers.

Delivery guy gave the food to my neighbour swore he gave it to me. Waited over 3 hours for my food. no apology nothing. the food did not even taste good in the end. i will not be purchasing from this restaurant ever again.

The food was not nice, except pancake rolls (not bad). Ribs were overcooked, absolutely dried out to the bone, and no hint of flavour . Rice dishes were bland. Now, I can't even face trying the noodles. Waste of money.

Delivery driver was extremely rude told me he would not walk up three flights of stairs because my lifts don’t work but lifts work perfectly

The food here is actually quite good. However, the low rating is because the food was delivered late, but it was marked as delivered 20 minutes before it arrived. I assume this was so the system didn’t mark it down as a late delivery. Once the food arrived, it turns out that it was completely the wrong order. I had to phone the restaurant and the driver had to come back with the correct order. By this time we were STARVING! I’m afraid you’ve lost yourself a customer, Ming.

Terrible. Chicken balls are so hard you cant bite into them, refried chips.

The delivery driver extremely verbally abusive because he tried to ring me on the Intercom with no response. This is an experience l have never had from a delivery service. Firstly l didn't realise the Intercom was not working and it hurts so badly for a stranger to insult you.

Best best best Chinese in the area. Never have any complaints.

Everything was ok apart from the special fried rice with egg.. that wasn’t special in the slightest .. where were the mixed ingredients you would expect in a special fried rice and why was it stale and brown?

Good food, however only half the delivery was delivered. 1st half 20mins late, then once we got through to Ming the other half was delivered. Bit of a shame as the food was good. Not good for the special birthday dinner we had planned….

I am a very much regular at this takeaway and everytime I come back it’s better than the last :)

Normally I could rate this place 10/10 but this order was not the case. The wings are usually so nice and crunchy but this time they taste stale and had a weird taste to it (went in the bin). The salt & pepper prawns again normally lovely but the batter was more hard than crispy. Not sure what happend, all I know I wasted money on these items.

The special fried rice was extremely bland no taste or flavour what so ever, very tasteless and very hard to consume very disappointed in Ming and would not be ordering anything from there again.

Delivery driver starting complaining when i opened the door saying he been knocking for 10minutes, i had just moved away from the door 2 minutes before he knocked, soon as door knocked i ran downstairs. Dont think i will order from him again liars can not be trusted especially not with food

The food quality has dropped down it used to better to night I ordered food and I notice luck of meat and veg oiliee and not much care I been ordering for years from there time to move on very poor quality meat taste old after 6 years to night is the last time I find else where to eat and I am chef lol

The driver had a go at me because my bell does not work and he had to call from outside my flat to make the delivery. I expkained I only rent a room here and the issue is between my flatmate and the landlird. He would not stop telling me to get the buzzer fixed so I told him to F Off... not what I needed today, in isolation and lost a huge chunk of work today....

Worst Chinese Food tasted off, Have literally had to chuck it all in the bin it definitely was not fresh food. Never going there again and i will advice you to never go as some of reviews below also says it isnt fresh which i stupidly ignored

Food was bland. Special fried rice was very dark barely had any veg or meat. Chicken wings with salt and chilli bland. Dumplings had no taste. Prawns with garlic and chilli watery. Food was cold. Overall a complete waste of money i should of gone to McDonald's. That taste much better.

Rice was salty and to wet, chowmein tasted like it was mixed with a sweet sauce. Salt chlli prawn a were over fried crispy and dry and ruff. So disappointed

I ordered from Ming, because I had read lots of good reviews from the people of Stoke Newington. The vermicelli noodles were great, however I was disappointed with much of it. The delivery driver buzzed my building, whilst talking on the phone to someone else, over what I was saying on the speaker. He then brought my food upstairs and was still on the phone. I ordered a satay sauce and sweet and sour chicken balls. The sauce sizes were small. The part that disappointed me the most was the Pineapple fritters. They were soggy and the pineapple had absolutely no flavour. A shame.

Although my order was delivered late, it was due to an unfortunate, but understandable mishap, The people at Ming sorted out the problem without any fuss. Replacing my order without a problem, which arrived fresh, tasty and hot. The meal was excellent as was the customer service. Thanks.

The food was taken to my neighbour’s house who only figured out it was mine almost an hour later. The vegetable spring rolls were taken out as well as the drink. The food was cold and I could not eat it. This is very disappointing, I specifically put a note for the driver to call when outside and that did not happen. I will not work to pay for food that’s cold and delivered to a wrong address.

I am still waiting for my food. It has not arrived. Where is my food???? This is extremely annoying, I have to look for something else to eat now. I have been waiting for almost 2 hours.

Banana fritter came without sauce. When I called restaurant they were rude and aggressive. Really poor service

Dreadful. The food arrived an hour and a half after the ‘deadline’ for delivery and four out of ten things we ordered were missing. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Quality of food seems to have gone down recently which is such as shame as I am a regular customer. All five portions of rice were quite salty. The seaweed was also completely burnt that it had to be chucked.

Unfortunately food was inedible. There were what seemed like prawn shells in the fried pork, and far too much sugar, literally, on everything. Chucked the whole lot in the bin

Chips where stone cold too salty and rice was cold , only thing that was hot was curry sauce but very overbearing! Used to order all the time from here will no longer order as last 3 times chips looked burnt over cooked n food cold really disappointed

Chips were stale, hard & dry almost as if they were yesterday’s batch. All the food was cold, despite me adding items to the just eat basket they didn’t register and therefore were not ordered (yes I should’ve checked prior to paying :( overall not a very good service and I had to throw all away.
