Amazing food been going here for 20 years since I was a kid and the standard of food is excellent, friendly staff as well! Xx best chinese around would definitely reccomend their crispy beef and curry sauce with chips!

Went here twice Although you can’t really go wrong with pie and chips , this was really delicious especially the cooking of the chips Second time was a Chinese meal really tasty and lots of food. Great friendly service too

Place hasn't changed in years since bieng a child ;0) polite staff lovley clean premises The chinese food is amazing WOW!! the chicken and roast pork curry is cooked to perfection everything is very flavoursome, must admit the pancake rolls were bit greasy, but next time we phoned up for a meal next day lolol we just said could we have them crispy not greasy, they came perfect best pancake rolls in harlow, our meals have been absolutely delicious they are very accommodating and there portions are great Thank you for our lovley curries.

5 plus years never had a bad meal.

So disappointed, chicken balls were burnt and overly greasy, only one pot of sauce for two packets,, chicken curry really chewy and chicken and pineapple was vile, the chicken was like pink jelly, threw the lot away, such a shame as usually very good, will avoid for a while!

Takes card first off. Had fish chips was beautifully cooked chips perfect and everything hot not too greasy . Staff pleasant 100% going back.

Always had good food from Sun Kwong, wether it's been fish and chips or Chinese take away. The premises are very clean ,good service from friendly people. Highly recommend

Just had a chinese spent over 30.00 not one dish had any flavour everything totally bland I def wont be ordering from there again

Had many a good Chinese meal from here in the past but today was the worst! The sweet and sour chicken and pork balls were saturated in oil. The pancake rolls were inedible. The batter was not crispy but oily and soggy. The paper they were wrapped in was swimming with oil. Worst of all was the taste of the oil the food was fried in. It tasted very old and was tainted with the taste of other foods e.g. chow mein beef had a peculiar taste. Most of the meal was thrown away. I should have returned it and asked the cooks to taste it for themselves, but could not be bothered to make the journey. Sun Kwok - please taste your food before serving! I am sorry for this review but you need to make some serious changes in order to keep your customers.

What a joke my wife picked me up Cod and chips because we were late home. The Cod had been kept so long in the display cabinet it couldn't be cut or even broken. Straight in the bin what a waste of money. I was so tired I just couldn't be bothered to take it back. They must have known. Well they made a couple of quid and lost a customer

Tasty nosh. Good people. Pretty fast. Plenty of parking. Reasonable pricing. One of the best in town. And no microwaved pies!

Worst Chinese/ chip shop I've visited ever the people were unhelpful and had no bread rolls for a chip butty or even onion vinigar and couldn't even compromise and give a bun in its place as each bun is allocated to its own burger/patty and its 5 pound for a small chips and a sausage blooming liberty.. I was hungry but next time I'll wait until I get to a decent shop that isn't all about money in this place the shop is always right not the customer.. I don't do bad reviews I only do honest reviews...

I do find the food here better than their rival takeaways, both the Chinese and Fish & Chips are tasty. The service is always friendly and welcoming too.

never again , yards from my front door but very bad chips and chinese food which is very average, would rather drive the extra 2 miles and get decent food, i dont understand why they dont make the effort to get it right, chinese i had tonight , order was wrong, crackers she gave me as free were stale, avoid this place if you like your food!!

Nice local Chinese takeaway, and very friendly staff. The food is also good, you can even request minor modifications to suit your needs.

For a fuller Oriental experience, ask for bamboo chopsticks 🍜 The Five Spice spare ribs🍖 are a great accompaniment for cold 🍺! I just discovered the Singapore Fried Rice and I'm sold! Polite and prompt service. Taste-wise they don't miss a trick. The House special fried rice is righteous!

Today we were looking forward to have takeaway chips as we hadn't had it for a long time. But I have to say, never again. Not only did the man serving get the order wrong, which wasn't noticed until got home, but both the jumbo sausage and the chips looked and tasted like they where warmed up from lunch time, yet they have the cheek to charge the same price as if they where fresh. Very disappointing.

They haven't got a clue, got home had a couple of drinks and stuff missing, won't go back

The local fish and chips / chinese for the area of Katherine's and Sumners. Gets a Good amount of customers. The food is good and the prices are always decent. As they cater for such a big area always prepare for a queue of some sort.

The pork curry is proper cushty
